We booked this hotel for a honeymoon, the hotel is faultmess, this is our 3rd time to hurghada and this is the best hotel we have stayed at. Within 24 hours of being in this hotel, we booked again for june 2025. If you are looking for something special, this is an absolute must. The food is amazing, the cleaners are waiting in line to clean any spillages. The gardens are spotless. Im truly amazed. The 5 star raiting for this hotel is under rated i would give 10 stars. Well done to all the staff.

The crew was very child friendly and helpful. In particular Azam (1), Mohamed Alnaser, Mohamed Reda and Machmoud Mohamed! Their service was excellent.

Im a disabled lady and traveled with a friend who is also disabled. Unloading of wheelchairs is a disgrace. No one felt safe. The ticketing was awful, the staff confused and the men pushing the wheelchairs felt they could just keep and were entitled to any visa money not used. We had to remove our shoes at least 3X to get through to departure and our plane. Now i understand the need for security but this was literally so painful and in departure lounge we were just dumped and left. One word AWFUL !

Everything is great! From the check-in (we came in the hotel 4 hours before check in time and still we got a room in 2 hours after announcing ourselves at the reception), to the friendliness and helpfulness and competence of the staff, to the cleanness of our room (special thanks to Abdnady Mohamed for that). Facilities are great, quite a lot of slides for all ages and interests.aqua park exceeds expectations - well taken care of and with amazing staff. Room was very nice and convenient. Everywhere you go, you're next to a swimming pool -huge plus when with kids. Me and my son had a great vacation.

Could not give this a high enough rating everthing was perfect from start to finish the guides were phenomenal even got me the non swimmer snorkelling in the red sea . Its an absolute must do x BOOK NOW you wont regret it !!

The semi submarine is based at the Marina. We went out to the edge of the reef then went below to see the beautiful coral and fish through the glass windows. The highlight for us was an enormous pod of dolphins who swam around us for ages. A large family group. There is also the option to snorkel from the boat. Drinks and snacks were provided.
