It was not only a day trip but a baetufiful thinking in our life forever thanks to our driver Alam. He did all the difference.
He was friendly, interested, happy, focused on details that transformed our experience.
Thanks to Alam. I suggest everyone to request specifically for this driver. He is a master.

Incredible experience! The guide Allam was great! I recommend them to everyone! The desert walk and safari is fabulous! They pick you up at the hotel and return you to the hotel at night! The last stop is a show with artists and dinner and drinks included! Really Excellent!

The positive thing is the desert safari in an off-road vehicle, the driver Alam and co-pilot very good. Blast music and take on Paris-Dakar type dunes. Watching the sunset in the dunes and Snowboard is good for taking a couple of photos.
The dinner fire show is okay.
Negative We are 6 people and we are very separated by the city, between picking up each other it takes 2 hours by car to get to the desert.
The Quart is in a closed esplanade that looks like bumper cars. (If you don't have it included or don't want it, you lose 1 hour there looking at the others)
Then camel "ride" is a 20-meter turn in literally 1 minute. To take your photo.
The dinner was very ugly...you have a general area included and a VIP area that you pay separately. Paying more everything improves, chairs, better food, no waiting.....in the general area the coke is arabiancola, you have to stand in line with 40 Indians pushing so as not to be left without anything. The meat is counted 2 pieces.
Dinner coincides with the show or you have dinner or watch the show. When the show is over there is no more food to repeat. You don't even have time to have a tea...
If I could, I would only take the 4*4 safari through the dunes. If you want to ride a camel, go to Morocco to the Kasbah of Ali the Lame. If you want dinner go to the wadi run desert in Jordan.

After reading these reviews I’m wondering what trip we went on!
Our guide was nice and gave us bottled water on arrival to the car.He Picked us up from the hotel in a regular people carrier. We drove to the desert to a camp and was left there for an hour to be hounded by sales people. My daughter who was 6 got a bird put on her head and then I was marched to the cashier to pay 30 dirhams for the privilege. Drinks cost 20 Dirhams for a cola. Our guide sold us a quad biking experience that we paid extra for which was fun but cost us 200 Dirhams. After the camp we changed cars to a dune bashing car. This was fun but they didn’t stop high on the dunes to take photos like all the other companies .
We then stopped at a small sand dune covered in litter and was given a sand board to play with. We felt like a tag along trip surrounded by professional companies .
We arrived at the Arabian camp in the evening where we were greeted by men taking photos and then demanding we bought them ! Then we were led to a rude lady at the camp . Who stated that if we wanted to eat in peace and not fight with 900 people for our food we should pay 100 dirhams each for vip .
We did not pay this and so was sent away and told we were wasting her time!
The kids were starving by this time. There were no dates and coffee. Soft drinks were not free. Until I complained to our guide . Who went and got us a few fizzy drinks.
When it was time to eat we all scrambled to queues people pushing and grabbing for rice and curry sauce ( see the pictures attached) we then had a small piece of mutton plonked on our plastic flimsy plates by a man’s hand and sent away. While eating we were hounded by sellers demanding we bought photos. The camel ride was for 2 seconds on and off and we were told we could stand near and help our children on .
I have never experienced such rudeness and
Poor quality food and hospitality. The entertainment was good but I was too cross to enjoy it. And we all wanted to leave.
We have been on many desert safaris before when we lived in Abudhabi that were amazing . We would never recommend this awful experience to anyone!

No photo stop even though I paid for it, food not good. 2 pieces of chicken and when we ask for more we get sent off even though we had to pay 10 euros more to be in VIP. Tourist traps and false advertising. Really disappointed and sad, only positive point the driver was very very strong and in control perfectly. To flee

The desert experience was great, guide was great. But items in package has a lot of up-sales so please enquire on details before you book. Operator should have spelt out camel ride, 1 small round. Free Henna - very basic 1 line drawing. Bbq dinner starts at 8pm and have to rush with 900 other customers and chicken gets only 1 piece. If want dinner immediately with unlimited flow of food, got to pay aed50 for vip section. All these should have been highlighted before customer book. Jeep’s tyre punctured so we didn’t get to do the sand boarding. But we get more time experiencing the desert while guide changed tyre. All in all, it was a new experience for us.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the hotel pick up until drop off Alam, my guide took really a good care of the crew. Dune bashing, sunset photos. Dances. Performances and BBQ dinner are amazing. A must do!
