We had a brilliant time quad biking. We guided through the desert and we had a great guide who gave us some history of Hurghada. We felt safe throughout the trip and the quads were obviously kept in good condition. We highly recommend this trip.

Ok so generally the experience is pretty cool, but there are few things. You get the quad which is automatic but the gas/accelerator is not twist and go , but it's a little lever under right hand so after a half an hour you thumb is numb. Than you go round the desert and get to a tourist beduine village. You have free camel ride which is awesome too. The crew who go with you are very good and take care of you all the time. As far as the prices you pay if you count on paying £16 it's not true. You have to pay extra for Googles (2 USD) than pick up from your hotel is $10 and anything else is extra. Photo session cost you 25 USD so be prepared that you will have to pay more and more. Once you get it booked you will be messaged on WhatsApp by an agent offering you some extra tours, spa etc. The company is called GET YOUR TRIP EGYPT. We took a one day trip to Cairo for $65 pp. Again it's not all bad but: We got an English speaking guide who's English was hmm how to put it. Let's say problematic. In Egyptian museum he showed us a few tombs and after around 15 minutes he baggered off and left us 45 minutes free time. Which is a joke. In 45 minutes you can maybe visit gift shop. Than they offer you boat trip on Nile for 10usd pp. Don't take it . They take you up the river than turn and back. Takes about 10-15mintes and gives you no experience whatsoever. You can see the same from the bus. After that they take you to perfume factory where you can buy some natural oil etc. After that you have free lunch in the restaurant ( you have to pay for the drinks like water, coke etc) lunch was pretty good thought. Not than you go to see pyramids. This was our main goal to see them so we were happy with that, but : Everything is in huge rush . You' slmort running when your guide shows you everything. There's not enough time for anything. Once you've seen pyramids, they rush you to the the mini bus and show you Sphinx, but just from the road so you could take pictures. You don't even get close to it. Would I recommend this tour? No. For the same money you can get much better quality from companies like ONyX or Travco. Don't book anything on line. Book your trips in your hotel. Prices are the same and you'll get better guide and generally better experience.GET YOUR TRIP EGYPT is not entirely bad and if you just want to go to places and see them is ok, but don't count on good guide or any in depth info. Again everything is in rush and 45 min in Egyptian museum is a joke. Oh I would forget . You need to tip the drivers as they almost order you to. So the prices they offer again are not Tue. You pay extra for everything.

Transport was reliable and instructions for quad bike were simple to follow and clear. Everyone was friendly and energetic which made the trip an enjoyable experience - great way to explore Hurghada :). Thank you for such a fun morning!!

