Praveen/Hidden Gems is the GOLD STANDARD of tours. I have taken many tours with Hidden Gems and each one has been excellent. I have seen the most amazing places, eaten the best food, and learned so much from his tours. Praveen and company are passionate, extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and most of all, they’ll take the absolute best care of you. You will not be disappointed with any of their tours. Yesterday, Praveen gave me and my son an a la carte tour. I’ve done the Mysore tour with him prior and wanted to see something different. First we had a wonderful breakfast from a place that’s been around since the 1910s. After breakfast, we went to two amazing waterfalls. Praveen knew my son likes waterfalls and he suggested we go see these two. The falls were rushing due to monsoon and it was a sight to see. The weather was perfect with a lovely breeze. We could’ve stayed there the whole day. After the falls, we visited one of the largest coconut wholesale places in all of Asia. It was so interesting to see thousands of coconuts coming from the farms and heading off to their respective destinations. I love coconuts. So to me, it was very cool. And coming home, we saw a lovely 1000 year old lake filled with lotus flowers. That was the icing on top of the cake. All in all, as usual, a fantastic tour. Thanks Praveen!!!! Josh and Sam

Pradeep was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable of the area and always kept us entertained. The culture in India is amazing and this tour let us get up close and personal to it. While I was here for business, this tour was definitely the highlight of the trip.

We had the most fantastic time exploring Bangalore with Praveen as our guide! From the moment we started, it was clear that Praveen is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also truly passionate about what he does. His enthusiasm for sharing the city's rich history and hidden gems made the tour even more enjoyable. The highlights of the day included a peaceful walk through the stunning Lalbagh Botanical Garden, where we marveled at the beautiful flora, and the vibrant and bustling KR Market, which was an absolute sensory delight. We also got to enjoy a delicious traditional Indian lunch served on a banana leaf, which was a unique and authentic touch! Praveen's friendly nature and deep understanding of Bangalore's culture and history really brought the city to life for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the real Bangalore!

Deena and Sanjana were fantastic hosts. Started the day with a traditional breakfast, followed by a trip to a cotton farm and local market. The highlight of the tour was Mysore palace, which is a sight for sore eyes. The palace is a mix of European, Hindu and Islamic architectural styles and the artwork was completed by 15 top European artists at the time. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Pradeep is an excellent tour guide. Super knowledgeable and great at story telling. We went to several places to understand the culture and history of Bangalore. I attended the tour alone so I was worried about it but Pradeep is very friendly and approachable. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and enjoy touring. The lunch place is authentic and tasty. I mentioned wanting to buy some snacks as souvenirs, Pradeep took me to a savory shop at the end of the tour. Appreciate the flexibility and would def recommend this experience!

Never a dull moment with Pradeep, who adeptly showed us the sights with great humour and wit. My favourite stop of the tour has got to be KR Market, where the colours and chaos were a real feast for the eyes. We also had a lovely lunch at a local vegetarian restaurant. Would definitely recommend taking the tour if you're new to the city and want to learn a bit more about it!

Praveen was a fantastic guide during our daytrip out of Bangalore - he is extremely knowledgeable about the culture and history, and was able to answer just about any question posed to him. Clearly, a lot of thought and planning went into the tour, as things went exceedingly smoothly, and we also got to see some fascinating sights that other tours to Mysore don't normally go to (silk cocoon auction, Somanathapura Temple). Plus, you also get to try some tasty local food during breakfast and lunch with someone who knows what to order! Perhaps my only feedback would be that the time at Devaraja Market was a little quick, and not so many pictures are needed :D But as a whole, I would definitely recommend going on this tour with Hidden Gems!

We toured with Pradeep in Bangalore and then Mysore. Everything was very smooth, we felt well looked after and Pradeep is extremely knowledgeable as well as being charming and funny. Our driver was also excellent. Communications with Praveen were also very good. We visited some interesting spots, with the Bangalore market and Somanathapura temple being highlights. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

It’s a great tour to actually have a local experience. We loved the itinerary and can only recommend it to everybody who wants to grasp the true beauty of Bangalore.

We loved the day trip with Praveen. He knows a lot of interesting facts about the city what makes the trip, besides the nice places you visit, even more special. Even though the tour is a little expensive for India it’s worth to go and see much more than just typical sightseeing spots. We definitely would have missed the most special parts. My favorite was definitely the markets

This was undoubtedly one of the best tours I have ever experienced. Our guide was exceptional, picking us up from our hotel in Bangalore and spending about 12 hours with us. His vast knowledge of the places we visited, as well as Bangalore and India from a lifetime of living here, and his engaging personality made the tour incredibly enjoyable. Thanks to him, we explored many areas we would have missed on our own. The day was well planned and everything was perfectly organized, from skipping the queues at Mysore Palace to enjoying traditional breakfast and lunch, and visiting the Kesheva Temple in Somnathpur and Srirangapatna. I cannot emphasize enough how outstanding this tour was and how fantastic our guide was. I highly recommend setting aside a day for this tour!

What a wonderful day we had! Usually I like to explore a city on my own to get a feel for its particular atmosphere. As a native Bangalorean Ravi is a great guide to interesting places, very knowledgeable. He is the perfect link to local life, people and food. He is the nicest person to spend time with, with an uplifting spirit and a great sense of humor. His tour was well organized and yet flexible to our spontaneous wishes. I’m really happy that I joined in.

Our group had 24 hours of downtime in Bangalore and I’m so happy we chose to go on Praveen’s tour. His wealth of knowledge and energy made the hours fly! From bustling markets to quiet temples to lush greenery I was impressed by how much we were able to pack in while covering centuries of history.
