Ornel was such a fabulous guide! He found us gazelle and camels and was endlessly patient while we took photos. The sunrise was spectacular - the location was just right, and Ornel was generous with taking photos and giving us delicious coffee! Dune bashing was BRILLIANT fun! And then we went to the lakes to see flamingos and black swans and amazing storks. Again, Ornel was patient while we took photos. We elected to take the quad bike option. I’ve never ridden a quad bike before and found it initially terrifying. My partner loved every moment of it!

Really poorly organised with a complete lack of communication throughout the whole experience. Waiting for over an hour to go to floor 124, which is completely wrong when we had a time slot booked. The meal on the Rooftop terrace was a complete con, awful food served as they know you are captive audience. Would avoid this experience when visiting the city.

He (Muhammad Munir) offered us an amazing ride with enough explanation on the way. We enjoyed the Arabic music & dance with the amazing sweet food.

Fast moving queue to the top! You don’t have to wait so long time, worth to pay more for getting faster to the sky. We made it in one hour.

Amazing Views and experience. WELL WORTH PAYING MORE TO SKIP THE LINE!! Don't stand in line for 4-5hours. We were walking passed people who were standing in line for hours, to get their tickets, then line up for elevators. You also get to skip the line on the way down.

Everting was super. Our driver Javeed was super. The Show and the food was very good. We had a lot of fun and would do it again

The directions and organization of the tour was excellent. It was well worth the extra $ to skip the line. Access to the 54the level was easy and the views from there are breathtaking!

Our guide Muhannead Munir was amazing. He was a excellent driver and we were in god hand's. We enjoyed the drive in the Red Dunes. The food and the show was better than expected. Glad we did the tour.

Our visit to the Burj Khalifa At the Top and Dubai Aquarium on December 31st was a mixed bag. If you're planning to go up the Burj, choose a clear day; unfortunately, the terrace was closed, most observation stations were out of service, and it was uncomfortably crowded. Admission was quick and smooth, though. The aquarium, underwater zoo, and Penguin Cove were more enjoyable, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the weather is ideal and the Burj is fully accessible.

Had an amazing sunrise safari with Munir - would 10/10 recommend it. It included pick/drop to hotel, breakfast by the lake, dune bashing and sunrise safari.

The place has a sit in dinner with assigned tables. The food spread is good but average. There is a samba dancer and live music. We were lucky to get a table with a clear view of Burj Khalifa. Each table has 10 seats. Food is served on the table as per set menu. One should always take a non-alcoholic package and order alcohol on the table as the alcohol package costs much more than individual alcoholic drinks order (unless one drinks like a fish!). The new year fireworks view of the Burj Khalifa is amazing from this place!

We had a great time in the deserts of UAE. Mr Muhammad munir was amazing. The trip is a must do in Dubai. The crew and arrangements were perdect. Wild animals , snow boarding all fun.

It was really nice and we would do it again. Our Guide was Ornell and it was really nice. He talks a lot with us and give us a lot of facts about the desert and the animals we saw.

The reality was above our expectation. Our driver Javed picked up from the exact location on time and during the whole trip spreading a very positive vibes. Supper supportive and attentive!
