- 885gillesb0 contributionsBEWARE!Tour very interesting ! Good guide ! Chances to see the summit are slim ! Fog and rain at the highest level! BEWARE! I booked my tour the day before ! When I talked to other people I realized that I paid twice as much with trip advisor!Written 17 February 2025
- L7925MVdanb0 contributionsGreat ExperienceThe experience was really great! The tour guide Andres was very punctual, kind, informative and helpful. Thanks so much.Written 14 January 2025
- brentcI2892CH0 contributionsConvenient one day volcano excursiónThe tour provide a smorgasbord of natural experiences in the parque national de nevada, hotel pickups, mealstops and spa recharge. Our friendly bilingual guide complemented this with interesting background on history and geography that helped my Spanish. Good for people like me for whom a multiday excursión wasn't an option.Written 23 December 2024
- I2074USjenniferp0 contributionsNevado del Ruiz experienceThe company who took me to the place was very kind. The driver and the bilingual tour guide were amazing. Everything was according to the app description. I highly recommend them!Written 1 September 2024

- C1786WZwaltert0 contributionsAwesome Tour!Excellent tour! They met our expectations and more, super punctual, friendly and a very professional experience. The staff were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our visit. They picked/dropped us from at hotel. Guiller our driver was very good and punctual. The breakfast and lunch were amazing. While the weather was foggy and it rained at the volcano, it still was absolutely amazing. Make sure to take cold/rainy apparel. Ending the day at Termales del Otoño was amazing. Highly recommended!Written 7 August 2024
- wilfredov5030 contributionsUnique experienceGreat experience, magical place. The experience with the food was superb. The landscapes is out of this world. Going up the mountain and you can experience the changes in the environment meter to meter. And then you finish on the thermal waters is just the perfect combination between cold and hot.Written 25 July 2024
- 223wardr0 contributionsStunningIf you love nature and the mountains, this is a must do adventure. Now I want to see more of the Andes Mountain range. Our English speaking guide Jennifer was awesome and our driver was a very good driver. Stunning views that pictures don’t do justice. Every single Columbian was incredibly kind, and tried their very best. We both loved the homemade breakfast and lunch ❤️Written 9 July 2024
- maggiem7430 contributionsFantastic timeWe were picked up at our Manizales hotel at six in the morning and the day was really great. We stopped for breakfast at a small place next to the lagoon and we were back there for lunch a couple of hours later after seeing the park, including some of the landscapes. After lunch we went down to the thermal spa, which was really nice and relaxing, the tour guide was fantastic. Would totally recommend this tour.Written 17 June 2024
- jeanpaulp3230 contributionsExcellentIt really does not matter at all who you go with. All the tours offer the same package, which is basically driving you to the National park and the termales. Once at the Park, a ranger takes over. At the termales, just enjoy yourself. So just select the best offer.Written 25 May 2024
- Werder930 contributionsReally nice tour with beautiful landscapesThis tour was really nice and so interesting to see the different landscapes in such a short time. In the discription of the tour is the beginning time at 4 am. But the company told us then the time will be at 6 am, so our driver catched us in time at 6 am at our hotel. The driver was really friendly and did a great job on the hoppy offroad roads. In the discription is written, that the way on the first day starts on the glacier with an altitude of 4.700 m. But our highest point was on the first day with an altitude of 4.100 m at lake otun. afterwards it only goes down. The longest walk is at the first day. The two days thereafter the route is shorter and easier. Only on the first day we had a little headache because of the altitude, but it was really okay and our tour guide asked frequently on the whole tour, if our health is good. Our tour guide was really nice and she spoke english. She knew nearly everything about flora and fauna, so she told us very much information about all flowers and animals there. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was very much, typical for the region and really good, also you get many snacks for the whole trip at the beginning. Water you are getting at the separate sleeping locations. At the beginning of our tour the guide asked us if we want some walking sticks; we all took them and it was a good decision.Written 29 September 2023
- Dan S0 contributionsGreat day trip to the volcanoGreat trip with john. It's a long day, leaving early and coming back late, but it's worth it to go up and see the volcanic landscape.Written 11 March 2023
- tfhall_trips0 contributionsGreat day out from ManizalesAngie was a joy and a great guide - informative and funny. The sights were incredible and a fantastic day out. Was a shame not to climb to the crater but rules are rules! Jhon was one of the safer drivers we’ve had in Colombia - felt secure on the mountain tracks Thank you both for a memorable experienceWritten 17 November 2022
- Lu_Hollz0 contributionsOne of the best trips I've been onWe had the most amazing experience. Our guide and driver were phenomenal at communicating with us. Although I'm fluent in both Spanish and English, my husband knows very limited Spanish. Our guide, Jennifer and our driver, Carlos were so wonderful. Both spoke English very well and we toggled between English and Spanish all day. However if you only know English, that's ok. Both stops were incredible. The food was amazing. The elevation was much higher than I expected (ignorance on my part). But we took our time going up and walked very slowly to keep from getting dizzy. This is not the place for someone with limited mobility.Written 16 October 2022
- Stay450139284900 contributionsNevado del Ruiz (Snowy Ruiz) is beautiful even under fog, Termales del Otoño (Hot Springs) were sublime and to top it off I hadWhile the weather didn't cooperate for my trip to Nevado del Ruiz (it was foggy and rained), it was still absolutely stunning. My English speaking guide Valentina was outstanding, stepping in to translate for me when my limited Spanish wasn't enough. I couldn't have asked for a better guide (muchas gracias, Valentina!!). And a shout out to Jhon our driver! Ending the day at Termales del Otoño was the icing on the cake and JUST the R & R I needed. Thank you to everyone from Cattelya. You guys were fantastic!!Written 14 September 2022
