Great resort. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Staff at the pool were excellent. George and Alysia were very professional.All in all with the few issues great place to stay as a hotel owner.

The Taxi transfer didn’t arrive. We waited for30mins. No contact, No Apology. In the end we ended up having to use the TUI transfer. Would not recommend using this company.

Driver was easy to spot, had my name showing clearly. Arrived in one piece, driving laws are distinctly odd in Egypt. Would recommend.

Easy to find after baggage claim, had a sign with my name. Safe and good drive to our hotel in Makadi Bay. Very nica and pleasant driver.

So this excursion is amazing. 2 hours quad biking, a gorgeous dinner, show and star gazing and no pressure to buy photos/videos, we did but we wasn't pressured. Quad bikes being used for their purpose none of this 10mph behind each other, it's a thrill and the guides are amazing. If your not confident they split you into 2 groups. I was happy bumbling along whereas by mates were happy with the faster pace. Unfortunately their communication before hand is awful. Unbeknown to me we were staying in "Al hayaa" Hurghada, so on the day of pick up I recieved a message saying I hadn't paid for transfers, I text back and called, our hotel even called them to see where the mix up had been, as the advert states pick up included Hurghada. Long story short after lots of too and froing I paid the extra. So BEWARE where your actually staying if transfers are included. We were contacted about this after the 24 hour window which wasn't helpful. When we were contacted we were met with a very rude woman. Don't let this put you off though because the excursion is fabulous and I will do it again but possibly not with this company. I'm unsure why they don't just add transfers onto the excursion cost because we wasn't the only ones that had been through this then it would stop all the confusion and it's worth every penny. The views are spectacular.

Really good trip, we had a test drive to start with and I decided I wanted to get on the back of one with my boyfriend. The roads are very bumpy but that cant be helped. The views were amazing and I really enjoyed the experience overall. We had the midday trip so food wasn’t included. It was good that they had a slower and faster group so everyone could enjoy it.

Avoid this company they add extras on to trips and if you don't want to pay, refuse to refund you, i didn't do the pick-up because I didn't want to be stuck in the desert being asked for extra money

Worst service ever. I booked the transfer a few hours before and one and a half hour before the pick up I asked to amend it for 2 hours later, as we faced some difficulties with our baby. Their response was negative and the excuse was that the driver was already on the way. ( 1,5 hours before the pick up time) It was ridiculous!They did not refund the money and they did not re arrange the transfer!!!!

Everything was well organized. The driver was already waiting at the meeting point. The car was as discribed. It was clean, big enough and the driver know the direct way to the hotel. 👌🏻

Driver was waiting at the airport as he said. Lovely pleasant taxi driver. Chatted all the way and was very helpful with our cases in and out of the taxi.

absolutely great apart from if you can’t ride it doesn’t matter 🙈 they get you to just hold on and just go which was a problem for one of our family as she has a bad back and just wanted to chill. Also always wear trousers else you will know about it in the morning 🙈 The place overall was good and welcoming and we had a really good time.

The driver was on time, the car was modern and comfortable, the journey went smoothly, definitely would recommend and use again.

I booked the private transfer from Soma Bay to Hurghada Airport. The driver was on time, the car was clean, good quality and I felt safe. The price of the ride was also good.

Driver was waiting when I landed and was on time the journey back, highly reccomend. Prior to both transfer I was contacted and communicatation was clear and quick.

Nice experience: the driver was very friendly and he waited for us even though the flight was delayed. We reached our hotel quickly.
