Me and my mum book a tour with Tour Experts UAE before departing to UAE. The day before the trip we got details about the meeting time in our hotel. The driver (and guide at the same time) contacted me on the day of the trip via whatsapp informing about a little delay due to heavy traffic. We ended up in a very comfortable car with 2 other couples and a fantastic tour guide telling interesting stories and jokes. What’s important he drove very smoothly and we really enjoyed the trip. We started with Formula 1 arena, then Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. The dinner place was also great with a variety of delicious food for a reasonable price. We had a fantastic time.

We had booked a tour of Abu Dhabi in which the pick us up from our Hotel . Our tour guide was very good. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We went to an art museum, UAE heritage village, Emirates Towers and Emirates Palace, Medina Mall for lunch , Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Ferrari World,. The mosque alone was beautiful.The price is very good, the sites included within it. Great Value for money.

Visited Ferrari world and Warner Bros world with guide Viki.. he was very extremely friendly and patient. Since we bought the entry tickets from them, he came along until the entrance and ensured to leave only after we have got the entry.(alternately he could just Whatsapp the tickets) He also kept giving us so much info about the emirates throughout the journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Overall a great trip with my toddler.

On Oct 28th, 2018 I booked a desert safari tour. My tour guide was Faisal. He was amazing and helpful. I was enjoying myself a lot until I was pushed by another tour guide to leave the fire show to pay. The bearded tour guide came first after the belly dance and requested me to come with him to pay, but Faisal stopped him ; however, he came again after the second show. He was so pushy saying that "It will take only 1 minute. The show won't start soon. You can watch it from there anyway." So I followed him. As a result I missed the beginning of the fire show. I felt so disappointed. I didn't expect that paying by card would cause me this problem. On Oct 29th, 2018 I booked another tour to Abu Dhabi. My tour guide was Vikas. Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that It would be 3 hours late. My friend was expecting me and waiting at the hotel. I wish I had been informed the right drop off time. I understand that traffic is something we cannot control, but I would like to get right information when I asked instead of ignoring. I had to repeat myself again after 1 hour to know that I would be late anyway. If I had gotten the right information at the beginning, I would have taken a taxi.

I booked the Al Ain City Tour for my family who was visiting Dubai; they have come many times and already know most of the places around, but had never been to Al Ain. The tour took the whole day, with several stops including Al Ain Museum, Camel market, Hili Garden, Jebel Hafeet mountain. They really liked it. The driver/guide was very nice and professional, gave them lots of explanation, and was a safe driver. The value for money was really good. The pick-up is around 9am, return by 5.30pm. Will use this company again.

I booked our one day abu dhabi tour and i was amazed by such brilliantly they follow the whole process from booking to hotel pickup. Our guide Vikas remain such a friendly and knowledgable tour guide who showed us almost whole of Abu dhabi started with Great grand mosque sheikh zayed mosque followed by a drive to other many places including heritage museum village'dates market' yas island ferrari world'marina mall' . We also took a drive on way towards Emirates palaces presidential palaces' Etihad towers' Al Bateen street'corniche beach etc. Really i wouldnt have had so many places in one day. We stopped many places for pictures and overall it was an amazing tour abh dhabi in one day. In the end we are dropped into our hotel. Thank you Mr. Vikas for your patience with each and every traveller and sharing your good knowledge about the area with us.

We had booked a tour of Abu Dhabi in which the pick was from any Hotel in Dubai. Our tour guide Vikas was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We went to Ferrari World, an art museum, UAE heritage village, Emirates Towers and Emirates Palace, Medina Mall for lunch and Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The mosque alone was beautiful and worth seeing that one sight for the tour. The price is very good, the sites included within it. Our tour guide was great even when we were late returning to the bus!

Vikas ( guide) together with driver ( sorry I can’t recall the name now) were extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and organised the day tour to Abu Dhabi in a timely manner! We cover F1 track , Heritage village ( plus beach and afternoon lunchtime) few small stopovers in the city , followed by a museum before topping it up with grand finale to “ The grand Mosque”!Excellent service , great value for money ,extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff - couldn’t wish for any better trip than this! Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends . Thumbs Up👍

We had a great day visiting Abu Dhabi with Vikas,He was really patient and informed. The tour was totaly well and we enjoyed,

Take travel tablets if you suffer motion sickness. Great fun dune bashing, sand surfing a bit of a letdown as it was only a small dune. The BBQ area is very commercial, people trying to sell photos etc but to be expected. Daughter's highlight was camel ride and Henna, son loved playing with the locals. Belly Dancer quite provocative for young families but other dancer excellent. Food choice excellent, and drivers fantastic. Lovely campsite but quite a long evening for young children.

The tour was excellent and we got to see many places. The tpur guide Mr Vikas was very informative and had a very good knowledge of the place and he was really patient..we enjoyed the tour and wish tour experts d very best...
