Mo batchan made this an amazing trip for us. His knowledge of Egyptian history was excellent. He took us to fantastic places we would have missed without a guide and took some great Insta worthy photos for us. Overall Mo and our driver made this a day that we will never forget. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great day! Well planned and organised. Everything was explained in full detail. Islam was a fantastic tour guide and provided so much information about Egypt’s history. Camera man/snorkelling instructor was also good, gave good instructions and guided well when in the water. Abdullah was very efficient/funny driver/photographer. Got us from and to our hotel safely and took our photos when asked. Thank you for this experience would recommend to anyone!!

Armed our guide was brilliant and very informative considering the farcical situation that FTS travel had left him in. Late evening the day before our planned visit to Cairo, we had a message requesting us to move the date of our excursion to the day that we were leaving Egypt. We refused and wanted our money back as it was a birthday present for my partner. They never honoured our money back wish and we were passed around various agents who seemed not to have any idea what was going on, we were left very stressed not knowing what exactly was happening. We took a chance and we were picked up to our relief we eventually went, we also learnt that the group with us had also been asked a few hours before with the promise that they would compensate. This never happened. The trip itself was fantastic, a trio of a life time. Shame about the mix up, apparently overbooked!

Absolutely would do this again, tour guide, camera man and driver were all so friendly and funny. Highly recommend.. 👌

We had an amazing time, our tour guide Sheriff was amazing and made up for the lack of communication from part of the organisers. Aside from the lack of communication beforehand, Sherif made our tour an incredible experience!

I had an absolutely fabulous day. I went alone but that was no problem at all! Sherif was so friendly and kind and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and more! I loved my time at the pyramids and Sherif took the best pictures of with the sphinx and the pyramid and made sure I was happy with them. Overall such a fabulous day. Not too much and too little! The perfect day, did everything I wanted to in Cairo :)

Good adventure to nice places to see. Great tour guide Ahmed. Only the pick up could have been organised better: I've booked a day before and haven't received my pickup time even asked them for it 3 or so times, my messages were ignored and the pick up time was sent just a couple of hours before the pick up on the day.

Our trip to Cairo was fantastic, contacted before with collection information and tickets. Mo Bachan our tour guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of care. The pyramids and syphix were well worth the early start. Amir our driver was brilliant navigating the crazy streets of Cairo, always there to welcome us back with a smile. Thank you FTS travel for a great trip, highly recommend.

Ahmed is a great tour guide. He has a lot of knowledge about the history of Dahab and that was very educational He kept us informed the whole time and never left our side

Please. Please. Please. I beg of you. Do not book this trip. Save yourself the hassle Our trip was re arranged twice 30 mins before we were supposed to begin at 3am and then cancelled on us and told we are being refunded. We tried multiple times to contact the company in which they gave no reply. Our sole purpose for coming to Egypt was to see the pyramids and we were unable to due to this company. They told us we will receive pick up times in the afternoon. After not hearing back from them for hours I contacted get your guide customer service who also told us that they are unable to get in contact with them. Get your guide tried for a long time to call them while we were waiting at reception to be picked up for our flight and had no reply. They ended up just refunding us the money as they didn’t even turn up or reply to any of our messages. They have absolutely ruined our holiday and soiled the entire purpose of us visiting Egypt. We leave tomorrow and feel as though this was a massive waste of time and money. As I said. Please I beg do not book with this company. We found out the company were also reluctant to refund us our money even though they were unable to take us. Utter scam.

Such a great experience! Our Guide Omar was completely special and kind to everyone. A completely immersive experience with the culture of the local people.

All the activities are amazing. Snorkelling is very interesting with so many fishes. The canyon offers amazing views and we had beautiful photos. Very good organisation.
