I had an absolutely amazing experience with Romina. She was highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. Romina made learning to ski so much fun while ensuring safety and building confidence on the slopes. Her ability to break down complex techniques into simple, manageable steps was remarkable, and the lesson was tailored to suit our skill level and learning pace. By the end of my sessions, I felt like mpre confident, in control, and thoroughly enjoying myself. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, I cannot recommend Romina highly enough.

I can’t say enough great things about Day Trips Brașov. Ramona is incredibly well organized and extremely knowledgeable. I also had Hea as a guide who was terrific. I used Day Trips Brașov for three private tours. The first was Bran Castle and Pestera Mountain Villages, the second Peleș Castle and the Bucegi Natural Park and the third was the full day Pestera hike. All three I would highly recommend. They are the perfect mix of history in the region and natural beauty.

We hiked the trails around the village of Pestera that our guide knew about because she recently lived in the village. The countryside was beautiful and we saw the rural side of life. We drove to Maugura and hiked overlooking mountain cow pastures and into the national forest. Our guide Ramona adapted the trip to our group and was informative and friendly and helped us understand the land we were traveling through. We had a wonderful time and would love to hike with Ramona again.

Ramona is very knowledgeable and able to communicate it. Her guidance helps you to understand and connect all, and is also very practical because she knows where to stay longer and which parts better to go faster or even avoid (eg the ultra long line for the tunnel of time in the Bran Castle) which saves time and money. She gave clear instructions before the tour, as purchasing tickets in advance is very helpful to skip the lines. Despite being a sunny Saturday in the summer holidays, we did not wait in line in any castle, nor in the traffic. The Pelles and Bran castles are classics, and worth the visit. Since the Rasnov ruins were closed, we went to the Wednesday castle. The views from there are absolutely stunning! Pictures Incredible!!

Each castle is unique and important in Romanias history. Not only the castles but also the surroundings are stunning. We made dozens of pictures that day. Our guide Ramona found the perfect balance of information. She takes her time, brings a map and explains the relevant history in a clear way that kept full attention of all of our group. Every time before we went to a new place, we all sat down in a quiet place and she would talk and answer our questions. We could even enjoy drinks during these talks. Ramona gives freedom but stays in control to deal with times which is essential to avoid long lines. Very safe driver too!

I took this tour with Ramona, she is always there for me from the beginning since I booked this tour until the drop off, prompt and attentive to answer my questions. She told me many interesting stories about Romania histories while we take a drive to Carpathian Mountains. We are very lucky to encounter with brown bears along the way to the lake! The scenery throughout the entire journey is beyond your imagination and to top it off when you arrive at the lake, the view there could take your breath away! Ramona guide me for a walk around the lake and give me suggestion about what food should I try. We dine at the area near the lake which is amazing. The bonus stop of this trip you could pick one for yourself, I choose to go to Carta Monastery, a hidden gem for ancient history lover. I really encourage everyone to go on this trip once in your lifetime not only because of the beauty you will see in Transylvania nature and places but as the road has limited access, opens only for a short summer period (Jun-Sep/Oct) and only if the weather conditions is permitted, if you got a chance, do not hesitate to join this magnificent experience with Ramona!

Ramona was an awesome guide on our hike. She accommodated all our varied skill levels. The scenery was outstanding!! The food at the hut was simple but delicious. I would highly recommend taking this hike with Ramona. Not to be missed.

Ramona was an excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable, went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. We were not rushed and she spent time explaining the history and culture. I would highly recommend using Ramona. We were looked after from the minute she picked us up until she dropped us off.

Our guide Andrei was very nice, was at the meeting point on time and very considerate towards our group of six. Made sure we were in the shade every tine we stopped to listen to his talk and look at the landmark. He was extremely knowledgeable. Maybe a bit more walk would have been even better, but then it depends some people prefer to walk less. We like to see as much as possible. Nevertheless, Andrei was extremely nice, respectful and knowledgeable.

An amazing guided tour by Ramona, through some of the most beautiful countryside. Ramona got us to ground ourselves during the walk by taking our boots off and walking barefoot through the countryside which was an exhilarating experience! We also had the pleasure of a guided tour by Radu, to Bran Castle and surrounding area which was wonderful, with Radu with every step of the way imparting his extensive knowledge of the area! Radu who used to be a professional photographer, ensured we were taken to best vantage points in order to take photographs!!!

Such a great day trip to Transfagarasan. My boyfriend and I, we enjoyed every second. Romana was just amazing and full of knowledge. We will be back soon

It was an informative and beautiful day. Ramona certainly knows her Romanian history and politics and was rivetting to listen to on these subjects. Ramona made the villages we visited come alive. Her passion shines through. We woukd highly recommend this tour.

My family and friends had an amazing two days with our tour guide, Ramona. We had a great mix of city, culture and nature. Highly recommend the Emerald Lake Tour and Sibiu. Ramona was friendly, knowledgeable and a fantastic driver. This area of Romania was the highlight of our trip.

We spent the day with Ramona. She took us to Sighisoara and Viscri, both UNESCO world heritage sites. She is an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable. Her English is excellent. She was very flexible throughout the day and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend her!!

Ramona gave us a fantastic tour - we learnt so much additional history we weren’t expecting and she took us to experience some authentic Romanian food which was delicious! We enjoyed our day immensely and would highly recommend this day tour with Ramona to everyone!
