          See Hurghada
A few hours of afternoon sightseeing allowed me to get to know the city. Thank you Muhammed for showing me these beautiful places. Especially the Mosque, the possibility of going inside. The Coptic Church aroused my admiration too. At the fish market, I saw unknown species for the first time. In the perfumery, I could smell wonderful scents. In the souvenir shop I admired the wide selection of products at good prices.

          TRUFFA
STAY AWAY FROM THESE "Get Your Trip +201000388127" SCAMMERS. They abandoned us without support in Hurghada due to their mistake, ruined the day and lost tens of euros. We booked this cruise and not others because it left at 10am instead of 11am, allowing us to return in time for lunch at the hotel. The day before the agent contacted us saying that we had to pay another 5 euros per person for the transfer and 5 for the park access fee and they had to be paid in cash, strange because the ticket gave our hotel as the pick-up point. departure/arrival and it said "The ticket includes: 10:00 - Hotel pickup and drop-off in an air-conditioned vehicle." I repeatedly asked assistance for the time of departure from the hotel and only the evening before they told me that it would be at 8.15am. At 8.15am I wrote to assistance that I was waiting at reception and asked how to identify the vehicle that was taking us, they replied "They will recognize you" and they ask me for a photo of the spot where they will find us, I send it to them together with the real-time location on WhatsApp. At 8:25 a bus arrives in front of the hotel, the driver gets out and asks me "Andrea three people?", I say yes and we get on the bus. Once we arrive at the marina we follow the guide who is waiting for us in front of the bus and takes us to the boarding area where they ask us for the 3x5=15 euro park fee and we pay it, but when boarding we see that the boat is not the "Sea" at all Scope", we ask for explanations and they tell us that we were taken to the wrong place, the Sea Scope leaves from another marina; we find some very kind people (WHICH HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE "Get Your Trip" SCAMMERS who take us to another marina where the Sea Scope actually leaves. In the meantime I contact support and they say they don't know what's happening, etc.; they reply by message with meaningless things and don't answer the phone: zero support. Once we arrive at the other marina, the person who had kindly guided us asks to speak to them, but they don't answer the phone; only after a LOT of insistence do we manage to talk to these buffoons and they tell us that we can go back to sea but... at 11:00 (it's 9:30). So we wait an hour and a half, after getting up early and a nightmare journey, and finally when it's time to board we are told that we have to pay the 30 euros; no need to explain that we have already paid 15, we risk losing the 11:00 cruise too. We then pay these other 30 euros, we contact the operator who has the gall to tell us that it is OUR FAULT because we got on the wrong bus! After repeated mockery of this buffoon, I scream in his face that he must not allow himself to blame us for their mistake and that if we had really gotten on the wrong bus he would have to explain to us why the driver knew my name, he knew he had to take three passengers in that hotel and, above all, how is it possible that they didn't realize that their vehicle was missing three passengers. In response, the scoundrel blocked me on WhatsApp. Once the cruise was over, as one might expect, the boat operator had no idea that he had to take us back to the hotel; he actually wasn't set up to do it and told us candidly that "Every time with these Get Your Trip guys it's a disaster." We called an Uber (which is not easy in Hurghada) and FORTY MINUTES LATER another number called Get Your Trip called us saying "we are about to send your transfer". It was a nightmare, day ruined, lunch missed due to their incompetence, we had a damage of 15 (paid to the first marina), plus 30 (paid otherwise they wouldn't board us) + 8 (Uber to go home) = total 53 .00 euros on an 18 "cruise"; we skipped lunch (with a 7 year old) and lived a nightmare due to the incompetence, lack of seriousness and dishonesty of "Get Your Trip".

          Great Time Had
We had an amazing day in Cairo courtesy of GYT Egypt. Muhammed kept us well informed and packed so much into our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the museum with an excellent and informative tour guide. We kept cool on a boat trip along the Nile, it was a good way to see the sights. The pyramids and the Sphinx were incredible . Hats off to the coach driver who navigated us safely to, from and around a very busy Cairo. Although a long journey, it was broken up by to services stops for refreshments. We would highly recommend GYT Egypt.

