GREAT DAY TRIP TO HARBIN ICE AND SNOW FESTIVAL. WE MEET WITH OUR GUIDE ( SERA ) AND PRIVATE DRIVER FROM HARBIN PRIVATE TOUR GUIDE IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL MARRIOTT AT THE AGREED TIME. WE FIRST SAW THE SNOW PARK, ALL SCULPTURES IN SNOW, REALLY WELL MADE. WE GOT SOME BEAUTIFUL PICTURES, WHAT WE DIDN'T KNOW WAS THAT THIS WAS THE COLDEST DAY THIS YEAR. HAD PROBLEMS TAKING PICTURES. HERE OUR GUIDE SERA TOOK OVER. TOOK LOTS OF PICTURES ON MY CAMERA BUT ALSO WITH HER CAMERA. ATE LUNCH AND WAS WARMED UP BEFORE WE DROVE ON TO THE HARBIN ICE FESTIVAL. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. AMAZING ICE SCULPTURES. WE SAW SOME ARTISTS MAKE THEM. SERA WAS VERY ATTENTIVE IF WE FORGOT SOMETHING OR NEEDED TO COME IN AND WARM UP. MY MOTHER IS 82 YEARS OLD, SO THE PACE WAS HARD. WE HAD A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF BY FINDING THE PLACES YOURSELF, BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO SPENT, THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE. MONEY WELL SPENT. TRANSPORTED RIGHT TO THE PLACE AND NOT LEAST OUR SKILLED GUIDE SERA. HELPFUL AND SMILING ALL THE TIME. SPOKE ENGLISH WELL AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED TO SEE AND DO. Whole trip was Great especially with very nice Tour Guide with us. Our tour guide name is Sera. She is very patient and very helpful in a lot of way. You can ask her to bring u eat local food that only local eat! Perfect!! Would recommend to choose her as ur tour guide if u take this private tour.

We booked a 3 days tour with Harbin Tour Guide and extended it into 7 days tour. They were excellent in helping us to customize our itinerary. We got to experience so many amazing things. They even helped us to check out hotel locations before booking to make sure it convenient for our stay. They also helped us to rent clothes and bring them to our hotel 2am in the morning after we landed. Sera our guide in Harbin was really helpful and insightful. She also introduced us to local foods, local market that was really interesting. Our experience with Sera was very pleasant. Samantha our guide in Snow Village and Yabuli was equally fantasic, going out of her way to help us have the best experience. Nothing but high praises for this tour company!

Sera was an amazing guide for my NYE adventure to the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin 🥶 She communicated well, was waiting for me in my hotel lobby, and was well organized with tickets and information. I will definitely reach out next year when I come back to Harbin. 10/10 recommend!

Sera our tour guide is helpful and thoughtful. She proposed to set out earlier so that we can enjoy the beauty of the snow and ice world which also allows us to catch the fireworks at 8.30pm which is amazing. She sponsored us to take the metro which makes it more convenient to beat the traffic and avoid the crowd. Thanks alot Sera for the flexible and thoughtful arrangement.

We would like to thank Ms Joanna Zhou, our English guide, who provided us with a memorable two and a half days tour visiting the Ice and Snow World and various other popular sights in Harbin. The weather was freezing cold and Joanna made sure we took breaks to warm ourselves up along the way. She also provided us with great insights on the city. Mr Young our driver was equally thoughtful and made sure we had a warm car to hop into every time. Pre trip arrangement with Samantha was efficient and smooth.

The agency was really helpful when we realised we booked the wrong tour and we actually wanted to visit the ice snow festival. Samantha was quick o respond and quickly made other alternative choices, she made a quick adjustment to the fee and booked us into the tour we want. On day of tour while eating breakfast we realised we needed more time to finish eating and informed Samantha she was so quick to respond! Very helpful and able to accommodate. Tour guide Joanna was really patient and was so helpful throughout the whole private tour. Our daughter was struggling with the cold and we had to keep moving in and out of warm houses malls, despite needing to finish the tour of this year’s largest exhibition, Joanna was patient and even made many adjustments and advice in order to help keep our daughter warm enough. The overall experience became memorable and fun despite the cold challenges, time adjustments. We are very thankful for well managed way we are taken care of and will highly recommend them to our friends and families <3 we are looking forward to coming back Harbin and will look to them for guided tours again!

Sera Hao is a very knowledgeable and extremely nice guide. it seems like she knows everything regarding all the historical context for each sculptures. She recommended great local crusines. She also provided other attractions for my family and I to visit while we are at Harbin.

Learn history about war crime from Japanese did for the world, especially for Chinese, they were terrible and cruel, hope peace, no war, people understand people.

Harbin is beautiful city, it is worth to visit with Samantha, she is a trusted tour guide and full of enthusiasm and passion for her work, we had a knowledge great day, thank you.

A great introduction to the city of Harbin- visiting the site of unit 731 a very tragic time in Chinese history. We learnt so much . The visit to St Sophia Cathedral was definitely a highlight both inside the church and out. Lunch at a well known Harbin restaurant and Samantha helped us with our food choices . The walking up Chinese St and the Zhongyang Pedestrian St were both a great way to get a feel for the city and we ended the day at Stalin Park with great views of the river . Samantha is truly a very knowledgeable guide and so easy to spend time with .

A wonderful morning with Samantha - collected from our hotel and driven over the river to see the sights . Amazing architecture at the Opera House, a trip back in time at the Russian Village and the ride across the river a once in a lifetime experience . So much learning - Samantha knows her city and its history so well .She extremely accommodating - nothing too much trouble for her . Great English = Highly recommended

We did ice and snow festival private tour on 2023 winter,Harbin is too cold for us, we come from a tropical country, but Harbin tourism is very mature, travel agency has comprehensive service;purchase attraction entry ticket, warm winter clothes rental from top to toes , airport transfer, private vehicle with driver, all these services help us a lot for this Harbin winter trip, the previous worries did not happen. We hightly recommend you to travel to Harbin and free worry.

Rent winter clothing in Harbin city. They are very professional and provided hats, gloves, neck, outer warm down jacket, down pants and non-slip snow boots, clothes are cleaned, shoes are new. We had a very good experience
