You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken to a certified organic farm in the Cumbum valley. Situated at the border between the South Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, it is the most fertile valley of South India. A large variety of fruits are grown in this area and it is also one of the few regions of Tamil Nadu that is well suited for the cultivation of grapes. Enjoy a welcome drink as you reach the farm. Your guide will then take you around the farm. During the course of the morning learn about some of the practices of organic farming. Organic farming is a system which avoids or largely excludes the use of synthetic inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides and plant hormones. End the tour with  a delicious lunch prepared from fresh, locally grown ingredients. After lunch, you will be driven back to your hotel.

          Dakshin at Hotel Sheraton
We went to Hotel Dakshin and are our favorite South Indian cuisine at restaurant Dakshin. It's our favorite and the best south Indian cuisine in New Delhi. The mutton chops were so render, chicken stew was yummilicious. Madam halwa is blissful and ended with our south Indian coffee. Darshan served us and provided us impeccable service as alwayz. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, ambience and service was just perfect. Sudhir took care of us too very well. Compliments to Chef Solomon was coming such delicious dishes.😋 Pooja

          Dont go Dont try
A restaurant this size and bigger expectations fails on most counts Lets start with their reservations well the take pride in no reservation, but the truth is there are special people seated who have had a backdoor reservation I get a corner sest after a 30 min wait, and boy, i realise the absolute doldrums that the cleanliness is in. My upholstery was dirty, and so were the surrounding walls floor. Ehh I ordered the lamb kebab, the chick tandoori, their acclaimed bukhare dal, and some breaks. The lamb was a disaster. Never eaten something so bad. It was like beaten black and blue and yet left uncooked. The chicken was dry chewy flavourless. The dal was very avaerage and lacked any punch. The staff is courteous though doling out these dished in batches and quickly. Even a catering food would be better. Never again and wudnt even advise a try.

Amazing cooking class - so much more than just that, it was a truly memorable evening that we'll never forget!
An incredible cooker experience with Mr Singh! He went out of his way to make us comfortable, and we had an amazing evening learning how to cook various breads and curries. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly and then taken to the local vegetable & spice market. Our host kindly helped us purchase some spices to take home too! Then when back we settled near a traditional fire, to enjoy drinks and make bread. We each had a go, which was a lot of fun. After that we watched an amazing puppet show from local artists, then enjoyed a amazing cooking class where we made several dishes. Afterwards we sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labor with our host, and had a lovely evening learning more about the history of the area, the house and his family. Truly a great experience that we couldnt recommend more highly. A memory we will take with us forever!

Bukhara- The Best Food served by the best peoples.
One of the best restaurants in the world; there is no comparison of Bukhars Food, and above this, the service and courtesy by the staff. We had a lunch with friends, and we were hosted by Mr. Vinod Dondiyal, What a person he is, polite, polished, courteous, and his service added the additional pinch of flavour to the food. He is an asset to Hotel. Other staff was also great.

          My Experience was luxurious
The restraint was very exquisite and joyful as the ocean side view was calm and beautiful. Watching the ocean while eating the luxurious food was a great and memorable experience.

Our experience at Bhukhara for dinner was fantastic. Myself and my guests from Charlie foxtrot aviation, Vista Jet (Airlines ) were all delighted and thoroughly enjoyed our time. This delightful experience was made possible by the excellent teamwork and leadership of Mr. Rupesh, the manager. Thank you to the Bhukhara team for a memorable evening."

          Average
Average. View was nice but they only provide loud obnoxious music and no food. We had booked Nirvana cruises thinking less ppl would be there but it was stuffed and smelly. Hiring a chartered yatch/boat would have been better for family like us. Never again.

Used a Different Provider, but They’re Basically the Same
The sunrise boat trip on the Ganges is a must do and provides a clear recognition of the commitment of the people of Varanasi to the teachings of Buddha and Hinduism. It was truly fascinating to see the crowds making their way to the River to participate in this religious ritual and bathing.
