We had a Fantastic trip to Kashmir. It was very well organized and managed by Shaqoor and his team. (courtesy Nishat tours and travels). From the time we landed in Kashmir to the time we left everything was just super. The travel suggestions were very good as he knew every corner of Kashmir. Shaqoor gave us 24/7 customer support and was always very accommodating. We were a group of 10 out of which we had many senior citizens. He understood our needs very well. Thanks to Shaqoor and team to make our trip memorable.

If you are reading this review, you are obviously planning your Kashmir holiday.... my strong advice to you is just pick up the phone & speak with Shaqoor! Once you do that, you will be convinced about partnering with him to plan & execute your holiday! But since this is a review, here's my own opinion - Shaqoor & his team are WONDERFULA, WARM & GENUINE people. The last thing on their mind is money! I worked with them for my Aug 2024 10-day holiday with family friends....we were 10 of us, of which 5 were senior citizens. His recommendations are bang on. I am a tough customer as I do my own research & homework & never really work with travel agents because I like things my way; but working with Shaqoor was like working with a friend - he knows literally everyone & everything in Kashmir and is able to offer you the best rates on accommodation, transport & the best suggestions on where to go, what to do, where to shop, etc. The transport arrangements he made for us were top notch ... the vehicles were great & the drivers were fantastic! Communication with Shaqoor and his team was seamless & effortless .... 24 x 7 .... they were always just a call away, extremely responsive & very very caring about our wellbeing. Please do not think twice - these guys are damn good at what they do. You wont regret it! We all ended up feeling like Shaqoor was a brother....and that says a lot!

Myself and my wife recently (18th to 24th June’24) had an amazing and memorable trip to Kashmir, which probably would not have been so perfect had we not customized our trip through Nishat Tours & Travels under the leadership of Mr. Shaqoor. The entire itinerary was perfectly made by Saima well in advance including all hotel bookings. She made it sure on a day-to-day basis that everything is in order and we are enjoying our trip hassle-free. For every location, she has provided us with details which all places to be visited and how to reach so that we do not face any last minute issues. Nishat Tours has also provided with excellent Innova Hybrid car, which was along with us from airport pick-up on 18th June to airport drop on 24th June. In order to avoid hassle to book local taxis, wherever it was required as per local union regulations, Saima booked those taxis in advance. We have been provided with very good quality taxis. Thanks to Saima. We will be falling short of duties if we do not mention about our Chauffer, Mr. Shafi. An excellent gentleman and well-behaved person. His driving skills on the hilly roads were excellent (may be one of the best driving experiences we had) and he made sure we do not miss anything which is worth to be seen. Even when we travelled in the local taxis, he continuously coordinated with the drivers so that we do not face any problems. He made our trip trouble-free and comfortable.

It was a great experience for me to visit Kashmir by the help of Nishat tour and travels. I visited 5 places in Kashmir. Srinagar, pahalgam, gulmarg, sonmarg and Doodhpatri. Each of these places has its own thrill. I enjoyed fully in every place. I played all activities in all places which come in dreams only. Driver Manzoor and sazzad took me in different places and took my photos. Both are very much friend. I tried almost all traditional foods there. Kashmiri foods are really tasty. Hotel staff took care of me as a family member. I have bern overwhelmed by their hospitality. Travel agent Ms Nisha was very sweet. She took care of me over phone always though I had an intention to meet her but there was time constraints. At last I want to say thank you Nishat tours and travels for giving me a wonderful trip in Kashmir.

We had a memorable trip to Kashmir with family from 3rd to 10th April, 2024. We had a customized tour through Nishat Tours and Imust say they are very professional and had made excellent arrangements all along the tour. The hotels suggested by them were indeed very good and the transportation arrangements also very good. Special Thanks to our driver Mr. Amir who was very cooperative all throughout the tour and advised and guided us all through the tour. Entire package was well designed which help us get best stay, tasty food & local sight seen without any difficulties. The Kashmir is all time beautiful but this both person made it most beautiful for us. Even the feel to visit again is just because of them.

In August decided to go to Kashmir, it was a great decision, Kashmir's weather was perfect and it is the most beautiful place that I have seen so far in all my travels . The Hospitality of the Locals is one to remember. They are so so Friendly. Nishat Tours & Travels organized a very good itinerary of total of 6 Nights. Starting with Srinagar,Sonamarg,Gulmarg,Pahalgam & finally the House Boat in the Dal Lake.Sonamarg & Pahalgam were so beautiful that definitely needs few visits once again for trekking.The Services of Mr Shaqoor Sheik & Mr Shaheen (who was lovely enough to explain in detail all the places we were there) were excellent. The only time I felt little sore was sitting on the Pony Ride for the 3rd time in Gulmarg,after Pony rides in Sonamarg & Pahalgam which are must do things. One must definitely Visit Kashmir Multiple times as it is the closest to Switzerland in India in Beauty and to experience Nature at its Best.
