Great crew took us out snorkeling and to orange bay. Really lovely bunch of guys. Think lead man. Was Kamil who was great with my 7 year old granddaughter teaching her to snorkel. She does not like strangers normally but she took to him straight away. Really appeared as of they loved their job. Thank you all

I completed my OWD lessons with crazy dolphin. It was a great experience. Every instructor is super nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They made sure that I am comfortable moving forward with each step. They gave me as much time as I need to learn every skill. I felt safe learning and diving with my instructors. The equipment is well maintained. I completed 4 dives, and on every dive I saw beautiful coral reefs and countless marine lives. The entire booking, registration, transportation processes were smooth. I would consider complete my AOW course with Crazy Dolphin. Highly recommend.

As a certified diver I can recommend the Crazy Dolphin Scuba Diving Centre. They did everything to make the diving a 5 stars experience

First we approached crazy dolphin on the Tuesday 11/6/24 we meet a man called Bond who was very professional and informative. ( not pushy on sales at all but was genuinely nice on getting some information before making our decision) We paid 50% deposit with the remaining balance paid on the day. We was collected by car outside our hotel ( alma sun rise) at 08.30 hrs driven a short distance about 2 minutes and we was welcomed by Bond and Abdul (the dive instructor) I'm a qualified advanced diver and showed my dive card to the instructor who checked my certification with padi. We filled some paperwork out and went through my sizes to make sure all my equipment was a perfect fit. We boarded the boat and got a seat on the top floor,with plenty of shade but also areas to sunbath if required. With lovely veiw. Once everyone was on the boat we set to sea. The instructor (abdul) came and explained where we was going to dive and went through a safety talk and made sure everyone was happy. I havnt dived in some time, they gave me options to go and dive with some of the other professional divers at a slightly deeper depth (obviously using the buddy system) but I was happy diving with the other guest with there first dive experience and the instructor was more than happy. I set up my own equipment but was double checked by the instructor. I had asked for a 15 liter tank as I use a lot of air and this was put in place for me. We entered the water I followed the instructor and the first time divers throughout the dive looking at some lovely coral and many beautiful fish all the time the instructor was making sure I was ok by using the ok diving system. On resurfacing I got my kit off and had the opportunity to go snorkeling with my wife, wich was a lovely experience. Had some cold refreshments water and soft drinks before my second dive, they gave me another 15 liter tank which I set up and and quickly got back in the water again following the instructor and some other first time divers.the instructor took some really good quality photos and videos of me diving. Once all the dives was completed we had some lunch ( noodles, chicken, rice and some other things very good size portions and lovely warm food) the instructor uploaded all of the top quality pictures to my phone via his laptop, I paid a small fee for this but was very happy for the photos and videos. We made our way back to land with plenty of shaded areas on the boat as mentioned if you wanted to sunbath there was areas for this. Felt relaxed and very much enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We will be definitely booking another dive trip with crazy dolphin in due course. All potential and professional staff 10 out 10 and would highly recommend anyone coming to hurgarder to try crazy dolphin and enjoy the experience

Really enjoyed our day out, picked up outside our hotel just before 8am, arrived at the boat just before 9. Very friendly and helpful staff quickly organised the boat and set off, starting with some complimentary water sports (sofa and banana boat) the first stop at paradise island was lovely, although the island itself is organising people like soldiers, takes a while to be able to relax. After 90 minutes on the island it was back to the boat for lunch. Lovely food, very tasty and organised well. Able to have seconds should you want it so nobody went hungry. Soft drinks were complimentary all day which had a good selection of fizzy and still. Then the snorkeling, the marine life and underwater world is incredible. I find the only downside being the dive unstructors organisation. Every 15 seconds shouting at the top of their lungs to follow them, spent more time above the water chasing an Olympic swimmer, than being able to swim and enjoy the corals and marine life. It felt very rushed rather than having an extra member of staff in the water so one person didn't have 30 people very close to him while all swimmers bouncing off each other. We were in the ocean and it felt very cramped. Overall a very nice trip, friendly staff and throughly enjoyed.

From start to finish our diving experience was absolutely fantastic, from the crew on the boat to our instructor Abdelrhman, a special mention to Abdelrhman, he was superb with my girlfriend who was making her first ever dive, he was so patient, took great care in building her confidence in the water, he was excellent. We had a lucky day, as we saw 4 different pods of dolphins, one pod had around 10 dolphins in it, including a baby dolphin. Just a fantastic day and we will definitely use crazy dolphin again. Thank you.

I recommend everyone to go on this trip, it doesn't matter what age you are, the crew will provide attractions for everyone. Lots of fun, friendliness, smiles and professionalism! It was my first time snorkeling and the instructor made sure I felt good and safe, special thanks to Sam for that! I hope that one day I will be able to do it again.

Recently certified advanced scuba diving, did my first dive in Hurgada Egypt with the Crazy Dolphin, had a fantastic time. Did 2 dives at Small G It was fantastic, the Coral was beautiful so was the sea life got some amazing videos and images. What made it for me was our dive master Adam who was just fantastic. He directed us to the sea life that I would have otherwise missed. Patient while I took my images and videos and above all made sure that we were all safe . Lunch was served after the 2 dives, which was pretty good. Unlimited water and soft drinks during the trip. Bottom line: Will definitely come back and highly recommend this dive center

Great experience! Very seasoned dive operation and well run by Hady the owner. Had a bit of a complicated travel schedule and he made it work out for me. Several times I was in contact and very prompt replies and very accommodating to say the least! Lots of staff to help with any of your needs, good rentals (Scubapro) boats are big, comfortable and well maintained and equipped. If you don’t get to boat dive do the house reef for sure! Most house reefs take a lot of pressure and it does show some signs but overall an excellent dive! Thanks Guys!! Tim Codling

We went for a full day in the boat which included 2 intro scuba diving experiences and lunch on board. I had already done scuba diving in the Red Sea but it was my wife first time scuba diving, she has some breathing issues which made the first experience kind of troublesome but the instructor was really amazing, to the point that she waited for him for the second diving point. The instructor, Hamdi, was amazing and very thoughtful, he didn’t let her quit and helped her along the way. In the end, the second diving point went superb and she loved it. In my case I already had some experience and Abdul, the instructor, gave me some room to explore but always stayed near me asking me if I was ok. The entire experience is very safe they have all the necessary training and procedures to ensure safety, although very strict, it’s for our own safety and I appreciated that. It was also the only boat that I saw accompanied by a fast boat to transport anyone to shore in case of a medical emergency. If it’s your first time scuba diving and you’re afraid because Egypt is probably not the safest place in the world, I can only recommend you to book with Crazy Dolphin for you first diving experience. Not related to the agency by itself is the beauty of the Red Sea life and corals, it was completely stunning and beautiful beyond belief. As a improvement point, I would only suggest to include more shade in the top deck, the sun is very hot in peak hours and there isn’t many shades in there, although you still have the lower deck to use at your own will. Another one would be to include the second diving point in the extra video, it was way more beautiful and also we were a lot less stressed the second time. Still I wouldn’t select any other agency or instructors.
