124th floor thought we would really eat next to the window or inside the restaurant but can see the the fountain for the price. It’s still an experience. Nothing much special than other towers we’ve been.

I am not one to complain. BUT I WILL DEFINATLY WRITE A COMMENT ABOUT THIS COMPANY..!! We were let down massively by this company.. We had our meal booked for our wedding anniversary (through our travel company who had arranged all our trips for the holiday in Dubai). We got all our paperwork from Viator which clearly stated the time and date of the booking. My wife and my 11 year old daughter got all dressed up for this special meal, we got to the Dubai Mall early as it was there high season so it was very busy. We queued up for around 20 mins due to everyone wanting to go up the tower, when we got to the front reception we were told that the booking had not been made by Dubai Egy Travel. I subsequently tried to call the number on the paperwork and no one answered. the lady behind the reception said it would be better via whats app which i did get a response (after 20 mins waiting at the front of the que), i was then passed on to customer services and had to go through the whole issue once again to be told they i had not called to book it... yet the ticket clearly stated the time and not to confirm the booking. They said they could not do anything due to the attraction totally booked up due to high season. We had to leave the que and then go somewhere else to try and get some food, we totally deflated after missing the experience and was left totally saddened by the overall day. The whole day left us out of pocket for taxis and getting food we didn't really want and this has left a bad tase of booking anything via Viator/Dubai egy Travel. I have been trying to pursue our money back since end of October with no avail, they have stopped answering my whats app calls and texts..!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN

Very interesting country of contrasts. On one hand it's a dictatorship with the government having a tight grip. There are cameras everywhere. No one criticizes the leaders, partly because they are fair and have done most things right, and partly because it's dangerous to do so. Yet everyone is free in most other respects, freer than most G7 nations (less economic slavery). Some people criticize the religious practices for women but there is no apparent oppression, people are free to choose their religion. If they choose a strict Islamic denomination, then they choose to adopt outdated practice . It's not much different than Mormons or Hutterites. Plus factors are that the streets are safe, there is no crime; the prince and other wealthy citizens have made a great effort to make Dubai and Abu Dhabi tourist destinations, duplicating interesting attractions from around the world and putting them in one place, also investing in new ideas for attractions of which some are great; I like that Dubai is very cosmopolitan like a city that belongs to the world (somewhat skewed to Indian culture) while Abu Dhabi is more traditional giving a sense of modern Arab life; locals are generally happy and hence they are less stressed and more friendly (except on the Metro), most locals can speak English (primary language is Punjabi) it's a relatively cheap place to travel if you want it to be, or, if your made of money there are lots of opportunities to let your ego loose and flaunt your wealth (expensive hotels, cars, services, not my cup of tea). Cons are that Dubai is a little India, I got tired of the smell of currie everywhere, even half of the Chinese restaurant menu items are indian dishes, you will get hassled by hawkers just like in India or Mexico; it's overcrowded, streets, public transportation and sidewalks are jammed in the central area (rush hour starts at 8 am and ends at 7 pm); attractions are far apart, it takes time to get between them.

I booked the ski session six weeks ago through Dubai Egy Travel, and specifically flew to Dubai to take my daughter. One day before the session, Egy Travel cancelled saying they "couldn't get tickets". This was absolutely untruthful. We didn't get to go skiing, which was a massive waste of money stopping in Dubai for this very purpose. VERY disappointing with poor customer service and lousy responsiveness. There was not even an apology! Just terrible and not even deserving of one star.

Hotel is very good and good staff mr. Abdul aman and. Mr. Kamal. Miss Ravina is very helpful at reception. Food is very good. All staff was very good. And good behaviour. Le roi is very nice hotel.

NEVER EVER Book this company. Didnt turn up for pick-up at Hotel, Tried calling and txtng and never got through and never heard back from numerous messages. Waited for 2 hours after the pick up time. Gave up and did something else. Totally unprofessional and a rip off.

The marina is an artificial canal, with amazing view of the building development in the area. For my perspective this site resembles a little Miami but calmer! It’s a fun time

This used to be a guided tour around Abu Dhabi. I expected to be picked up at 7.30 AM in the lobby of my hotel. However, that early morning at 4.24 AM, the trip got cancelled by Tripadvisor. As the name of the Tripadvisor link was already changed to "Enjoy Dubai Beautiful Desert by Balloon & Falcon Show", I was first wondering whether the email received was correct. As the booking number agreed to my ticket and no one came to pick me up at the hotel, my day was ruined! And within only 3 hours, it was impossible to find another guided tour that would pcik me up at the hotel. I got my money back, but I lost a day of travelling. Never ever in my life will I book via Dubai Egy Travel anymore!

It was a wonderful experience starting from fast response of the reservation team and the yacht was really joyful and the food was ok
