About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 227CarolineW0 contributionsGreat tour, great guideSopheak was our guide and he was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our party that consisted of two adults, two children 9 and 12 and grandad 82! We made our own tour with him and the driver. No issues. Great memories. Thanks.Written 16 September 2024
- 951belindab0 contributionsA fantastic tour away from the crowdsOur tour guide, Sopheak, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time and was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining on the drive out and back. As an added bonus he offered to use our camera to take photos of us as a couple - and did a few trick photographs as well. The tour itself is most highly recommended. Away from the crowds of Siem Reap, the quiet and solitude of these jungle temples is awe-inspiring. This is not just another Angkor Wat - there is a diversity of temples and stories. Yes, it takes a while to get there but it is well worth the time.Written 14 June 2024
- christZ7017MZ0 contributionsBest tour of my lifeThe Angkor Wat temple tour was the best experience of my life, apart of the location being so stunning, my fabulous guide Sopheak made this trip complete, by being the best guide with his vast knowledge about history, very interesting details about country and culture and having an answer to all my questions. He is also incredibly friendly, helpful and a great photographer! I am so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to come back for more adventures with Sopheak, who even risked his life by going on a jeep tour with me driving, showing me private houses, farm and animals. Thank you so much Sopheak, you are the best !Written 8 May 2024
- Jane h0 contributionsBeautiful, surprising and hot!We have just returned from a 3 day holiday in Cambodia and the beautiful Siem Reap. Shopeak was our driver when we arrived and as we chatted he described the various trips he could arrange. We decided upon a visit to the national park, Kulen Mountain and waterfalls. The trip was so much more than we expected with amazing mountain views, hidden temples, villages and the valley of a 1000 Lingas. The swim in the waterfall was very welcome! Sopheak was a fabulous host, prompt to pick up, polite and very knowledgeable and more than happy to share this with you. We would absolutely recommend using him, his contact number is +855 17 650 808. Thank you Sopheak for taking us to see this amazing place.Written 1 May 2024
- balakuntalams0 contributionsA Great Guide with a car in Seim ReapMy wife and visited Seim Reap for three days in March 2024. Our local guide-cum- chauffeur was Sophanna (Miker) Chandra. He is a very well -informed, engaging guide who has done much study of the history and religious influences on the temples of Angkor Wat and surrounding places of interest. He was also inquisitive to learn about Hinduism and Buddhism in India and other Southeast Asian countries. Respectful, reliable and very resourceful. When he took ill on the last day when he was supposed to drive us to Phnom Penh, he not only organized a substitute, he personally came to hotel to ensure smooth transition despite being in excruciating pain. Give him a call if you want a great experience. Chandra cannot be reached via WhatsApp at +855 12 203 474Written 16 March 2024
- Odyssey410429546280 contributionsKnowledgeable and Courteous DriverSopheak was our driver for 3 days. He was flexible in helping us figure out what to do, was extremely attentive - meaning when we came out of a temple he was always there and helped manage a few handoffs here and there, e.g., to the floating villages boat, he took us to a few great places not on our radar, and was incredibly friendly and polite. Highly recommend.Written 13 March 2024
- Tracey W0 contributionsA very special memory of our time in Cambodia. This was a magical experience and one we won’t forget. Sopheak, our lovely guide, explained what would be happening which also enriched our experience. The blessing was meaningful and a chance to take time to think about what’s important.Written 12 March 2024
- GrandTour284921985100 contributionsGreat tour guide! Highly recommendSopheak is an incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful guide who made our experience visiting Angkor wat and its surrounding attractions positively memorable. We booked a 6 hour private tour and managed to visit 4 of the 6 planned attractions. The entire experience felt organic, informative, and very fun. We were never rushed and allowed to experience the attractions at our own pace. He also took us down a few lesser known routes away from the main crowds. He provided plenty of insights about the places and spoke very fluent English. We were chauffeured everywhere in an AC car by a very good and punctual driver. Highly recommend his tour service and will reconsider if we ever go back. Very memorable.Written 6 January 2024
- TheWorldXplorer0 contributionsA perfect & well organized private trip with superb Sopheak 😀👍🏻🇰🇭Cambodia as of Dec 2023. It’s my 9th time to revisit this beautiful country. Since I’ve been to Angkor Wat and all the ancient temple ruins for countless time. For this 9th trip, I decided to go for some ancient places which located afar to visit both Prasat Preah Vihear & The Pyramid of Koh Ker!😀👍🏻 Whilst I only have very limited time for just over the weekend trip. I opt for a private tour since it’s not convenient in term of public transport if I would start my journey from Siem Reap to Preah Vihear which is going to take a few days trip rather than a short weekend trip. Hence, I started to look for a private trip with both transport & guide. I feel grateful that I managed to find Sopheak who’s offering a private trip to both Preah Vihear & Koh Ker from Siem Reap. He’s simply great & helpful with prompt responses from time to time even few months before the trip. Finally, on 15 Dec (Friday). Sopheak picked me up from the newly opened Siem Reap Angkor International Airport which is located not far from Phnom Kulen & about an hour from downtown of Siem Reap. I meet up Sopheak in person and I must say he's simply an awesome person to get along with. I just feel like I’m visiting an old friend. Sopheak is not only on time but arrived 15-30mins earlier before our agreed pickup time. 😀👍🏻 He never late! On 16 Dec (Saturday). Our road journey to both Preah Vihear & Koh Ker was long. However, we had lots of laughter & wonderful time traveling together on his spacious & comfortable car. Sopheak speaks excellent English, honest, knowledgeable, fast learner & helpful! I highly recommended him to everyone who wish to be in 🇰🇭Cambodia! Thank you very much (Orkun Chraen) Sopheak & can’t wait to see you again soon!😀👍🏻👋🏻Written 19 December 2023
- leaa_traveller0 contributionsUnforgettable and uniqueGreat experience to discover Cambodian culture and its temples. Sopheak and his brother in law organized our private and customized tour of 3 days in which we got the opportunity to stay at their home! Private transfer and private english guided tour! Amazing sunrise and sunset! Really recommended!Written 25 November 2023
- Diverdudette420 contributionsTemples, waterfall and floating villageSopheak is a great tour guide. He is pleasant, flexible, and very helpful giving advice on what to see and do. We did the dawn Angkor Watt, and then he accommodated our schedule and wants for the next two days. Thanks again Sopheak!Written 3 November 2023

