We had the best service ever with hydro me and my son had a great time on a jet ski we booked through Monta very helpful guy and Karin as well and we had the best photos with Mohamed can’t wait to do it again

Not to be like every bother review... It's big, has very hot floors and not enough buggies is the downside.... I also saw a man attempt to steal swim trunks from the shop before seeing my face and thinking better of it... A first in dubai... For our adventurous 3 year old it's an amazing place... As repeat visitor I d suggest taking a buggy up to the top right slides first splash lagoon I think 1 is called but 2 areas there quiet and fab slides... Close to the entrance on the lhs is another area of slides great althou the bucket splash drop frightened our little boy so did nt spend so much time there... Great lazy rivers too... Dont forget to bring ubr own towels to save money and water and snacks... All are pricey... Try to dodge hamlets toy shop on the way out too😂

We actually only went as we had free entry with our Emirates flights. One of us is a non-swimmer so we didn't plan on staying long and only really went to say we had been. Although we ended up staying much longer than we thought we would. The waterpark seems very clean, well maintained and organised. Good choice of food outlets, there even seemed to be a mini supermarket that offered pre packed sandwiches, not sure on how prices worked out. We did end up paying for two loungers that came with towels and a mini safe. They were right next to the river rapids, that we went on a few times. The beach area by the balloon was extremely pretty and fantastic views. The changing area seems a little small for the number of visitors or maybe we just left at a busy time. They were kept very clean. Very easy to get to by the metro.

The waterpark was a great experience and all the workforce was vey helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you especially a guy called ramith i got his name because he hepled me so much he was like a member of my family

Amazing day from start to finish, staff were incredibly helpful, food was delicious, can’t find a single fault. We will be back and recommend coming to Atlantis Aquaventure. Marilyh was incredibly helpful as well. We will be back xx

We had a cabana and Shanika was amazing and looked after us all day the rides were good and it wasn’t too hot I would recommend

Walid was an amazing guy helpful all round Went on jet ski round the burg got photos taken and some videos the boat to the destination was chilled beautiful views Water provided on boat

My husband is a wheelchair user, can walk a few steps but can’t put weight on feet due to pain, therefore we normally avoid water parks due to queuing but I really wanted to experience Atlantis. Upon arriving, we managed to walk onto first 2 rides, however, all rides quickly escalated to 30+ minutes waiting time, which meant that was the end of our queuing for rides. You can leave wheelchairs by lockers but there is no way up to the slides other than walking and there are many flights of stairs. When we got to the actual ride itself, staff were very helpful getting it husband into the rafts etc. I managed to wheel him very close to river rapids and to the beach, so he could go in the sea but unfortunately for us, rides with more than 5 minutes of queuing (which was all) were out of the equation by 10am and remained that way until we left at 6.30. Such a shame that they don’t have lifts alongside the steps, even if only on a few rides. Though I appreciate its an expense, it would cater for those with mobility issues. With regards to gluten free, I have herb coelliac for 30+ years so had made enquiries before getting there. We went to Barracudas. Queue up and ask for GF menu. The chef came out and asked me what I wanted, I explained I try to eat healthily so he cooked the pasta on tomato sauce and added broccoli and cauliflower. It was piping hot, definitely freshly cooked and delicious. Every meal comes with chips (gf or not). They cooked up gf chips but there was a little confusion as instead of a normal portion for my husband and gf for myself, they put 2 portions of gf on one box. Chips were also piping hot and delicious. I don’t normally eat chips, especially with pasta but they were too nice to leave. A little pricey but then water parks are. Very good meal though and peace of mind the chef knows exactly what he’s doing.

Karim is the best :) jet skiing was super fun and fast. Amazing hospitality and service would recommend. Going to come back defo
