Did the sunset BBQ tour. It was basically an upscale boat ride (not luxury yacht) without a tour guide/narrator, along the harbour from the Dubai Eye to the Burj Al Arab and back, without passing Atlantis, even though the tour description makes it sound like that is part of the 2h trip. Halfway through they served half-warm burgers, hot dogs (from an electric grill on the boat) and salat. Towards the end they ask if you are interested in buying printouts of the pictures they took of you. All in all it was OK but pricey for what it really is. We expected more.

For being ticketed as a sunset tour it was somewhat disappointing to leave the marina after the sun had already set. The BBQ dinner was basic but nice. On service, the staff were quite abrupt and disorganised at check-in, though staff on the boat were friendly and barely seen. Overall an average experience with a larger than anticipated group, all for a luxury price tag. Overpriced.

Sorry to know you missed the sunset on your tour with us. Normally the sun sets around 6pm that's why the tour leaves at 5:30. But it changes everyday, and we regret we were not able to make it for you. Most guest would prefer privacy despite the fact it's a sharing tour. Often than not guest wants to be left alone to enjoy the views.
We appreciate your feedback and we'll use this to improve our service.

Don’t bother wasting your money !
The crew was polite but the cruise is anything but what’s described! It isn’t a breakfast like they advertise. Literally, they gave us some bread slices of turkey, ham and cheese. The fruit selection was almost nonexistent for as many people that were on this yacht cruise. They literally had one platter of fruit which had flies hovering over it. No towels were provided not that they were needed an insistent photographing you obviously because they want to charge you for the photos. , they insist in photographing you obviously because they want to charge you for the photos it does not go to the places that are mentioned we did not go to Atlantis or near Atlantis nobody described or talked about buildings that we were passing. Nobody said what they were pretty much. It was not informative at all no description of anything the tour was listed for 2 to 3 hours. It didn’t takeoff on time and it definitely came back on time no accommodation given. The crew were polite but the cruise was not as described at all I complain to baiter telling them that our trip was not what was described, such as the time where we went, and what we were served literally water our orange juice was the option and the food was terrible bread and slices of ham and cheese with fruit that was not an assortment your option was either watermelon, pineapple or melon for the amount of people. The platter was not enough. I would not recommend I asked for a refund and it was rejected simply because they said that I got on do not book with them or the vaitor app. Not to mention that the crew hover you asking you for review and they want you to complete it right then and there in front of them pressuring you to leave a good review I wouldn’t believe half of the good reviews they probably were written with the crewmember, hovering above them as they try to do to me

Captain Lawrence, crew-members John , Watson, Jegen did a wonderful job escorting us around the waters of Dubai. The boat was clean and comfortable. The music was great as well. The food was good. Our only setback was that we paid extra for the sunset cruise and by the time we departed the sun had already set and it was more like dusk. Overall good experience but the programing for sunset should be a little bit better.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s birthday on Xclusive Yachts. Captain Peter, Shey and Maresh ensured we partied the entire time. Captain Peter was the life of the party and ensured my husband felt special by giving him a shout out, and playing the perfect birthday song to get the crowd hyped up.

We booked and paid for this activity on the 1st of January 2022 but no one showed up at the requested time, nor did Xclusive boats respond in time to our several phone calls and whatsapp message. Still haven’t succeeded in getting our money back. We booked it via Expedia.com who isn’t responding to our email, requesting a refund, and impossible to get in touch with. We have pictures to prove that we were there at the requested time and a handwritten note by our hotel concierge confirming that he called Xclusive boats several times on our behalf to inquire whether the trip was still on because of the bad wheather. As we couldn’t reach them, we took the hotel limo, to be there in time but no one to be found.

Incredible way to wrap up our trip to Dubai on a relaxing sunset yacht excursion with Captain William and his crew—Rahul, Anto, and Rocky! We got some incredible views of the city leaving the marina while the sun was making its way down behind the buildings making for some incredible photos. The best part was getting to experience the amazing Dubai sunset on the water. Captain William provided some fun facts throughout the trip and played some cool jams to make it a vibe. Crew was very accommodating and attentive. BBQ dinner was delicious! Great way to unwind on the water and returned with the lit up buildings in Dubai Marina City.

Honestly not much worth the 300 derhams for a sunset tour.
The bbq was ok, bu all the “soft drinks” we got was a jug of Orange nectar (or Tang even) and water.
Music was too low, couldn’t hear anything.
They don’t even provide the full folder of digital photos taken, even if you pay 150dhs to print 2 photos!
I wouldn’t do it again

Wonderful time on this yacht. We did the 2 hour BBQ trip. There were 12 people total which did not feel too crowded. Great views of the city skyline. Food variety was ok. Food tasted ok but not fabulous. Nice yacht and friendly crew! I thought it was a good time but a little pricey for the money.

We participated in 2 different cruises: a sunset cruise and a late evening cruise. It was a good experience. They serve a small barbeque on the boat which is more than acceptable, not top class food with more than good enough. Chicken brocette and kebab are the best choices in my opinion. The sunset cruise is good for pictures. The boat is not crowded and the staff is helpful also in taking pictures. In terms of price quality I was happy with these tours and I would not mind doing it again as renting a private yacht is very expensive.

Mi sembra di ricordare che il tour parta alle 20,ma meglio essere la 30 minuti prima per il check in. Usa la fermata della metro di Dubai Marina, saranno 10 minuti a piedi. Chiaro che dall'aeroporto serve molto più tempo, se vuoi fare con calma parti 70 minuti prima
