We found this car hire very straightforward. We drove from PN to Torres del Paine and then El Chalten and dropped off in El Calafate. The car was not brand new and had been modified for the rough roads we would encounter on such a trip, which was great. Pick up and drop off all seamless. As long as you have Google Translate (or are fluent in Spanish) there is no problem. Small Chilean company and happy to support.

At first I was concerned because the pickup location was on a small neighborhood lot. The professional clerk was very helpful, and the thorough safety measures, and easy check out process had me assured in no time. The white 4 door Hyundai SUV was clean and spacious and had plenty of traction and power for our travels through Tores Del Paine even after a light rain. Before we took the car we were encouraged to take pictures but the clerk also took a full set of pictures of the vehicle to eliminate the risk of being blamed for a dent that might not be from us. I chose to return the car full of gas but that was just an option to save money. The pickup process took around ten minutes. It took longer to find the place. LOL The return process was even easier. The charge on my card was exactly as expected with no extras. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service and communication. VHM provided a taxi service from Puerto Natales airport to the Torres de Paine welcome centre, as it was easier and cheaper than hiring a car. They looked after our main luggage whilst we did the trek and returned it safely to our hotel when we got back. Our logistics would not have worked without their help. They’ve been amazing. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend renting a car from Rent a Car VHM Natales. I chose this company because of the ability to return the car at the airport before my early morning flight, which wasn't an option with the larger company in the area. What I got was amazing personalized service that went far above my expectations. Communication was excellent and the car was in good shape. I had an issue with my credit card due to an attempted fraud in Santiago. Hector and Viviana were extremely patient and helpful while I worked out issues with my credit card company on the phone.
