- MykhailoS70 contributionsHalf a day trip in BengaluruBengaluru park is quite nice place to have a walk, parlament building looks good but you'll see it from a street side only, the palace is full of history so if you like audio guide - you'll spend some time to walk around watching pictures and photos.Written 1 December 2024
- Flyer182208179240 contributionsGreat tour... Highly recommend. This was a great tour. The guide, Divakar, was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The sites were spectacular. It was a long day .. But well worth it. Asa female solo traveller this trip was perfect.Written 30 November 2024
- MykhailoS70 contributionsNice and interesting one day trip from Bengaluru to MysoreDespite long transfer, guides desribed interesting history of the place, nice local parks of the palace and other sight places, new food experience in local non-tourist restaurant.Written 30 November 2024
- kerstino2290 contributionsFantastic trip to Mysore with Mohan and MaheshThe today's trip to Somnathpur and Mysore with our driver Mohan and the local guide Mahesh was very nice, comfortable and interesting. Mohan picked up us at 7:30 at the hotel and we had a very good 3 hours drive in his comfortable car to Somnathpur, he told us some interesting things about the Indian agriculture and regional vegetables while we saw many sugar cran fields and harvest cars. In Somnathpur our guide Mahesh joined us in the car. He told us many interesting things while guiding us through the temple and afterwards through Mysore Palace, Market and Church. In-between we had a perfect lunch with both, eating Indian foods in the Om Shanthi restaurant in Mysore. We liked this trip very much and will recommend it to our friends. Especially Mohan and Mahesh are very good and experienced guides. Thank you so much for that interesting day.Written 29 November 2024
- Trail4887500 contributionsHighly accommodating tourFun tour. You get a private guide and driver. They will accommodate the tour based on your preferences and physical activity comfort. They could provide more history behind the sites but over all it’s a good tour. I enjoyed the experience.Written 24 November 2024
- Odyssey408747061440 contributionsThe Perfect City TourSupritha took us on a wonderful adventure today through the city of Bangalore. We were 5 adults and 2 small children and she was able to give us all a special experience, even with the crowds at the peanut festival. The botanical gardens are a beautiful sanctuary in the city and I am glad I got to see them. She took us to a place I never would have gone to for lunch which was excellent. The driver's were expert as well. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of the city in one day.Written 24 November 2024
- Jasmine B0 contributionsAn incredible day full of delicious food and great storiesThis was an incredible experience touring around Bangalore! The guide, Vignesh, and our driver went above and beyond to help tailor this tour to our preferences. They accommodated a last minute change without hesitation and we ended up having an experience that will last a lifetime. Being able to learn more about the history of the city and state was fascinating. We were also fortunate to be in town for Peanut Festival and truly enjoyed all the amazing sights and sounds. Every stop was unique and full of significance! I highly recommend this tour- you won’t regret it.Written 24 November 2024
- anetagS7243FS0 contributionsGreat tour of Bangalore's top attractionsDivakar is a great guide and a very nice person. He told very interesting stories about the attractions we visited. He spent more time with me than planned and even helped me find a gift shop. I don't know a better driver in Bangalore who can handle traffic jams so well.Written 23 November 2024
- Pitalpa0 contributionsAn incredible day out.The tour was very informative. I would highly recommend it. The temples were phenomenal. They exceeded my expectations. The driver picked me up on time for the 4 hour drive to Belur. We stopped and had a fabulous local breakfast with the famous south Indian filtered coffee (and very clean western style WCs). The driver was very safe and as I was a solo traveller he took some fabulous photos for me. Our guide was engaging and incredibly knowledgable. I called him the Pied Piper because a large group of local school children were fascinated with his expertise and charm. The children were delightful. We had another beautiful vegetarian meal in Belur at a local hotel - paneer, dahl and chiabati. After lunch we went to the second temple. Both were mesmerising in scale and beauty.Written 22 November 2024
- Thomasxktan8990 contributionsGreat day out in BangaloreThe tour was informative and enjoyable. My wife and I did this Walking Tour with tour guide Mr Divakar. There were so much to learn about the history and culture of Bengaluru and Mr Divakar was always ready to share. Communicatiin was smmoth even before the tour begin, which was very much appreciated. The sights were interesting and the pace was comfortable. I would do another tour from this company. Highly recommended!Written 21 November 2024

- Joanne_Vincent_SA0 contributionsGreat tour of the Bangalore highlightsSome colleagues and I are here on a work trip and for our first trip to Bangalore and with very limited time of only 1 day to explore, we booked this tour. Glad that we did and really enjoyed the experience! Learnt a lot about the culture, traditions and history by visiting the temples, beautiful botanic gardens, palace and government buildings. Also had an authentic cuisine experience for lunch which was great. Organising the tour was easy from start to finish and I recommend. Thank you very much!Written 17 November 2024

I used Rydeu Transfer for a business trip from Bangalore to Mysore, and the service exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver was both punctual and professional. He was also very accommodating with my schedule and even suggested some great local spots to visit in Mysore. I felt safe and well taken care of during the entire trip. Highly recommend Rydeu Transfer for its exceptional service and reliability

I was there with a friend and colleague from work. We took a day off to visit Lepakshi from Bangalore. The organization was perfect, Vignesh (an exceptional guide) explained the history of Lepakshi main temple with great detail. We were amazed both by the beauty of the temple and the kindness of the guide. I am still thinking of the floating pillar!
I strongly recommend the visit with 5 senses tour

Lepakshi is a perfect fit for a day s picnic in near by place around Bengaluru. It's hardly 1-1:30 hr journey from Bengaluru. There are mainly 3 tourist spots to cover-
1. Veerabhadra temple - Ancient temple with architectural importance. A big shivalingam in temple area and a hanging pillar inside the temple are main attractions here. There areToilets besides the temple area and are in good condition.
2. Jatayu theme park- a big scuplture of Jatayu on top of the hill with a nice landscape garden around the rock. It is a picnic spot for visitors. People usually carry their lunch boxes, mats and have a nice picnic lunch here.
3. Large monolithic bull- it's just opposite to Jatayu theme park. Can be covered quickly.
Major drawback here's is no descent restaurants in nearby area. Only one Aptdc restaurant is there near bull statue. So best way is to carry your own food and have a nice picnic in theme park after visiting all points.
It's a good , refreshing gateway for a day from monotonic routine life in Bengaluru.

I had visited Bangalore a few times and was now looking for a day trip to any ancient monument. I found Five Senses Tours on TripAdvisor and was reassured by the raving reviews. I signed up on the Lepakshi day trip to temples and paintings. The tours was outstanding and our guide Satish was excellent. We saw a giant status of a bull and the a 600 year old temple. The engineering was outstanding with a massive stone pillar which was hanging! We also fell in love with the paintings on the walls and ceilings of the temple hall. Satish told us so much about the history and culture of this region that we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Very highly recommended.
