I rang and cancelled the trip 4 days before. The tour operator said the monies will transfer back to my account in 48 hours. It never was.. can you help

My tour guide was amazing and very hospitable. Dean looked after me and made sure I got back to my hotel safe. As a solo traveler he was very kind and made sure I was good. The hot air ballon experience was amazing! My only issue was my private transfer I didn’t feel safe and we stopped for an hour as I believe the driver didn’t have insurance

My experience in Luxor was amazing. I really enjoyed the activities we did and the city. I was accompanied by my friend, and we loved exploring the city. Our guide was fantastic, he made it possible for us to fully enjoy and discover the city’s monuments in an excellent way. Our guide, whose name was Ezzeldeen, did an excellent job by clearly explaining all the places we visited. I highly recommend this activity in Luxor, and I hope you’ll be lucky enough to have Ezzeldeen as your guide.

Very glad we booked this tour. Everything was clear and all communications received prior to the trip helped us to make the most of our day in Luxor. Our guides were most informative, not that we remember half of what they said, but it was very good to learn the history of the places we visited as we are vegetarians. They were very flexible to help us find the places to eat. The best thing was the balloon ride which was amazing and we felt we had enough time to appreciate the wonder that it was. I can hardly recommend booking through Egypt Sunny Trips, they really went the extra mile. Our bus back to Hurghada was cancelled and they were able to arrange a private car for us quickly and affordably so that we’ve got back to our hotel even before we had expected. We have an amazing tour organized by mostafa starting from Hurghada, he arranged our transfer from the hotel to the bus station and we met him in Luxor, after he took us to the hotel. Next Day we started with Hot Air Balloon travelling over Hatseput and the valley of the kings with the sunrise. When we finish we meet with ezz eldeen our tour guide for the Day, he is a real knowledge, funny and friendly guy, he made the tour really special. Also our driver was really helpfull and the way back to our hotel was also arrange by them. If you want to see the Best places in Luxor I suggest to do with them. Thank you guys

I had such a positive day-trip to Abydos & Dendara with Egypt Sunny Trips (Hurghada). Using the contact number from the website ending in 9281, I was prompted to enquire regarding a Taxi for 9 (minibus) to the 'Marina" in Hurghada. Our driver Mohammed arrived at the time requested. His vehicle was clean and had efficient 'Air confitioning'. Mohamed was at the arranged meeting place at the time agreed to bring us back to the hotel (Grand Waterworld Resort in Makadi Bay). Do not arrange taxis from the hotel, again, the prices are hyped up. Sometimes as much as 3 or 4 times what the true 'Outside' rate actually costs. My experience with Egypt Sunny Trips (Hurghada) has been very good. They will accommodate with any requests, in our case, a party of 9. Thank you Adam, Mustafa etc for a professional company. I hope this review helps others in making their choice of agent in the Makadi/Hurghada area

We were staying at the 'Grand Waterworld Resort' Makadi Bay. I reviewed trips on 'TripAdvisor & 'Getyourguide'. They differed by £5 only. I chose the company (through TripAdvisor) 'Egypt Sunny Trips (Hurghada). Through their website I contacted 'Mustafa' direct on the number ending 9281. All further contact was through WhatsApp. I was in a family group of 9. I booked the trip to 'Abydos' and 'Dendara' Temples. I was amazed to find that I was the only traveller that day. I had my own driver 'Mustafa' & an excellent guide Mohamed. Other companies insisted on a minimum of 4 travellers. Not the case with 'Egypt sunny Trips' (Hurghada). They were extremely accommodating. Mustafa went above and beyond, showing me the genuine side of modern Egyption people, away from the tourist traps. I must add that 'Mustafa' charged me an extremely good (lower) quote than those offered elsewhere, including the hotel. Do not book trips through any Hotel. I suggest you look 'outside' as I did. Hotels charge at least 4 x greater cost for everything. I will write a separate review of the excellent taxi service provided by 'Mustafa' at 'Egypt Sunny Trips' (Hurghada). Thank you Mustafa for the fantastic customer service you provided me.

We are currently on holiday at the Waterworld Makadi Resort. I wanted to visit Abydos & Dandara temples. Sunny trips Egypt (Hurghada). Excellent service throughout. I selected my specific date and was astounded that I was the only traveller that day. Therefore I had my own driver (Mustafa) and personal guide (Mohamed) to both venues. Rounding-up with an ‘All Inclusive’ meal in an authentic Egyptian restaurant before heading home. Mustafa (driver) dealt with all of my enquiries by phone initially, and then by WhatsApp, using the contact number on the website. I had a fantastic day. Thank you Mustafa and Mohamed. Highly recommended.

Amazing trip. Pick up from the hotel. Nice boat. All equipment was provided, and lunch was teasty. Managed to see a few dolphins. The star of the trip was a guy, I think his name is Roma. He was so funny and very entertaining. As well he did took care of our selfty. I would recommend sailing on his boat. Professional and funny but most importantly selfty on first place.

I booked a submarine trip for my family of 5 and the tour operator did not turn up for us then sent me a what’s app asking me to do a another day which I said I couldn’t do I then requested a refund which he accepted and said to request it which I did and it’s now been rejected. I have sent the company a what’s app message for him to call me rude for asking for a refund and blocked me.

Adam has been great helping me organise my trip in Egypt. Great advice, he also came to personally meet us at our hotel. Ashraf our personal driver is also great. We had a private tour guide through Adam who was also amazing. So far our trip has been well organised, everything on time, and it has been down to Adam at Egypt Sunny trips!

We have been to Giften Island twice in the past, and this trip lived up to past experiences. We had an early start, rising at 6:40am, to get breakfast before our transport arrived at 7:40am. There was a bit of a delay at the harbour as we awaited arrivals from other hotels, but we were soon underway. The 50-minute passage was ok and we soon arrived at the island, got our snorkelling gear and got a sunbed on the white sandy beach. Around 45-minites later we started the trip to the snorkelling site. The fish and the other creatures were magnificent. We explored for around 45-minutes and were then taken back to the beach and lunch, which was very nice. In the afternoon we sun bathed and explored the inshore waters. At 3:30pm we boarded our boat and were taken back to the harbour, where we boarded a coach to be taken to our hotel. It was around 5:30 when we arrived. A thoroughly enjoyable and well organised day and well worth the cost.

Fun trip. Plenty of room on the boat. The boat was very clean. Crew was very entertaining and helpful. A multitude of beautiful fish and corals can be easily seen from the windows. Many fish came right up to the window.

Very good price. Good trip, we enjoyed it. Saw a lot of fish, beautiful red sea. Also was snorkeling. Free drinks. Good crew.