          Amazing experience
Wonderful experience😍. My tour agent is just the best❤️. Was all perfect, from pick up to drop off..... pick up was exactly at the time we were told. Nice car, air conditioning. At the place was all well organized. You say your hotel, your room number, they tell you in which boat you should go. The team at boat was genius. They were very friendly, very funny and helpful. They even change the plan for me, because I said I won't swimm, because I don't want to wet my hair before Paradise Beach, so I will be able to take nice pictures there.... and what happened???? They said, ok, no problem, we will go to the Paradise first and than will swimm. Like wow..... no words. The captain change his plan because of my hair 😂. They were also helping people who couldn't swimm well, so they could also enjoy corals. They had enough time for each and everyone. The lunch was very good as well. All drinks are included. At the end banana and tablet drive, also you ask slowly, they do slowly, you ask fast, they do fast. So my emotions are overflowing, really vip trip. Thanks a lot😍

Pick up was not in an air-conditioned vehicle and we were very tightly packed in together.
Once we got to the location we were advised that we would have to pay for hire of goggles and buy headscarves (if you didn’t have one). This was €5 each and compulsory which I feel should be made clear before you go so you can take cash.
        Staff were very helpful.
You will get filthy though and I would advise wearing long trousers.
The quad ride was good although you do get a sore hand holding the accelerator button for so long.
You have to stay in line so are limited as to how fast you can go - I would have liked a bit faster.
All in all we enjoyed our trip but I feel the whole extra charges thing was quite dishonest.
I requested a refund of the €12 I paid and was sent €2.
I think that this as with other trips, no matter how you book it seems to be the same people actually running the trip.

The quad bike were fun and exciting, they gave us a good explanation of how to operate the quad bikes, the journey to the Bedouin village was just the right length, but as expected very dusty. I would suggest if you are planning before coming on holidays to bring your own gloves and none are provided and both of us did end with friction burns on our hands for having hold so tightly to handle bars. Even though the session was a morning slot the heat was a little baring made even worse by the heat emitted from the quad bike beside your legs, so be mindful of this. Note you do need to rent the very much needed goggles and purchase the scarf (particularly given how dusty it is), at the time we were charged 2 euro or dollars for goggle hire and 2.5 euro or dollars for purchase of scarf.

At the Bedouin village we were offered tea on arrival and offered a camel ride, the camel didn't look that well cared for, everything at the village seemed a little rushed and unorganized.

The communication from the tour operator was very good, they provided all we needed to know and responded in a very timely manner, they informed us that we would need to pay an additional transfer fee of 5 dollars (each) given as my hotel was just out the Hurghada. Unfortunately this is where the whole experience turned sore for us.

The person picking us up expected that this additional transfer fee was paid twice on pick up and on return, this not something we had to do on any other excursions, we only needed to pay this once, to make matters worst, if you are paying in Egyptian pounds they will charge a massive uplift from what the actually exchange right is. We were told if we didn't pay we could stay or would have to make our own way back.

Me and my teenage son (note you need to be at least 16 to drive on a quad bike yourselves, this wasn't advised) enjoyed quad biking, the whole experience was completely sored by the additional transfer fee we were forced to pay.

The tour operator did contact me after offering a private hotel to airport transfer by way of an apology, which was nice,

Soon after booking the trip I was contacted by Mohamed on WhatsApp to arrange our transfers and to confirm the pick up, etc, he arrived on time and took us to the meeting point where we met our guides, then paid €3 to rent some googles and €2 for a scarf (they are needed, even with goggles the sand made its way in!). We had our safety talk, was allocated a quad and our group left for the trip, after a few minutes we were stopped by a guy to take photos for what looked like a tray, if you want you can do if not they don't push you, the guides also take photos and videos which you can buy at the end of the tour, you cannot use your phone whilst on the quads (if you stop you can take photos). This trip is heavy going it takes approx 45 mins to get to the Bedouin village, after 5 mins I found it difficult and was going around in circles, the guide said I had poor control so could he take me🤣I gladly said yes and then became a passenger, my daughter also took my 3 year old grandson to he honest Im not sure this age is suitable but he loved every minute! However if they don't like it you would be stuck in the middle of the dessert with no choice but to continue, when we arrived we had a cup of tea, had the chance to use the toilet (hole in floor), and a ride on a camel, which was included in the trip, all in all we were there no longer than half hour before heading back. This trip was value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed it, the guides were very friendly and communicated well.

