Luis is fluent in ENGLISH and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Medellin, and all of Colombia. At the beginning of the two-day tour, we took a city tour of Medellin to learn more about the many diverse surrounding areas. Then visited the local community of COMUNA 13 with stunning graffiti art and street food. Also, visited the Pable Escobar memorial honoring the endless number of victims who lost their lives during his time. Moreover, climbed the iconic Peñol de Guatapé (Rock of Guatapé) and explored various areas of Guatape. In addition, visited a petting zoo and coffee farm in EL PENOL, ANTIOQUIA with other stops along the way... Luis was an absolute great guide! He was professional, timely, courteous, historically knowledgeable and street smart. Highly recommend his services!

We were with Luis for 2 days. The pablo Escobar tour and Guatape tour. Both tour were perfect and we enjoy it very much. We had the immense pleasure of visiting Medellin, a coffee farm and Santa Fe de Antioquia with Luis for 2 days. He is very knowledgeable about Medellin and Colombia in general, he is a great story teller and has great english! In december 2024 my wife and I had private tour of Pablo Escobar. Our guide Luis picked us up at the hotel and we went on our way. We visited the place where Pablo used to live. The house isn’t there anymore. Instead there are now monuments for most of Pablo’s victims. Very impresive! Our guide, Luis told us a lot about Pablo and his victims. I saw the tv serie’ Pablo Escobar,El patron del mal ‘ and I can say this, what Luis told us was even more than what i saw in the tv series. I got a better understanding on the Pablo Escobar and the Cartel of Medellin era.

Our tour guide Luis was outstanding. He coordinated every detail and made it effortless. He knows folks everywhere along the way and made a personalized trip with a coffee Plantation experience, fabulous lunch, shopping trip, water Park, and of course climbing el pedrol. I will call Luis any and every time I visit Medellin!

I was given a guide whose name is Arhobis. A very nice person indeed but little english skills. I booked for a english speaking tour. So tourists be aware you are not guaranteed an english speaking guide. Also, my guide failed to manage a boat ride. We were taken to a public boat for local people which was not at all we asked for. In the process we killed two important hours of the trip. The scenic drive was very good and the guide was a nice person. That is why I am giving it three stars

We took the Guatape day tour with Luis and had a great time exploring the area. He chose great spots for us to stop at and we enjoyed the freedom we were given throughout the tour. He was very knowledgeable and even took us on a last minute boat tour as we passed through Guatape. The price was very reasonable and worth it for a whole day experience for a group of 6 like ours, highly recommend!
