From the Get Your Guide website I booked them so i found their number and i sent them message. Later in the middle of the night one man said 4.00 am be ready. 3.30 am we were in front of the hotel there was nobody we called them and sent message them but they didnt reply. they must pay my money back. Dont choose this tripee asia company. we cancelled the tour and later he is sent me message and he said they came at 5.00 am he sent door picture it is not our hotel. terrible experience.
