We had a fantastic experience on the marina dinner cruise! The team was incredibly helpful and coordinated everything smoothly, especially since we were new to Dubai. The dinner was delicious, and the dance show was a great addition. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely evening.

This was not a cruise but a junk boat ride into the Dubai Canal (Al Jadaf). The package was sold as a dinner reservation which was totally false. First we were four in our party. My wife,my son, my daughter and I and were sat at a three person table. And second, this was not a dinner but a buffet. Which my kids could not eat from and neither did my wife nor I. The Buffett was unsanitary with over one-hundred people using their hands to gather up food. Basically a covid-19 super spreader-type buffet. This was not what was advertised when we bought the package. Had it been advertised as a buffet we would never have bought it. The food was not even enough for all the passengers and since we were the last table my wife couldn’t even set up one food plate for us. It was horrendous and disgusting. And a couple of passengers got into arguments and physical altercations with the staff. It was a Complete lack of sanitary precautions and Totally unprofessional. The fireworks presentation was supposed to be close to the Burj Khalifa in the canal. Again false advertising. The boat never even went into the Area close to the Burj Khalifa and stopped about half a kilometer from the bridge (Route 66). We could not see the fireworks from our vantage point. Our children did not enjoy any of the fireworks because all the adults crowded around us making it unsafe. After the fireworks which were not Visible from our standpoint, the boat then proceeded to pick up an entertainer which put the passengers at risk, since the boat operator had to come into contact with another boat to have the entertainer jump into our boat. I’ve never seen anything like this. Your company placed hundreds of passengers at risk with this maneuver. We are frequent visitors to Dubai and have never experienced such a disappointing tour nor have had such false marketing practices blatantly shown.

We booked our tour fir dune buggy trip and that was good tour, we have cobcerns about sop due to covid19 but we are very happy that they follow all the sop steps which gave us confidance. Food was good but not that much great dune buggy ride was a fun also dune bashing also good ride. Our drive Mr iqbal is a very nice person he shared his knowledge about dubai and safari tour. Inshort that was nice trip for us.

Be careful about whatsis advertised. The Dune Bashing and Entertainment in the Desert is OK however the part about the Dune buggy is mis-leading. This company have a fence area the size of 4 football field that you are given a very slow Polaris razor to drive- you are given an hour to just drive around in circles- you do not go out in the desert with a guide- this portion is very deceptive

Enjoyed lot, excellant trip with dune buggy ride, me and my husband booked a buggy tour and we are very with this tour, dinner was very delicious with many options. Buggy drive itsself great fun, in the one package we have many things so i feel price is worth it. Our driver was Mr Salman and he is very much supportive.

We had a amazing time in the desert tour was perfect and buggies are very powerful more then our expectations, our all that was good tour & food and atmosphere is almost like Traditional that is is the best part, Defiantly Buggy tour is is must do activity in Dubai as per my thought.

We had a great fun buggy drive something bew experience for us. We was grouped of 5 people and best part is the tour was dune bashing Mr Ali our driver is really nice person on tour he explained us about tour and how to drive buggy step by step he told us. Very nice trip very well organized team.
