Really disappointing. Pickup was not at 4:00 a.m. as stated in the description but at 6:30 a.m. We arrived around 7:00 a.m. at the balloon launch site and were told it would take another hour before we could fly. In the meantime, we saw around 20-25 balloons taking off. At 8:00 a.m., we were told to board our balloon, only to learn 15 minutes later that we were not granted permission to fly as it was already too warm. While it’s not entirely the company’s fault, they should state that pickup times can vary and that it’s possible you may not be able to fly. If they had picked us up at 4:00 a.m., as advertised, or even 5:00 a.m., we could have gone on the flight since many balloons had already taken off by that time. The only positive aspect was the tour afterward, and they refunded us the money on the same day.

The hotel collection and staff were really good but when we got to the take off strip it was pandemonium! Ballon’s everywhere, over 30, and about 30/40 people in each basket.Very Very dusty and what looked like chaos. We decided to go back to our hotel which the staff very kindly arranged with no problem. So in short, you pays your money and you decide ?

Amazing experience. There was a slight delay, but it was unbelievable. Every member of staff prioritised our safety before and during the flight. The views were incredible. We would definitely fly with this company again.

We had enjoyed the tour especially the view of the nile river from the hot air balloon. Then, we explored the magical temples in the westbank. Hope we revisit luxor again.

It is fun to experience a hot air balloon ride with ancient temples, we passed by the balloon over the Valley of the Kings it looked amazing, we also visited the Valley of the Kings

It was a very wonderful natural view. The sunrise from this height was very beautiful. The sun reflection on the Nile river was such a phenomenal view. Hope we revisit luxor in the future.

I enjoyed this trip very much. The guide was very experienced and knowledgeable about ancient Egyptian information. The tourist car was also very clean.

The balloon ride is excellent, no doubt... an indescribable feeling... as for the archaeological sites, of course, it is magical.
