The trip is worst with combermere… The Reception Staff person named HARISH is very rude and do not understand the concern of guests. He argues, don’t let guest put their words. I’ve coming to this Hotel from many years but not any more as the staff members behaviour, manners are worst. Rooms are smelling, full of dust & they don’t even clean it properly, Having hotel on Mall Road doesn’t mean staff being rude and mannerless.

Second time doing this tour with Sebastian and he never disappoints. Anytime I bring someone new to Medellin I make sure I can show them the transformation of the city, and there is no better ambassador than him. Thank you for everything! I'll be back! I must say though that the tour profile needs to be updated as this does not go to Comuna 13

Great tour, worth the price we paid for a thorough tour and dynamic approach. While other tours may be cheaper, they seemed to focus on graffiti, drinks, and views for photo ops. This tour included transportation, entry to the Museo de la Memoria which I wouldn't have gotten a lot out of without a guided visit, and an additional Comuna 13-specific guide in that neighborhood. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and was intentional about the social, historical, and political framing of Medellin's history and narrative.

If you travel to Colombia and take public transportation or Uber, be careful to close the doors abruptly, this is taken as impoliteness and that you are rude.

We spent a week in Colombia and our four days in Medellin with tour guide Sebastian Valencia Serna was the best part of our trip! Not only did we see the coolest parts of the city - Comuna 13 was definitely a highlight, but we got so many incredible insights from Seb everywhere we went! Who would think to put a Cathedral in a salt mine. It traces the 14 steps of Christ plus a beautiful chapel.

Great service! The company was able to accommodate my party of 11 and several changes that needed to be made. They were even able to get a last minute car for a early departure.

The name of our tour was Corner to Corner, and it is spot on. You go from one end of the city to another all in one day. Gives you the opportunity to take trains, buses, escalators, and cable cars. Got a taste for all Comuna 13 has to offer and experience the tranquility of Arvi. The guide, Sebastian was very good, especially with an overly large group (20). This excursion should be no more than 10 people per tour guide, probably better with 6-7.

I did the Corner to Corner tour with Sebastián last Sunday. It came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! It’s clear Sebastián cares deeply about his city and the people of Colombia. I especially appreciated the multiple perspectives shared throughout the day, the history, the challenges, and the beautiful stories of transformation. I learned so much. It can’t be easy taking 20 people on a tour for a full day on buses, trains, and cable cars! Very impressive. Much appreciation. Had a great time! Awesome way to explore the city!

We enjoyed their company very much - so much so that we booked a private tour of Guatapé. Sergio’s knowledge and expertise is huge and we benefited! We will definitely book with this company again!

This review is not only for the Christmas Lights in Medellin but for our entire experience in Colombia. Our (three senior citizen couples from Las Vegas) nine-day trip to Cartagena and Medellin was nicely planned by Laura and Julio, with our frequent input. It was perfectly executed by their local guides, Sandra in Cartegana and Joseph in Medellin. Joseph is knowledgeable, fun, and flexible. He was a great company for all of us. We visited all the popular attractions in both the cities and found the country to be colorful, and interesting, and the people to be nice.
