Stay away from this team. They are unprofessional and unreliable. When you book with them, they promise certain services and items, but in reality, none of it happens. Their customer service never follows up on your requests. They take your money, fail to provide the service, and avoid refunding you. For the safety, money, and comfort of your passengers, avoid them at all costs. They charged me in advance, overcharged, and promised certain cars to pick us up from the airport. Instead, an old, simple SUV arrived, and after a 14-hour flight at 10 pm, they took us to a gas station to fill up and then finally to the airport. Their customer service is unprofessional and does not follow up. Be cautious of this scam.m

I like Aya even more than The Museum of Future. Like you opened the door to Avatar world. Many different rooms with different beautiful set up. I was there alone and Kareem helped me with photo and video a lot. He was like a professional videographer, thank you for my amazing photos and memories. They also gave you Aya passport and it’s very cute. Not all people know about this place but it’s definitely worth to visit

Underwhelming. Especially compared to other Nobu restaurants across the world. Didn’t have the freshness and presentation of others. Unfortunately I ended up with food poisoning. My husband and I had the tasting menu. He didn’t eat some of his nigiri as he felt it looked unsafe. He also doesn’t like mushrooms so I ate those with the wagyu dish. Ended up violently ill wasting one of my 4 days on vacation. I did email Nobu to let them know so they could check their produce to prevent others but received no response. Very disappointing experience overall.

We took my Father to the Jebel Ali Shooting Range as a Fathers Day gift. He loved it! Only problem was it was SO hot (we went around 5pm in June) with little shade and no fans for spectators! Besides that it was fabulous afternoon out that my Father and Husband absolutely loved!

What can I say, if you go to the Atlantis the Palm you need to eat here, the food is second to none. The starters, my wife loves prawn cocktails and she said it’s the best she has ever had!! The steaks melted in your mouth and the deserts…wow. This was made even better by the level of service from all the staff, a special mention for Oussama he is a credit to The Bread Street Kitchen and the Atlantis , it’s great seeing the staff enjoying their work!

Such an enjoyable experience at Mosaico Lounge. Enjoyed the afternoon tea with girlfriends. The venue offers a range of sweet and savoury delights as well as tea and coffee. The lounge is very elegant and the service is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I dined at Nobu Atlantis Dubai ] and was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of innovative dishes, with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure our meal was memorable, providing great recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. This was the worst safari I have ever experienced. The environment was very controlled. Yes it gave us to view the different deer up close when they were being fed. But the cheetah or any animal in small cages hiding behind concrete enclosures doesn’t count. I can get better at a zoo. The emus were also sickly looking.

nobu is a very welcoming place, the staff is attentive and the atmosphere is always there. I enjoyed the variety of cocktails and the food was really excellent

Gutted to be writing this, but this has to be my least favourite dining experience whilst staying at The Atlantis! It’s annoying because it’s the one I was probably most excited about as I have been to many of Gordon’s restaurants in the past and never been disappointed! Knew right from the start it wasn’t going to be good as the girl taking us to our table didn’t greet us or acknowledge us, she led us to our table gave us the menus and walked away without saying a word! My partner had the spiced fried cauliflower, I had the salt and pepper squid which were both great, but for my main I went for the famous bread street burger that was as Gordon would say himself “RAW” I asked for it medium but it was far from that! Don’t get me wrong though the cocktails were great though and went down a treat but over all it’s the only restaurant I wouldn’t be rushing to go back to on my next visit! Also had put in my booking that it was my partners birthday, thought they would maybe even bring a wee something out to say happy birthday but again I just feel the staff were nothing like any other place I have been to in The Atlantis, the just could not be bothered!

Shocking absolutely shocking! We decided to treat our grandchildren …our gluten free vegetarian granddaughter asked for gluten free pasta with pesto ..only to be told the restaurant did not have any pesto . Musical chairs seemed to be going on…whilst we ate with the staff making such a din moving tables and chairs. We had to chase our drinks order which appeared to be forgotten. My meal …..lobster tagliolini was the worst l had ever had …it was inedible. .no lobster , and drenched in chili…l sent it back as l refused to eat it. I asked it to be taken off my bill but it wasn’t…The manger said she was going to “ have a word with the chef” …What a terrible evening.

As a Family with two smaller kids (7 and 9) we had the 6 p.m. slot. The view of Dubai at night was breathtaking, but could not keep up with the exceptional pairing of food, cocktails and friendly and attentive service. Lawrence, thank you for your service, good suggestions and the surprise dishes. The signature unagi/foie gras maki „forced“ us to reorder more of the same. NOBU-Team: We enjoyed the evening and will be back.

Great friendly restaurant, children well looked after, food is great, atmosphere great too. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, Especially Oussama, he was so great with the children , patience kind and understanding, and very helpful, 5* for you Oussama!! Nice place to eat with the family.
