Really enjoyed this tour with a wonderful guide - Ran - who made it such an enjoyable and informative experience. Not my first time to Seam Reap but it was a really wonderful experience. Ran is the guide to go with as he has the experience to make it a truly memorable tour.

The last stop was a very unsanitary place, we did not eat the food. I will not advise anyone that has a week stomach The guide is nice, and he tries very hard to, but the last place was not nice

The tour with the biggest impact and most art was guided by a local guide named Ran. Very educated fellow, who knows his history and explains in great detail the wonderful frescos of Siem Reap. Ran, answered all questions and also asked questions of us in his effort to learn and teach. This was a very informative, fun afternoon spent with a terrific guide. Very good, and excellent value. Do this tour- you will be happy.

Great tour! Our guide Lux was extremely knowledgeable and spoke English very well! We enjoyed his explanations very much. He took us to all the right places and even managed to have us one jungle temple all to ourselves!

This was an amazing experience. Lux, who is in the photo, is a thorough professional in his communication and how he runs the tour. We were picked up at our hotel and traveled by tuk tuk to three locations where we tried food that we never would have found on own. The first stop had delicious meat skewers and the green mango slaw that I love. We then went to another location to have chive buns and a rice noodle dish. The chive buns were the bomb! We also tried a drink that I can only describe as a pumpkin smoothie. The first two restaurants are family owned and have been in business for over 40 years! The final stop was one of the restaurant stalls at the night market. This was such a great way to end the tour and with Cambodian beer too. As promised, we had more food than we could eat, and I really tried because it was all so good. We did make one quick stop to do a sampling of desserts. They were selling the fried insects across the street, but we opted just to watch others try them. I definitely recommend this tour. In fact, I have a friend who hopes to go in January!

We had a wonderful guide named Nak. He was very knowledgeable about the history and gave a great tour. He was also a Monk for 10 year and was able to teach us about Buddhism. We homeschool our kids and this was a great lesson for them.

Nak is an excellent tour guide. We enjoy the tour. My goal is to eat authentic Cambodian food and mission accomplished. I highly recommend Nak and the food tour.

Lux was a god send on our trip to Cambodia in November 2024. We were a group of 6 (3 Couples) and he sorted everything for us, from trips to taxi transfers. We had an amazing food tour on our first night which was great, had some lovely food and some valuable information on the Siem Reap area. We had an amazing early morning 4.30am pick up to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat which was lovely and also a trip to the Kulen Mountain National Park, where we had a swim under the waterfall and then we had a boat trip to see the Stilt Houses. Going with a private tour guide rather than the Tuk Tuk's is much more comfortable, as it is hot and humid! And to be able to get back into the air conditioned mini bus and have a nice cold flannel and a cold bottle of water handed to you every time is worth every penny! We were then travelling to Phnom Penh and didn't fancy flying so Lux arranged a mini bus to take us by road and we had a stop off at Spiderville at Skon on the way for a lunch stop! This was a better option for us as we got to see more of Cambodia rather than the airport. While we were in Phnom Penh he arranged a private sun set boat trip down the Mekong, this was lovely as we had the boat to ourselves and he arranged wine and beer to drink, would recommend this. We then went on to Koh Rong for 7 days and Lux kindly arranged our taxi return journey to Sihanoukville for our speed boat transfer. It was such an easy process with Lux, everything was done over WhatsApp and it went with out a hitch. When you book everything with the one person it is easy, Lux messaged me through out the holiday to confirm pick up times and just a general check in to see if everything was OK. Would not hesitate to recommend Lux to arrange what ever you need for your holiday in Cambodia.

We did the evening tour including street food with Lux, also the waterfalls and floating village tour plus the sunrise Ankgkor Wat tour. Lux was polite friendly and always on time. We enjoyed our days with him and will happily recommend you use him as your guide. However there are a couple of things we would do differently if we could. Firstly we wouldn’t bother to get up so early for the sunrise experience. We found that by having to get in place early enough to take that “Instagramable” photo we spent over an hour sat on a stone wall waiting for the sun to rise. Don’t get me wrong lots of people do this and if it’s your thing go for it. For us it was the tour of the temples that was most interesting and that can easily be done without the early start. Also, although the evening food tour on a tuk tuk was great fun and very interesting the food on the street market wasn’t really to our taste. Although the pop up market itself was definitely worth seeing. We found much nicer food on the street stalls in Siem Reap and maybe they could be included in your tour.

I was by myself and the tour guide made me feel like a vip. All my questions were never a problem to answer. The range of food and quality was very good

We were very happy that we booked this tour! We arranged the time we wanted to be picked up at our hotel in an air conditioned comfortable car. There was a guide, for us Mr Srei Sothea, and a driver. Srei was an excellent guide, very good English with fascinating explanations of the history of the temples and of Cambodia. His explanations of the meaning of the temple carvings and reliefs really made the visit come alive! The driver met us at key points outside temples and kept us supplied with cold towels and water. Our thanks to both - we would completely recommend booking this trip!

I feel very lucky to have had Nak as my guide for this tour. He offers so much knowledge alongside humour, and was a pleasure to spend time with. The pace, vehicle and co ordination were perfect, probably the best tour I have taken so far in SE Asia.

We have absolutely fallen in love with Cambodia! Our private temples guided tour was beyond our expectations. The sights are filled with so much magical beauty and we had a sweet and incredibly knowledgable guide to show us around. Our guide, Nak, not only provided us with the historical facts and the symbolism of each aspect of the temples, he also shared his buddhist wisdom from his time as a monk during this incredible day we spent together. Cambodia is a beautiful country, with magical sights, rich biodiversity, and lovely people. We cannot wait to come back and experience more of this hidden treasure of a country.

Bo Pha was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He clearly loved sharing Cambodian history through the respective temples adding context with every stop. He also was able to elaborate on all of our questions. His understanding and English skills exceeded our expectations making for a truly memorable visit. As a bonus he was an amazing photographer taking some incredible photos for us - using techniques we didn’t know. We would highly recommend him to others looking for an English speaking guide.
