We booked this trip for our last night in Dubai and even though the trip was confirmed and I contacted the tour operator the evening before too. We waited 45 minutes and the driver did not show up. Eventually we were able to make contact with the tour operator to be told they made a mistake and put us down for the following evening. This ruined our last night and we missed out on this experience a real shame. I would advise booking with a competent company.

We had this tour booked and no-one turned up to pick us up. I had been trying to ring the phone number for 2 days with no answer as I was going to try to change the pickup point. As no-one had answered, we caught a taxi to the original pickup point. The tour was timed for 3.00pm. We arrived at 2.20pm. It was extremely hot (39 degrees) and we waited and waited. Just after 3.00pm I kept trying to ring the phone number, no answer. At 3.20pm I received a call from the operator from a different number. I explained that we were still waiting for the tour. He asked for the booking reference and said he would look into it. Then he wanted me to send the booking ref via WhatsApp which I did, then asked me to send a copy of the voucher which I did. He responded he was looking into it. By this time it was 3.40pm. This was the last I heard from him despite me sending 4 more WhatsApp messages over the next hour (which I knew he had seen by the ticks on the WhatsApp messages). When we finally arrived back at our hotel and the receptionist asked how our afternoon had been, she then rang the tour operator and he was extremely rude to her. I have advised our travel agent and they have said they will not use this operator in future. Was very disappointed that we missed the tour and that the operator could not even bother to respond to my messages.

Do not book Desert Safari with Barbecue Dinner & Live show (My Safari Dubai) booked for Sunday 19th November 2023. Was not completed as no one came to pick us up from our hotel On our email from TripAdvisor it read pick up time 3pm we went and waited at the hotel lobby at 2:30 and no one came One of the staff was calling the number from My Safari Dubai between 3pm to 4pm at the front desk no one answered very disappointed as we wasted our day and our money We chose TripAdvisor as it’s supposed to be a good and reliable company didn’t expect to have a problem like this

From 6 hours trip maximum 5% spend on activities. Rest of the time wasted in bus. I totally do not recommend.

What a disappointment. In this business there will be issues beyond peoples control. But when an company fails to show up, does not call to confirm and when you call them they assure they will call you back and they don’t. There is a leadership issue. Stay away. This company can’t be trusted in this industry. Guide was a no show and they did not even apologize for making us lose our day.

Most airport hotels if you are staying the night, have a free shuttle service. Our's ran every half hour. Saved a cab fare as you can't walk there even if it says opposite terminal 3!!

The best day! We had so much fun and our guide was the best ever. If u are coming to Dubai you have to go there!

First of all the driver was late, the tour operator did not answer when i have called them, even texted no reply. The trip did not include all the activities in the advert. We did not have sand skateboarding; no belly dance . Only one stop for taking pictures The car did not have air con; the driver was not so communicating with the customers, he was doing extremely unsafe driving, even had a flat tyre in the desert due to his way of driving, luckily i took sickness tablets 30mins before going to the desert. The drivers name was Malik- avoid him.

Decided to go on a morning safari as our time was limited in Dubai. Our driver was really good with very prompt pick up from our hotel. He was very attentive and took lots of photos of us in the desert. The sand bashing was excellent fun, but the sand boarding and camel riding was definitely the highlight! We did not feel rushed or felt we needed any longer there. It was definitely a morning well spent and a memorable part of our trip!

A fantastic way to visit another city within a day! The driver/guide, Zayed came on time, very informative and resourceful. Save us time by planning the day itinerary and driving extremely well. Jovial guide who knows his way around AbuDhabi. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on 27 Dec.

Fun evening out, sunset safari 4x4 with BBQ, belly dancing, camel rides, sand boarding, unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee. Food was lovely and fabulous entertainment. Our driver picked us up and returned us to our hotel on the palm.

The Sheik Zayed Mosque is an awesome marvel to behold. This one is a must-see if traveling to Abu Dhabi. The full-day tour also took us around to palaces, The Lourve and Ferrari World. Definitely worth it. Note that lunch was not included (ABC Tours) which we weren't aware of, but we did stop for lunch at a 5-star hotel restaurant and the food was excellent.
