Had a fantastic visit it’s worth viewing with the very knowledgeable Mohamed tour guide , great experience here and would highly suggest visiting if you are in the Bluewater area in Dubai

On February 22, we booked the Buffet dining at Palazzo Versace Dubai via Tripadvisor on February 24 and received a confirmation immediately. However, the next day we were informed that dinner at Palazzo Versace would not be available on Monday and Tuesday in February. And guess what, the next day they are asking for a review of our experience with Buffet Dining (?!). How do you think we can rate such a service?

Situated outside of the city on Blue Waters Island this is a marvellous experience not to be missed when visiting Dubai. Many experiences get 5 star reviews but this one truly deserves it. At almost twice the height of the London eye this observation wheel gives you breathtaking views of Dubai. The whole trip took us 40 minutes

Extremely disappointing experience! I lost both money and gift bonuses due to this company. I booked the Anantara the world Island SPA Treatment for 2 for Sunday, 2 February, that usually cost 1560 AED. They changed my booking date without any notice or communication. I only discovered the change after making a lot of calls and messages from the location where they were supposed to pick me and my friend up. Despite my efforts, I received no replies or updates from them! This whole situation has cost me money, time, and bonuses, and has completely ruined my mood. If you don't want to spoil your day and loose money- don't go ahead with this company!

Awful experience!! I lost money and gift bonuses because of this company. No one contacted me about my booking change date in unilateral way, I found out about date change because I called 10 times from the spot they were supposed to pick me and my friend. They were not replying and no information was sent to me! I wasted money, time, bonuses and my mood is ruined.

My Daughter and myself are big fans of Master Chef Gordon Ramsay. We had an amazing lunch this afternoon. The place & the staff were exceptional… special thanks go to Mr Ossama, who did an outstanding service.

Lovely meal for New Year’s Day. Devan our waiter gave us great advice to choose one of each tasting menus. Fab food. Each course was memorable - but the cod and chocolate fondant were exceptional. All the servers were friendly and explained each course as it was delivered. The vibe is quite young - the dj music is loud and the lighting is dim. Take your reading glasses!

A lovely way to see and understand the island of St Bani Yas. Our driver, Lok, was excellent. He was very friendly and professional and provided very good quality explanation of the animals and landscape. We saw a whole load of animals including giraffe, hyena and a cheetah from afar! I would do this again and recommended it as something to do while staying on the island.

Most beautiful and luxurious restaurant in Dubai, amazing food and beverage selection. Fresh seafoods, sushi, sashimi , oyster. Great selection. Service is top notch , constant visit by Peter , thanks to our server Joey who looks after us the whole night. Thanks to Harold as well. I must say being in Dubai for quite sometime and coming from Jeremiah Mina al salam hotel and other hotels this restaurant in the Palm Atlantis Under delivers especially comparing to the others in the hotel. I tried to give this place a shot but once our waiter ‘Piles’approached our table saying, What do we want ? Without an introduction of who he is?? that was a sign. I ordered and he only came back again to pick our dishes up only once, so let’s just say that was the last we got his attention . He ONLY catered to the other 4 table tops and had to go to the bar to get another water. I called the manager over to express the issue and didn’t even realize he left for the night as if we didn’t exist . Simple as that! Food was good but this attitude from this specific waiter was just plain awful! if this is the service you get then definitely not worth coming back even if the food is good .

I am a regular at this restaurant and keep returning simply because the food is fabulous and the atmosphere relaxing and comfortable. The Restaurant Manager and her team are all warm and welcoming and always personalise my visit. Thank you!

The menu looked amazing and I ordered a wagyu beef ragu, I started eating it and to my surprise there was 2 large pieces of raw meat in the mix. I immediately said it to the server they said they will get a new one I refused as I knew I would get food poisoning. The manager said this is how the meat is meant to be, I said I was a chef and it's it nothing to do with eating beef rare, well done etc. It is to do with the fact you have cooked and uncooked food together and I ate it. So I uncomfortably new that night that i wasn't going to be unwell on my holiday which I was for 48hours. I was very disappointed to realise that the manager said he will remove the bill which he didn't and he went off and never spoke to me after as he knew I was correct. I will be complaining as this was unexpected and a nuisance. Be careful what you eat.

Noman and great food made this dinner amazing. In August we as part of half board booked a dinner here. Just a short write up, excellent vibe, excellent food and we were looked after Noman who was brilliant at making sure all our dietary requirements were met. Thanks Noman !
