Such a waste of time, think we spent under an hour there. It’s just very underwhelming. We visited motiongate 5 times in the past so was expecting something similar and good. Not many rides at all, the experiences are ok but very small. It’s just a waste of time and money and when you walk in there is still the Bollywood temple and no feel of Spain at all. My son’s 12 and a huge football fan and was very disappointed.

Our 7 year old loved this park Large air condition arcade free games plus beat goalie nought n crosses football basketball court n indoor football court Several out door rides including fast high rollercoaster and very high swings Trophy room and famous players (wax works ) for photos Friendly staff and people doing football tricks at set times would recommend for football fans

Absolute waste of time. Bored after 10 mins. Only spent 45 mins in the place. Never again. Don't waste your money on this place

Lovely place. The tour is self guided with a lot of hidden gems. Great AC ventilation and not a lot of people. Setup is very practical and help is everywhere if you get lost or need help.

Supposed to cut the line, but you have to wait forever! And don’t go by night time, go between 4-5 pm to see a better view, go with a lot of patience, then after that, go to the bar and have a few drinks.

Really enjoyed this experience. Teenage daughter found it to be really good. Waiting times not too bad (1 hour). Staff very good. Fantastic views over Old and New Dubai. Great photo opportunities. A great place to visit.

The Frame is a stunning building - visually as well as providing a great view of all of Dubai. A great engineering feat!

Online ticket was not issued on time. We have to call the tour operator in order to issue the tickets. Our schedule was at 11:30 but receive the ticket after 12 that is after we call them

Dont waste your time on a skip the line ticket. Only means you dont have to queue to buy a ticket, you join the line like everybody else

This review is about the tour operator Holiday Tours, LLC and their deceptive advertisement and not of the Dubai Frame itself. Holiday Tours sells "skip the line tickets" which is not true. When you visit the Frame you will see that the line to buy tickets is not very long. It is the line waiting to enter the Frame that can average 2 hours long during peak hours of the day. However, the Frame operator does not offer you to skip this line. We verified this with the ticket booth. We ended up calling Viator to cancel the tickets and get our money back. Furthermore, I would recommend just buying the tickets at the booth or even online via the Dubai Frame's website as they cost less than $15 USD.

This ticket didn’t work at the frame - in fact we were unable to actually download our ticket from the confirmation email and waited 1/2 hour at the frame for staff to try and figure out. Go early. At 1030 the frame was crowded, there were school and tour groups and we waited another 1/2 hour to get down in the lift as they were prioritising these groups.

Your ticket was not in acceptable format, had to buy another. Refund or I will dispute charges . Security would not accept the ticket , You need to fix This

Didn’t need to pay the extra skip the li e fee ticket as there was no line when we got there , very efficient moving the people thru to the top , a unique minders marvel