- MaggieJL0 contributionsDefinitely worth visitingThis is a must see destination for anyone with an extra day in Siem Reap The view from the cliffs, the swim in the “holy waters” of the kulen waterfall and the reclining Buddha carved out of the rock at the top of the mountain were all very special experiences. Our guide, Sopheak was a delight. He arrived punctually in a Toyota Highlander. Knowledgeable and courteous, he took us to all the good spots! We stopped on way home ( his suggestion ) at the Landmine museum. Definitely worth a visit. We had the great fortune to meet the real-life hero, Aki Ra, who has single-handedly removed tens of thousands of land mines.Written 18 August 2023
- peterl0nsdale0 contributionsGreat driver and guide, absolutely enhancing an experience that was more than memorable.Sopheak was great, always on time, very flexible, knowledgable and helpful. Tailored our temple visits to our needs and showed us a few extras, always with good and thorough explanations. Car was good, always fresh water available and a very careful driver. Can thoroughly recommend to anyone.Written 30 June 2023

Booked the afternoon tour to see the sunset as on a previously occasion did the Angkor Wat cycling tour in the morning and it was unbearably hot.
It was my first time using the Quad Bike and their instruction and practice was very helpful to get used to the vehicle. My guide Sophorn had a good knowledge of the area so my journey through the jungle, view spots, and adventure routes made the journey very exciting and to my needs. He had several spots to choose from bespoke my tour to suit.

We rented two 2-seater quad bikes for our family of four. The guide gave us some warm up riding time before we headed out to the countryside. We paid USD150.
The journey was fun as we rode across fields and tracks. We enjoyed the scenery.
Good to try for those who enjoyed adventure.
