From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The guide was very helpful with us all, and took time to take photos and look after our o year old god daughter. Trip lasted 2 hours,which is long enough in +40oc 🥵

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a dolphin swim and show experience. Prior to this, it had been a long-standing aspiration of mine to engage in such an activity. However, upon entering the pool, I gained a profound appreciation for the sheer strength and power of these creatures, despite their endearing and amiable appearance. The 15-minute pool session encompassed a brief period of playing volleyball with the dolphins, which was both thrilling and disquieting as I became acutely aware of the size and potency of these marine mammals. Subsequently, we had the chance to "ride" on the dolphins' backs and take photographs for later purchase. Regrettably, my overall enjoyment of the experience was compromised by concerns about the well-being of the dolphins. The enclosures struck me as inadequate for these voluminous animals, and the dolphin I interacted with had suffered tooth loss attributed to stress-induced teeth grinding against the pool walls. Additionally, poignant marks on the animals' backs, likely from their capture, evoked feelings of remorse and compunction for my previous disregard of their welfare. While the encounter was undeniably remarkable, I am unable to ethically recommend it, given the unfairness of confining such majestic beings to confined spaces. I advocate for observing dolphins in their natural marine habitats, where they can authentically thrive and find contentment. Formerly, I perceived swimming with captive dolphins as a safer alternative. Nevertheless, following exposure to documentaries such as Blackfish and a deeper understanding of captive dolphin welfare, I have revised my stance on the matter. I recognize that being in a pool with these wild animals does not guarantee safety. I apologize for the comprehensive nature of this discourse, but it was imperative to me to articulate my candid reflections and the enduring impact of this experience.

Nothing of what we’ve booked was respected. The driver took us back to the hotel when we were halfway because he said that we should have give him more money.

Paid for my daughter to swim with a dolphin for 15 minutes, turns out family of 3 got a dolphin between them for 15 minutes and my daughter had to share with another child for 15 minutes. Not allowed to take any photos or videos then they want silly money for a photo £11 each or £45 a video. The whole experience is just money. They even want to charge you to take a photo on your own phone of there parrot on your shoulders Better off paying for a boat trip and seeing them in the natural habitat

Not recommended at all. Dishonest and Deceptive. I booked private transportation from Sharm airport to the resort, and I told them all the data on WhatsApp 24 hours before my trip, One hour before my arrival to Sharm, They told me the trip wouldn't be done, Why they didn't tell me before, also the forced me to upgrade my booking to do the trip with charge double the price the limousine at the airport. After I arrived at Sharm, I had to take private transportation from the airport.

My daughter and me did the private trip from Sharm to Cairo to see the pyramids and museum. Whole experience was great - drivers on time despite delay coming back, guide was great, and communication with Sharm wonders very good. No problems at all.

Airport transport arrived on time. Friendly and trustworthy. The van was big enough for our bags and for us to fit in. Will use again.

this was my first time to egypt from the airport car to the all the attractions parasailing boat and everywhere old town it was excellent service the brand-new cars they have and their service was amazing. Definitely recommend and I will definitely come back.

Best taxi service weve dealt with on Egypt. We'd left a newly brought painting in the back of the taxi from the airport and within 10 minutes of contactimg them the driver, Mustafa, had come all the way back with the painting to drop off at our hotel reception. A very friendly service to use especially when travelling with kids.

Excellent welcome and friendly treatment on the trip from the airport to the hotel in Luxor. Moussa Hassan waited patiently for us since our suitcases had not arrived and we gave him as a reference for when the suitcases would arrive. He was always very attentive, both when we arrived and when we left.
