I booked this tour over a month ago .It was confirmed . I flew in from Canada. I was very excited for this tour. This tour company left me waiting for an hour , no email nothing to tell me it was cancelled etc. They never came . They probably never were going to come. The number listed is not even a Dubai number to even call them. This number is an Egypt number . Do not book this tour . They ruined my day , and I am so disappointed that viator would even have such a scam tour company on here . Complete disappointment . They should not be on viator . Viator should raise their standards on what tour companies they allow on here .

Everything was disorganised and the staff have poor knowledge. We paid over £300 for tickets At The Top and for dinner in the Burj Club and it was not good value for money. For this price, you should be fast tracked but the queueing system was poor and it took ages to get to the top. We told numerous staff members that we had dinner booked in the Burj Club afterwards and they ushered us on telling us that we will be escorted there afterwards. Once we finally reached the top, a staff member told us that we had to go back down to the ground floor and then we would be escorted to our restaurant. So we queued for another 30 minutes to get down. Once we got downstairs, a staff member told us that we had missed the floor for our restaurant and that we would need to go back up again. This took another 30 minutes. When we finally reached the restaurant, our table wasn't ready even though we were over an hour later than the time stated on our ticket. So we had a further wait. Once seated, the restaurant lacked atmosphere and the food was bland and basic, not worth the money at all. I would suggest buying a fast track/VIP ticket that will get you to the top of the Burj Khalifa quickly and then eating at one of the restaurants in Dubai Mall that overlooks the fountains.

The restaurant experience did not meet expectations at all- it’s not a true “roof top” ceiling was the only view we had. Service was completely rushed and not friendly. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE

This was a beautiful and impressive building but I was more impressed with the outside than the inside. It was a super fast ride to the 125th floor, we got to look down at the city and take pics. That was it. We went at night and the city lights were very nice. Maybe going during the day would hve given me a different perspective.

The tour operator never contacted me (neither by email or by phone) as to where to meet the driver. So no communication with me before the activity. In other words, they took my money and never supplied any services. Refund requested.

We didn’t get to have this experience. I booked the tickets a few weeks in advance, had a booking confirmation and received tickets. Got to the reception and showed the tickets, they hadn’t received the confirmation that they needed and so we couldn’t get in. I paid almost £400 for this. It was embarrassing. I started a live chat with the operator who still haven’t bothered to reply to me. I expect a full refund.

The bus came late 5 minutes and I had to wait at lounge. It was beautifully setup, clean n maintained. Despite coming late, we reached on destination before ETA.

Nothing to write, charged for the service which didn't provide. No contact from the travel agent, no reply to my messages. Worst experience of my life.

It's an affordable elegant hotel. You will enjoy all it has to offer. From the spacious room to the pool and the view.

The tour was not up to the 1.30mins, although it was refreshing and fun, nice view and the service was nice

I enjoyed the hot air balloon ride in the desert. The views of the dessert are magnificent. I was able to see gazelles running in the dessert and camels. The Sunset views were beautiful. Our captain did a awesome job explaining the procedures and landed us safely! I had a great experience and the staff the was very friendly.

It was really nice and fun!! The view was spectacular. We could see the sunrise. I would totally recommend!

It was simply the best price and the best hot air balloon ride I have ever.all the staff were brilliant.i strongly recommend it
