As a country recently opened for travel, I came with little to no expectations of what Saudi Arabia had to offer. It was a fabulous country with great people, food, heritage, and divine inspiration. Like with all my group trips, the experience can be wonderful or not so pleasant due to the tour leader/guide. Our tour leader - Mr. Rahim - was exceptional. He went above and beyond to resolve, adapt, or explain any slight to major inconveniences our group experienced. His knowledge of the Saudi Arabian culture, customs, and history was above reproach and both complimented and supplemented the local tour guides information. He was attentive and stayed professionally connected to the group as much as possible. I am traveling a total of 26 days across 6 countries with various guided tours. His way of guiding kicked off what will be a very memorable trip and set an extremely high bar. I will request him or someone with his standards when using this tour company in the future. The drivers and local tour guides were also great! Gray lines did an amazing job of adapting our itinerary when necessary due to country limitations or changes.

An excellent well designed trip. We saw maximum sights in one day, well worth it. We know which places we may like to visit again with more time - the gold and spice souk, the Dubai Mall. However if the time had been longer on the tour we would never have finished or missed out some other interesting elements. Our guide was very caring and helpful.

The tour was good, well planed and locations visited were all great. However, the day was let down by the driver who messaged me at the pick up time to say he couldn’t make it and I had to arrange my own journey to the bus depot (despite earlier paying for a hotel pickup). I then spent another $80 and ran a half marathon to eventually join the tour party part way through the tour. Very disapponting.

i was in Abu Dhabi only for one day so the tour perfectly match with the time i had. My tour guide Suhail was very kind, he drove me around all the main highlights and explain to me about the history of the city

This was a terrible half-day tour from Gray Line. I have taken other Gray Line trips in other cities to orient myself to a place, but this was a true dud. At one point we were taken to a "museum" which was just a shop in a house where we were instructed not to take pics of the "unique original" $225 and up woven art work. Well, first of all, I saw the same crappy faux hand woven stuff at the souk in old Dubai later for around $75. Anyway call it a shopping stop, don't call this junk a museum. I so regret getting up early to do this, but at least I left the tour in the souk, when we were taken into another shop with the most high pressure sales tactics ever. Wandering on my own after telling the guide I was leaving - I found the same stuff at a mellower place for a lower price and a much better experience. Literally, i could've taken a cab to Jumeirah beach which I enjoyed, for the same price, had a nicer time there; then taken another cab to the old souk on my own. What I can recommend wholeheartedly is Rayna Tours fun Dhow boat trip, two hours with great entertainment and beautiful Marina views; Orient Tours 148th floor/125/124 of the Burj Khalifa skip the line experience; exploring the souks on your own, visiting the Women's Museum of Dubai in the souk, vising AlSerkal galleries and getting the decadent hot chocolate at Ganache, going to the Jameel Art Center which has some awesome exhibitions, and eating at the Teible onsite restaurant there, which is delighful. I'm sure there are better half day tours of the city if you want to see the lay of hte land; this is NOT the one. BTW the narrated English audio track is outdated by several years to boot. Wish I could get my money back for this, honestly. Yes, it's cheap. But your time is worth more.

If you’re only in Dubai for a very short time like we were it’s well worth booking this trip. It will allow you to see all the highlights in a brief tour around the city. We did the half day and enjoyed being shown a quick guide to Dubai. We finished at The Burj Khalif and made our way back to the our hotel using a taxi which are so easy to find and use as well. The guide and ear phones pointed out all the bits you would want to see throughout the tour. It includes your entrance to the Burj and was good value for money. We only had a brief taste of Dubai but this has wet our appetite to come back and explore some more. All questions and queries answered quickly and well by the tour operator and pickups right on the time they said!

Accurate pick up , Driver Suhail was nice and helpful and knowledgable in basic local history and places . Time Allocated for some stops was tight but managed to cover All plan It is good value for price and comfortable Van. Thanks Ibie UK