A few hours of afternoon sightseeing allowed me to get to know the city. Thank you Muhammed for showing me these beautiful places. Especially the Mosque, the possibility of going inside. The Coptic Church aroused my admiration too. At the fish market, I saw unknown species for the first time. In the perfumery, I could smell wonderful scents. In the souvenir shop I admired the wide selection of products at good prices.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE "Get Your Trip +201000388127" SCAMMERS. They abandoned us without support in Hurghada due to their mistake, ruined the day and lost tens of euros. We booked this cruise and not others because it left at 10am instead of 11am, allowing us to return in time for lunch at the hotel. The day before the agent contacted us saying that we had to pay another 5 euros per person for the transfer and 5 for the park access fee and they had to be paid in cash, strange because the ticket gave our hotel as the pick-up point. departure/arrival and it said "The ticket includes: 10:00 - Hotel pickup and drop-off in an air-conditioned vehicle." I repeatedly asked assistance for the time of departure from the hotel and only the evening before they told me that it would be at 8.15am. At 8.15am I wrote to assistance that I was waiting at reception and asked how to identify the vehicle that was taking us, they replied "They will recognize you" and they ask me for a photo of the spot where they will find us, I send it to them together with the real-time location on WhatsApp. At 8:25 a bus arrives in front of the hotel, the driver gets out and asks me "Andrea three people?", I say yes and we get on the bus. Once we arrive at the marina we follow the guide who is waiting for us in front of the bus and takes us to the boarding area where they ask us for the 3x5=15 euro park fee and we pay it, but when boarding we see that the boat is not the "Sea" at all Scope", we ask for explanations and they tell us that we were taken to the wrong place, the Sea Scope leaves from another marina; we find some very kind people (WHICH HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE "Get Your Trip" SCAMMERS who take us to another marina where the Sea Scope actually leaves. In the meantime I contact support and they say they don't know what's happening, etc.; they reply by message with meaningless things and don't answer the phone: zero support. Once we arrive at the other marina, the person who had kindly guided us asks to speak to them, but they don't answer the phone; only after a LOT of insistence do we manage to talk to these buffoons and they tell us that we can go back to sea but... at 11:00 (it's 9:30). So we wait an hour and a half, after getting up early and a nightmare journey, and finally when it's time to board we are told that we have to pay the 30 euros; no need to explain that we have already paid 15, we risk losing the 11:00 cruise too. We then pay these other 30 euros, we contact the operator who has the gall to tell us that it is OUR FAULT because we got on the wrong bus! After repeated mockery of this buffoon, I scream in his face that he must not allow himself to blame us for their mistake and that if we had really gotten on the wrong bus he would have to explain to us why the driver knew my name, he knew he had to take three passengers in that hotel and, above all, how is it possible that they didn't realize that their vehicle was missing three passengers. In response, the scoundrel blocked me on WhatsApp. Once the cruise was over, as one might expect, the boat operator had no idea that he had to take us back to the hotel; he actually wasn't set up to do it and told us candidly that "Every time with these Get Your Trip guys it's a disaster." We called an Uber (which is not easy in Hurghada) and FORTY MINUTES LATER another number called Get Your Trip called us saying "we are about to send your transfer". It was a nightmare, day ruined, lunch missed due to their incompetence, we had a damage of 15 (paid to the first marina), plus 30 (paid otherwise they wouldn't board us) + 8 (Uber to go home) = total 53 .00 euros on an 18 "cruise"; we skipped lunch (with a 7 year old) and lived a nightmare due to the incompetence, lack of seriousness and dishonesty of "Get Your Trip".

Great trip. We did the 5.00pm one, it was a bit cooler and great sunset photos. Stop off at the beach and then into the desert. Also free camel ride at the end of the trip.

The ride was amazing. This was our first time to experience quad bike riding. We enjoyed it much. The crew was very kind and helpful

Woke us up in the early hours of the morning of the trip with WhatsApp calls, seeking to change pick -up time to an hour earlier, ie6.5hrs notice & wanting us to confirm currency for payment of surcharges. They had our Hotel address weeks before & we'd reconfirmed that 3-4days ahead on arrival. I wasn't in a position to wake up family & reorganise alarm calls. Shambolic. They claimed phoning at 01:00 on the morning of the trip was reasonable. I lost all confidence in this tour operator to take my family into the desert, & reorganised with a different provider.

This was so much fun! Great team of people and the guys with the Camels in the village were great fun too. I went with my teen boys and was worried the heat would be too much but we stopped on the way there and kept hydrated. The cup of tea when we got to the village was lovely as well.

Excellent expérience! The staff were very welcoming and responsible, and the activities were fun and rich. Our head yassmin was also very active in helping us. Very good travel experience.

Quads we're great fun and you went for a long time in the desert this was what we wanted so very pleased. The kids loves the bikes as well

We had an amazing day in Cairo courtesy of GYT Egypt. Muhammed kept us well informed and packed so much into our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the museum with an excellent and informative tour guide. We kept cool on a boat trip along the Nile, it was a good way to see the sights. The pyramids and the Sphinx were incredible . Hats off to the coach driver who navigated us safely to, from and around a very busy Cairo. Although a long journey, it was broken up by to services stops for refreshments. We would highly recommend GYT Egypt.

We booked with these guys for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6. They communicated with us well all the way to picking us up from our hotel. Ahmed and peter where great instructors. They were amazing with the kids. We all had a great time.

We went on the safari on the 20th of June 2024. I would definitely recommend the experience. All the guides were very helpful and friendly. We were able to rent/buy helmets and scarfs for protection. We also read guidelines before we went to the trip and test-drove the bikes before we left. We had regular breaks for rest and to drink water. I would recommend bringing your own water bottles but you can also purchase some from there before you start your trip. The guides also checked on each one of us to make sure we could handle the heat or if we needed extra help. The views were beautiful and the return trip was even easier as the sun had started to settle. Try wearing long trousers so you do not feel the heat from the bike's engine on your legs.