The worst activity we have done on our holiday. Number 1, the man was very rude to begin with and seemed very miserable. 2. We were never told to wear trousers, the whole group were in shorts. My leg was burnt from the exhaust and so were many others legs. One girl in our group looked like she was going to pass out and we were told there was no option other than to quad for another 45 minutes. This also caused extremely uncomfortable pain, also got charged for water in the middle of a desert which was shocking. We asked for a refund as a burnt leg and now a very painful back is unacceptable and we were told they cannot refund as everyone else was happy with the day… this is a lie. There was not one happy face when we had done quad bikes, and everyone we spoke to agreed that it was awful. Even if other people enjoyed it that doesn’t excuse the fact my leg is burnt and back is in a lot of pain. The quad bikes were not enjoyable. DO NOT DO IT!!

In terms of temperature, the trip in the morning is recommended. A bowl was €5 instead of €3, as stated by other reviewers. We were a large Swiss group, however. €1 extra per person for "park entry". After consulting with other families/Ukraine, not everyone had to pay! Riding a quad bike (helmet) was OK for me, because you get shaken around quite a bit, the kids had fun. In the Bedouin village we saw a woman who was demonstrating how to cook something, and she also told us a little about it that we could try. Camel ride 20m back and forth, definitely too short! I would have liked more cultural information, everything was very brief and everyone wanted an extra tip!

        I couldn’t fault this trip.

Got made aware there was a transfer charge few days before we were going on this trip.

We got picked up on time and arrived at the destination.
There was a nice group of us which we got shown how to use the quad bikes.

Once that was done we were helped by the staff to put on our scarfs and helmets (please be aware there is a charge for the scarfs and goggles if you don’t bring your own).

All got allocated a quad bike and off we went on a trial go and then we all went off following in a line.

We stopped for a little break on the way and once we got to the destination we were able to sit and have some tea and then go off on our camel rides. (Please do take water with you!! Or cash to buy a drink there).

We then headed back which we then stopped for a break midway.
Once we arrived back we we’re able to purchase pictures (if you wanted) from the photographer and then off we went back into the transfer to go back to the hotel.

Definitely recommended and well worth what we paid. Especially with how long you get on the quads. (Please be aware you get covered in sand - head to toe).

        Staff lovely and helpful.

Real quad ride: we actually ride in the desert in a line of around ten quads (peak at 50 km/h) for kilometers. Mini tea and mini camel ride included at the Bedouin camp. Price of glasses: 2 euros to rent. Price of the chèche (essential): 3 euros. They offer photos at the end of the safari (15 euros for 2 people).

The trip was as expected, bumpy at times, would definitely not recommend to anyone with back issues, carpal tunnel or joint problems. I was unable to drive as I was too slow so went on the back of the guide. In my opinion, not suitable for under 16s to drive. A fun trip but not one I would repeat. One downside, goggles and scarves are mandatory but also extra charge which we didn't know in advance. This should be stated at time of booking.

My son and I ook the 3h quad trip and it was simply amazing! Didn't know what to expect really as haven't done this sort of activity before and bearing in mind that I'm 46 so was a little anxious. But it was fab! The pick up was on time, prompt communication on WhatsApp from the very start, we felt well looked after (the cold coke on the way back bought for us by the driver it was a life saver in this heat, greatly appreciated 👏)
Must admit driving the quads was physically challenging at times but the tour guide was keeping an eye on all of us, even me staying a little behind 😆
The beduin village was lovely (again the tea with sugar was awesome) and the camel ride was just long enough to snap a couple of pics. I personally had a couple of issues with the quad but it was quickly rectified and a different quad was provided.
On a personal note to whoever will read this, please wear long trousers and a long sleeve- you could feel the heat on your skin. And bring plenty plenty of water!! However there is a little shop at the quads centre and in the village and the prices were reasonable.
We bought the scarfs and rented the goggles, again the prices were fair.
I'm so glad I did it, as this trip was possibly the highlight of our holiday in Hurghada.
        Highly recommend 👌

We were picked up on time and taken to the desert. There were only three of us, so we set off after a short briefing. You could rent protective goggles beforehand for €2-3 (I would recommend it).
The tour through the desert was great. The travel time was also perfect.
After a break in the Bedouin village (tea, camel riding) we went back to the base and then to the hotel.

All in all it was great fun. The price/performance ratio is really good here.
