          The best place to stay!
Visited Dubai in May this year and we decided to stay on The Walk -- honestly one of the best decisions I could have made. You have everything on your doorsteps, great restaurants, shops and right on next to the beach. The evening strolls are the best but be careful of the vendors trying to sell you stuff but you get used to that after a while.

          The best hotel in JBR
The best hotel on JBR, at the reception very attentive, always happy to help, greeted with a smile. Special thanks to Wissam and Karen (the manager on duty), the best personal of the hotel. At breakfast all the waiters are very attentive and work very quickly. Also, nice pool, very quiet, thank you to the lifeguard Supun.

          Bustling area
The Walk is jam packed with food and beverage options, shops and entertainment. It is pleasant in the day, just a short distance from the beach, and becomes very lively after dark. Traffic can be extremely busy so better to get dropped nearby and walk in.

Lots of nice shops and restaurants
This is a nice, clean strip along the beach at JBR. There are lots of restaurants and stalls to get food and pick up some snacks. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner

          JBR Walk
One of the nicest places in Dubai, very lively. Full of hotels, restaurants and clubs. And in close proximity to the beach. It looks like the Riviera but with skyscrapers all around

          Walking at JBR
JBR, known as The Walk, is a fantastic spot for group outings. Parking is a challenge with fees in various building lots. Ideal in winter, not so much in summer. Plenty of upscale shops, hotels, and restaurants. Free beach access and WIFI. Hoping for more free parking. Beware of heavy traffic on weekends and holidays. Great for nightlife.

A very touristy area that is worth visiting for the hustle and bustle.
JBR is technically an island, the seaward part is The Walk, and the opposite side is the Dubai Marina. The Walk is a very touristy area full of hotels and restaurants. We ate at a different restaurant each evening and the selection was very good, but pricey. There are also pharmacies and supermarkets on every corner which was very convenience. It gets very crowded at sunset and into the evening. Pedestrian crossings are almost non-existent so you need to be careful crossing the road. Traffic is non-stop even late into the evening. It's a good location for first-time holiday-makers in Dubai to get the feel of the place. The air actually didn't feel polluted though, and the streets were clean. The beach is just 5 mins walk away, and a newly-build pedestrian bridge links the beach to Bluewater island which is very convenient.

          Lots of restaurants and shops
I stayed in an air bnb near here so came here almost every day during my holiday to eat and walk around. It’s a nice street next to the beach filled with restaurants, hotels and shops. Lots of nice outdoor cafes and coffee shops too including Starbucks. There is also a Sephora and Muji further down.

          Just another street
A beautiful, modern, clean area. Full of hotels, restaurants, shops. In the immediate vicinity is a very beautiful beach. Quite crowded.

Excellent place in Dubai to spend in leisure
This place in Dubai fascinates me as it has a rubber path to walk, jog,or run and plenty of restaurants with various cuisines that one could choose and prefer to sit out and enjoy the view especially at night. There are various other attractions for children and a lot of shops and residential apartments. For tourists, the ideal time to visit this place would be during January during the Dubai Shopping Festival ( DSF ) when one can take a stroll or a walk, shop or even sit in any restaurant outside and enjoy ones favourite cuisine.Or one can just sit back on the benches provided there in leisure and enjoy the view.
