I visited Dubai with my family on the New Year's Eve. We tried the New Year's special cruise party in the city. I booked the tickets from Efficient Tourism. The overall cruising experience was amazing with delicious food, entertainment, stunning city views, etc. Also, I got some great New Year special discounts and offers upon booking the tickets from Efficient Tourism! The Dhow Cruise Marina was an unforgettable experience! The spectacular view of Dubai's magnificent skyline over the calm waters was mesmerizing. The buffet served a variety of delicious dishes, along with warm hospitality. Live entertainment made the evening even more appealing. Thanks to efficient tourism.

A Disastrous Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended! We booked a New Year’s Eve celebration through this company for 11 people, but instead of a joyful experience, we were met with disappointment after disappointment. 1. Seating Arrangement Disaster Although we booked for 11 people, we were given only two tables with a total of 8 seats. Three people were left without seats and had to stand throughout the event. This was completely unacceptable for a festive occasion. 2. Terrible Dinner Service We were promised a proper dinner, but what we received was appalling. The food was cold, tasteless, inedible, and not enough for everyone. We didn’t even get served any food ourselves! After complaining, they promised to bring more food, but it arrived at 12:30 AM – when the kids were already crying from hunger. And even then, the food was ice cold, unappetizing, and we barely had time to eat as we had to leave the ship by 1:00 AM. 3. Horrible DJ and Music The DJ was a major disappointment. None of the music played was appropriate for a New Year’s Eve celebration, and the atmosphere was completely ruined. 4. Ruined Viewing Experience We were promised a view of the Bosphorus Bridge fireworks at midnight, but when the time came, a huge ship parked directly in front of us and completely blocked our view. We couldn’t see anything at all! 5. Unprofessional Customer Service When we approached the company afterward to request a refund or any form of compensation for this terrible experience, they refused outright – no refund, no credit, no apology. This experience was an absolute disgrace, and we strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs! We expected a special and festive evening, but instead, we were left with frustration and disappointment.

I contacted them via their website and started to chat via WhatsApp When I started, I was only interested in one activity. Due to their exceptional services, I ended up booking over 6 activities with them. They are extremely fast in responding to your messages. They went out of their to give me recommendations that would favour our timings. They sent options for different timings and allowed us to pick what worked. They shared driver contacts early enough to ensure our pick-up was on time. Can I also mention that all these was done virtually. We have never met, but they delivered 150%. I recommend anyone wanting to plan their trips to contact them for best rates and services.

We had just visited UAE in December, 2024. Part of our tour was booked with Efficient tourism for Airport pickup and drop, full day city tour in abudhabi and Dubai, local conveyance in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It was nice experience with them, Good quality cars with hindi speaking driver.

Good but the Food could have been better at Rayna Desert Camp. They ran out of desert. The performances were entertaining.
