SERVICE PUT OUR CHILDREN AT RISK, TERRIBLE SEVICE. BE WARNED!! We were visiting Dubai and booked a yacht with ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE, we had 2 families with 5 children aged between 2 months and 4 years. Called ahead to make sure there was sufficient air con for our children who would be inside the boat, we were assured this would be fine. When we boarded the boat, the staff had just arrived and setup, the boat was boiling inside and was not ready, we were told that it would cool down within 30min and on this promise we set off, once we moved we realized that two aircon units were not working, there was a standalone aircon unit onboard but this was not sufficient. We complained and they said that they would try and fix, for the safety of our children we had no choice but to go back to the harbour after an hour of being on the boat. The staff didn’t know how to deal with the situation on the boat. Not only did this ruin our planned day out with friends we hadn’t seen for over a year, to make it all worse they have ignored all emails and correspondence. The boat was initially booked through an agent but ASFAR were supplying the boat, crew and service, we have paid 50% direct to ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE. In a previous reply by the ‘owner’ they have lied and said all payments were made through the other company – payment confirmation can be shared . They have not taken any responsibility nor shown any responsibility. WARNING ******

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! This is a warning to anyone wanting to charter a boat in Dubai, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called days ahead of our booking to make sure the boat had working aircon as we have children on board from 2 months old to 4years! Nothing was working and the boat was filthy. We turned around to go home within the hour and now we can’t get in touch with anyone for a refund! Absolutely furious, ruined our weekend so please avoid!

Just strolling along the marina admiring all the yachts when we bumped into Ilham. She was wonderful and provided a no-pressure talk about Asfar yachts and the service they provided. I booked the yacht for three hours from 4pm-7pm. That’s my recommendation. We had the chance to see the sights during the day then experience the Dubai skyline at night. What an experience! We had a crew of 3 plus the captain. My wife and I had the entire yacht to ourselves. Not having to share it with anyone else made this a truly special outing.

SCAM COMPANY. You will not get what you pay for: I ordered a fruit plate - didn't get it I paid for a trip to Atlantis - we didn't go there Food should be heated at a grill - They didn't do it It was a private yacht tour. We were sitting at the top. The captain was sitting 1meter next to us - No privacy DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER GREAT YACHT OFFERS IN DUBAI MARINA

It was so confortable and the yacht is clean and the sea is amazing .I like all places alround marina we send there two hours . I like to visit again to see marina river again

Highly recommend !! Its safe to say one of the best yacht services in dubai helpful team allround 10 stars for them. Specially Karen from the sales team was kindly enough to make reservation for us at late night next day booking. Convenient pick up location in the heart of marina. Yacht we rented came with great staff provided us with water and drinks. I will definitly make sure to book. On a small note the music system wasn't loud enough even though they had the JBL partybox 100. But not less than 100 for the service.

Rented two jet skis with Asfar and had an amazing time. Our guide Usif was really helpful and put a lot of effort into taking amazing photos and videos of us during the ride to the atalantis Hotel and 7 star Hotel. Would highly recommend this company because of the service and reasonable price.

Stumbled across this company when looking to book a private luxury yacht trip. The booth was amongst others near Dubai Marina Mall. The price was very competitive compared to other companies. We booked the 56 ft yacht exclusively for 6 of us. We only wanted 2hrs (many companies offered 3-4 hrs for a much higher hourly rate).The boat could hold upto 20 so we had space. The boat was amazing. Very clean and looked well maintained. The crew were courteous at all times. Plenty of cold drinks included (water, sprite, Pepsi) as well as towels. There was a large Bluetooth speaker so we could play our tunes. You are allowed to take your own food if needed (Waitrose in the mall). The whole trip was excellent. We stopped near the Blue Water Island to swim and a life jacket provided for the weaker swimmer in the group. Will easily use AsFar when we next return to Dubai.
