Trip was well communicated over what's app on our arrival in Dubai ( I had booked the trip from the UK). Pick up was prompt from our hotel with a friendly driver. We have done a camel ride around 10 years ago in Dubai and this was in a different place about an hour's drive out of the city. A lot more commercialised than before and we could see how the tourism has mushroomed in Dubai over the past 10 years. Camel ride was great fun and a decent length. Our guide took LOADS of pics and video with our own phones before, during and at the end of the ride. Camels were in good condition and appeared well cared for. Afterwards we were expecting to go to the camp for the evening dancing and BBQ but there had been a confusion with our booking and our driver thinking we were just for the camel ride. We were quite disappointed, but this was quickly rectified by our driver contacting the company owner. We had a little wait while he came from dune bashing, but everything was sorted for us to go to the camp, no problem at all. We were driven to the camp and had a fantastic evening of dancing, delicious food and attentive hosting. Nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this tour operator for your desert experience. Excellent service, thank you.

The guide was super, nothing bad to say about him. He knew all the history and showed us the best places. The Hatta Mountains are really beautiful to see

Had an amazing time at the red dunes, excellent driver that provided entertainment and kept kids(11/14) happy whilst bashing dunes. Also got a fair amount of time on the quads that was really good. Evening entertainment and food was also really good.

Tariq is the absolute best! Other groups we saw their guides sat in the car but Tariq was with us everywhere educating us on wherever we were at! Great great guy and fun tour!

Dubai tour is not complete without Exploring the Desert.Enjoyed Red dune safari.spend some special time in desert and experienced the dashing Sunset 🌅 in desert. Amazing tour! Our fun guide Tariq showed us the beautiful nature of Hatta Mountains! The scenery was breathtaking and the opportunity for memories and photos was incredible. Tariq was patient and explained so many things while not being overwhelming with it.

The trip was amazing! It was a beautiful ride through the mountains and we got to see so much! My favorite parts were the stop at the lake where we rented a pedal boat, and the oasis where little fish nibbled at my feet. Kashif and Tariq really took care of us the whole time, and always pointed out interesting information.

The trip to hatta mountains was amazing! Our guide, Tarek was super nice and funny , he told us many interesting stories during the car trip and of course he made us visit the most important places of the region. The cherry on top was at the end of the trip, we were visiting a farm with dates palms, bananas and others fruit trees and at the end he spoke with one of the farm’s worker and he gave us some branches full of dates , as a gift! Just wonderful! Totally recommend Tarek for your trips around Dubai! Thank you again!

Had an amazing time on the desert trip. Tariq is a great host and his knowledge of Dubai is second to none. From the dune buggy’s (extra cost for us) to the sand boarding, dance shows, camel riding, the whole day was brilliant. Will be sure to contact Tariq on our next trip to Dubai!

I've done desert safari twice before but this time with my family. Last few occasions were good but this time i booked direct with DET. My booking was simple & easy with great communication. I have to say this driver Mr Tariq simply made our whole experience one of the best! He was so knowledgable, he was super funny, very informative and overall first class customer service. Very patient with us all having 2 children and my parents, there was no pushing for a tip it all just felt very natual.
