Feedback to Skyland Tourism directly but seems no reply nor any acknowledgement by them since 2 weeks agp. Allow me to share my experience for this Hatta Mountain and Kayak tour was not as expected, and I would like to outline the key issues we encountered: Pickup Time Issues: Despite the tour being scheduled for an 8:30 am pickup, the driver insisted on a 7:30 am pickup. I suggested 8:00 am, but he insisted that the tour would be crowded and that there would be a lack of kayaks. However, this turned out not to be the case. Rushed Throughout the Day: The driver rushed us at every stop, constantly mentioning that he had other commitments at 2:00 pm, despite the tour being scheduled until 5:00 pm (based on an 8:30 am pickup). This added unnecessary pressure to the experience. Kayaking Confusion: The driver seemed unaware that kayaking was included in the tour. He was unhappy to take us to the kayak area by shuttle, and once again, rushed us through this activity. Frequent Messaging: Throughout the tour, the driver repeatedly messaged me about when we would be finished, which became quite frustrating. No Time for Meals: He did not allow us time to have lunch or even a short break, which was particularly bad for my family, especially for the kids. Skipped Itinerary Items: Several items listed in the itinerary, such as the safari on Hatta, visit Hajar Mountains, were skipped. The driver also claimed that the itinerary was inaccurate. Rushed Park Tour: We had to cut short one of the park tours, as it was already 12:30 pm, and the driver insisted that he needed 1.5 hours to return to Dubai. All these factors contributed to a very unpleasant experience for my family, especially for my children. I had high expectations for this trip, and unfortunately, it fell far short of them.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Royal Desert Safari Dubai, booked directly through Skyland's official website for €150 per person. This price is significantly higher than similar offers available for €47.83 on TripAdvisor or even their own standard package priced at €41.40. Here’s a summary of what happened: ### 1. Subpar Service Quality Despite being marketed as a “Royal” experience, the service provided was far from premium: - Dune Bashing: My wife, 2-year-old daughter, and I were placed on the rear bench of the vehicle, in an uncomfortable position with almost no visibility, making the ride unpleasant. - Dinner: We were assigned a table far from the stage, with poor lighting, which ruined the overall atmosphere and enjoyment. ### 2. Not as Advertised The services provided clearly matched the standard package (€41.40), not the premium “Royal” package that we paid for. ### 3. Failed Attempts to Contact the Provider After realizing this scam, I tried to reach the provider via email and WhatsApp, but received no response to date. ### Recommendation I strongly advise against booking this activity. The price difference is entirely unjustified, and their customer service is non-existent. If you’re looking for a quality experience, consider other reputable options available on TripAdvisor or elsewhere. ⚠️ Warning: Don’t fall for this so-called “Royal” package. You’ll end up paying a premium price for standard, even mediocre, service. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same disappointment.

The view and service was amazing It's was a first experience for my family especially my kids who really enjoyed the amazing service. I will highly recommend Skyland services to my friends and so on... My friend Khalid did a great job

The tour was perfect! Our guide Amjad picked us up from Dubai Mall and was very patient and informative when we were trying to find him. We stopped for toilet breaks along the road and Amjad was very kind when it came to needed the restroom.The dune bashing was so much fun, he played us some loud music and let us enjoy the fun. We stopped for pictures and he offered to take some of us. The rest of the activities, the camel ride, quad bike, dune boarding and entertainment were very good and I would book with this again for sure! The food was okay. The whole experience was very good for the cheap price, yet many things extra charge once you’re there. Nevertheless, I 100% recommend.

It was a wonderful journey. Lot of fun activities and show. Mr Amjad was skilled and a great companion. His experience made this journey more fun and adventurous for us. The food and show was great. The views were amazing we had so much fun. We stayed 5 days in Dubai and the most fun part aas the desert we got to ride camels and enjoy very nice show at the end. If you book through the company they also provide with free pickup and drop off. Our driver was very nice and welcoming and gave us alot of information about dubai as well. Definitely recommend

The driver was great. We enjoyed the dunes bashing. Dinner was good and the shows were amazing. Camel ride needs to be abit longer.

Great experience! Got a private ride with Arif to the camp with the family who picked us up from our building on time. Dune bashing, sand boarding, and the camel ride were the highlights of the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Nice area with good sand for driving in buggies. Organizing the trip was easy, but complete the trip was totally stressful. Driver vent to the wrong hotel, so we was waiting 40min extra, means that we arrive to the area 1hour late. It was stressful because we have planned to see the sunset and take some good photo, but everything was like running from one to another. We did not enjoy that. No sorry from driver, no compensation. When we should drive back to hotel, again waiting for him 15-20min, he did not prepare the car (air in the tires), so we also have to spend time on that. Long drive home.... Driver keep telling us that we must make a good review on him on TripAdvisor and I should mention his name Mr. Amjad, hereby done.
