The dune ride was amazing and not too hectic as we had small kids in the car. Our driver Waqar was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to make the most of our trip in Dubai. We then had a nice evening under the Dubai sky filled with food and entertainment. It was great value for the money and a memorable experience

The trip was great, our driver Sunil Kumar went above and beyond in trying to make us feel comfortable and looked after us throughout the whole tour. I would highly recommend doing this activity. The driving over the sand dunes was great. As was the quad biking and camel ride. The bbq food and the entertainment was also very well laid on, a great evening’s entertainment all round, chaperoned by a first class tour guide in Sunil. By far the best day I had during my stay in Abu Dhabi! Big thanks 🙏🏼

I recently used Rayana tours for my recent trip to Thailand, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. From the very start, there was a lack of communication and transparency. Important details about the itinerary were unclear and unorganized. Whenever we tried to reach out for clarification or support, the agent behaved very rudely and we were not met with any unhelpful responses. The accommodations booked were far below the promised standards even after we specifically mentioned we needed good rooms. There were several star hotels like Hilton, Marriott, HolidayInn nearby yet they booked us the most basic room in the one of the oldest hotel in Phuket. Even after requesting for a change/upgrade, there was no sort of assistance from the team. Transportation arrangements were poorly managed, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience throughout the trip. Had to wait 5-6 hours at the airport which could’ve been used to do something more productive. We literally found out places on our own and visited because the itenary provided by the team only covered very few places. It is unacceptable to receive such unprofessional service, especially after paying a considerable amount. I would not recommend Rayana Tours to anyone looking for a reliable and smooth travel experience.There several other agencies providing much better itinerary with better rates. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their service in the future.

The Dubai Mall Aquarium & Underwater Zoo were absolutely amazing. Great facilities, very knowledgeable staff, and we enjoyed every minute. Pricing was quite high and could be unaffordable for families with children. Would be great to see pricing lowered or better family discounts offered to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy this wonderful facility.

Desert safari was amazing, 100% would reccomend. From the safari to the belly an tanoora dance it was a great experience. Our tour guide Sunil Kumar was the best, very polite and a great person to have alongside us.

The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and I loved the Bollywood music and art performances—they really added to the lively atmosphere. third class agency they are booked by thrillophilia and they are very unprofessional people.. read their online reviews before booking also there r many others giving good pkages with decent pricing.. kindly avoid thrillophilia for any travel.. i could give a negative star.. i had booked for dubai and belive me it was worst experience by thrillophilia.. dont get attracted by discounts.. you will surely regret if you book through them..

This company will not respond to emails, calls or anything... I made a booking for tour and my credit card was charged but i was not vouchered.... Also, I cancelled a couple of tours just to rebook the same tour on a different day but never got a refund... I tried to encourage a local UAE company but only to get disrespected, next time I will book through a reputable US agency....

I did safari drive bashing tour which included dinner and show. Driver very experienced, good communication with company regarding pickup time. Enjoyed camel ride and dinner show. Fire dancer best I have ever seen. Was simply amazing. Would have liked a little more info on history, types of dances, how they come about etc. all in all lovely night out which is completely guided.

The price is reasonable, I chose for shared-premium package, which my table was just beside the stage. The salesperson, coordinator and the driver are very well prepared. The dune driving was very amazing and incredible. I also experienced riding on a camel. Before the buffet dinner, we went to see the sunset. The buffet dinner is wonderful. You will never be disappointed for choosing Rayna Tours.

Rutuja kshirsagar was very helpful throughout. She helped me with the bookings of not just the desert safari but other things in Dubai.
