We had an amazing time. Zain Butt was our tour guide and he did an excellent job. He was very nice, gentle and kind. He even went out of his way and got us a medicine when my son had a stomach ache. He was very patient, polite and all around gentlemen. We saw the miracle garden, gold souk, global village, Dubai Frame, old and new Dubai, Marina Bay and our lunch was included. We didn’t know it would be a National Day and many people were out to Global Village. They have 12 parking lots and they were all full. Still he was very patient, he dropped and picked us up safely. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend this trip to my most loved ones.

Vishnu’s Guide was very good, he is experienced and having diversified knowledge, it was really pleasant experience to my family in Abu Dhabi .

The tour pick up was suppose to be at 9:00AM. No one showed up. After calling and texting many time they send a driver at 11:00AM. You might as well hire a taxi by urself and go around.

The places we visited were amazing. We visited grand mosque, Emirates palace, qadar al watan, Louvre museum and city tour. We had a grt experience with our day one with guide Arif. He was very supportive and knowledgeable nd he guided us for each and every thing throughout. We r glad that we had such a good tour guide/cab guide. Thank you 🙏

Vishwas sir was constantly in contact with us since I contacted him for help.. he made sure that we board the cruise on the same day!!! .... The cruise experience was fantastic....we as a family had a blast.... Would definitely definitely recommend navita tours for future bookings!!!

We booked a private tour as we hoped to see the most of Dubai in the limited time in our stopover. Our private tour was suppose to start at 4pm and we confirmed both with Tripadvisor and Navita tours the start time and that they had our hotel information. When no one showed up by 4:15pm, we contacted Navita Tours. They got back to us and said our tour guide was on his way. 10 minutes later, we got text from the tour guide that he was far away and sending his driver to get us and he will meet us very soon (we later found out he was double booked on another tour). No one showed up and we repeatedly texted the company and the tour guide. Eventually a driver showed up just after 5pm and said the guide was still far away and will meet us later on. We eventually met the guide around 6pm. He started his standard speach on Dubai as if it was tape recording never asking us if we had any questions or what we would like to see, or even where we were from. The driver and the guide drove along the highway and pointed out hotels along the city but it was very hard to see in the van driving along the highway. The guide just kept throwing out stats on the sizes and how many floors the different hotels had and how many stars they had. He showed total lack of interest or any passion about Dubai. Due to the guide’s delay (2 hours) and the traffic, we saw less than half the itinerary listed, and got very little knowledge about Dubai other than how high and how many stars each hotel had. We have been touring for 5 weeks with various tours all over southeast Asia and this tour and tour guide was by far the worst we had by a large factor. Not recommended.

We booked with Cleopatra at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island at the end of October. We booked a trip around Dubai with Kimo at the sales desk in the Hotel. Our driver Mohamed was very good and took us to all the locations Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina,Burj Al Arab, the Dubai Fountain at night to name but a few. Mohamed waited for us and was always kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Cleopatra again when we visit. Kimo was very professional.

My flight was delayed so 24 hours in Dubai. I booked from TripAdvisor and what a great decision this was. I mistakenly booked for the next day and only realised when the driver didn’t show so rechecked my booking and realised my error ( sleep deprivation). I called the help line to cancel and they advised they could be there in 30 mins and they were My driver Yasif turned up in a late model Hilux van very tidy in uniform . His knowledge of the history of the UAE and Dubai so incredibly helpful and filled in blanks in my knowledge (I knew very little). He took me all over Dubai a full 4.5 hour trip and was happy to drop me to wander at various locations to explore for 10 to 15 mins on my own. After covering all key areas of Dubai including the beach the future museum the islands an art gallery the old quarters etc I was dropped back to the hotel at 6.30pm. It was a great call to do it making my unplanned stop so much more enjoyable. It was made more so by the tourist I sat beside on the way back to the airport who described the bus journey to 2 locations (I think we did 8 or 9) and the bus breaking down on the way. There was as a 2 hour taxi ride option at the hotel but fortunately I chose these guys, so polite knowledgeable and professional I can’t recommend them highly enough especially as I thought I likely lost my money by not canceling within 24 hours. 5 out of 5 guys thank you!

The tour guide was excellent , very knowledgeable of Dubai. The company coordinating this tour was pathetic . When nobody showed up ,to pick us up at our hotel at 10:00, I called to see where they were. The person I talked to said they were stuck in traffic and he would call me back in a few minutes. He never called back, so I called him back. He told me they were on their way. About 11:15 the person that was going to lead the tour called me and said she was just now contacted by the company coordinating the tour to see if she could take the job for this morning and was on her way now. Company…. totally incapable ….

Vishnu was very informative - he spoke non-stop! For some reason, we didn't get to do the water taxi ride at the Bur Dubai Abra Station, nor stop by the Burj Al Arab for a photo. We stopped at an interesting 'museum' where I'm pretty sure we were expected to make a purchase. It was actually quite awkward and uncomfortable. We did cover off some interesting areas, but I found I got to the point where I just wanted the tour to be over.
