About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- andrelein0 contributionsAmazing Bali experienceI couldnt be more grateful to De Nopi for showing me Bali, his culture, the nature and being so flexible on customising the excursion exactly how I wanted. Sadly, I had only 1 day to visit Bali because I work on a ship, so the time was a real challenge. The great side is that I had De Nopi as my guide. He is experienced, he knows very well where he is going, a good driver and overall a great company! He organised and managed everything without me having to worry about anything. What a great day! I will definitely contact him when I get back to Bali. Thank you De Nopi, I wish you all the best of the world and a great year!Written 10 February 2025
- J9306UFmartam0 contributionsAmazingA wonderful person who showed us the most beautiful parts of Bali - I highly recommend , we will certainly use again more than once ❤️Written 4 February 2025

- Mari E0 contributionsGo with an empty stomach and ready to eat lots of amazing food!I cannot speak highly enough of the tour we had today with Budi. It started out badly from our side as we were caught in very bad traffic and running very late. I was worried but Budi was super kind and reassured that he would wait for us. I felt awful having him wait but he was so kind/reassuring about it all which we we were very grateful for. We started off in the local market (Badung) with a few tastings before heading to some local Warungs and vendors for an amazing selection of local dishes. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was on offer and we were also offered regular drinks (water, iced tea, local soft drinks) as well as some lovely sweet treats to take home with us. Budi was very thoughtful throughout. Asking if we needed more of anything, if we had enough water etc. We also learned a lot about Indonesian culture as well as the food and Budi couldn't do enough for us. If you like going off the tourist track and sampling lots of good food whilst doing it, I would wholeheartedly recommend this. We do food tours regularly whilst on holiday and this was one of our favourites.Written 12 January 2025
- Wendy C0 contributionsLocal food with knowledgeable and thoughtful guideFabulous mixture of local food tasting and cultural insights. Nopi took me to a mixture of market and street stalls, where the food was delicious and the sellers friendly. He took me to the lovely palace where I enjoyed the gardens, walked along interesting streets and through different areas and made sure I was safely in a car to take me to my hotel after the outing. He is a considerate guide and engaged with his culture. I enjoyed the tour very much. It provided real insight into Balinese life and culture.Written 9 January 2025
- l_av9980 contributionsPutu is an amazing guide !I was looking for a guide with deep knowledge of Balinese culture, as I knew very little and am naturally very curious. Putu exceeded all my expectations! He answered every one of my questions with patience and shared fascinating insights from his personal experiences. His kindness and vast knowledge truly stood out. The day I spent with Putu was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to Bali. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an enriching and memorable experience!Written 28 December 2024
- iancZ9038ER0 contributionsEating Indo Street FoodGreat way to try street food with a guide who can select safe to eat locations. Food was VERY TASTY!! I like eating local food but need to take care to ensure food is hygienic. Each location was clearly a locals eating location. Beef soup is my all time favorite Indonesian dish, cosely followed by the Nasi Campour and soto ayam!! VERY YUMMY FOOD AND GREAT LOCAL KNOWLEDGE!Written 27 December 2024
- nicolew8780 contributionsExcellent food tourReza was an excellent food tour guide. We went through the markets where he showed us the four levels. Then took us to many places to eat. Such a variety and all delicious! Tried so many food and drink we wouldn't have known to order. Reza was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Reza catered to dietary requirements. It was also nice to walk around this aunthentic part of Bali. Would highly reccomend this food tour with Reza.Written 20 December 2024
- Jack d0 contributionsBadung markets and surrounding food tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English well. We enjoyed a range of foods from different vendors and explored the Badung markets. The guide was very accommodating when we wanted to have rest breaks and was willing to adjust the tour to our preferences.Written 11 December 2024

We went to all these amazing places and she made sure that what we consumed was safe!!! Highly recommend the tour but even more I highly recommend June!Written 5 December 2024
- baranikumar28210 contributionsExcellent vacationMy 2 days itinerary with June Sophia and her partner, Pudu were so great! Inspite of bad weather and major traffic situation, they accommodated me and my wife so well that both of us really enjoyed the trip. Not even a single drop of tiredness from both June and Pudu, and they were always lively with us till late night. In conclusion, it was an excellent experience during this vacation.Written 1 December 2024
- hermiena20180 contributionsMost enjoyable food tour! Highly recommmended. What an outstanding tour with June! We tasted so many different foods. Some were in the local food market, others in small local establishment's. Everything was hand picked by June, clean and extremely tasty food. I wanted to try local foods to understand Bali’s cuisine better before our 3 week holiday in Bali. That is exactly what this tour did for me. With my new knowledge about Balinese cuisine, I will have better food experiences for the rest of my stay. June is knowable, fun and walk the extra mile to make the tour enjoyable .Written 27 November 2024
- M186PGhannae0 contributionsPerfect food tourTour guide was very sweet, food was great, not too much walking but a good mix of seeing and learning about the area, and trying all different types of food. you must come hungry but 10/10 would recommend.Written 27 November 2024
- torquay200 contributionsDelightful insightful tour into the culture of the Balinese peoplesWe met our guide Budi at a the local market that the local Balinese use for their daily weekly shopping, Budi was so kind and full of information of the way local Balinese get about their day to day, and was full of explanations on the food culture history of these beautiful people. It really was an insight into a way of living where such a densely populated land can have harmony and smiles. Straight away Budi let us know to organise a taxi to colllect us after our tour as this area was very local and it would not be as simple as stepping out to the road verge for a taxi to simply appear like in down town Kuta… he explained how the market works the peak times generally early morning and late evening… we were there through the mid day, the market was amazing an array of colours smells produce and products. We sampled some amazing dishes sweets and fruits I had experienced before with Budi explaining all along the history of the food, how and when the Balinese have these foods. I highly recommend this tour… we did not cook but we learnt so much and tasted delicious foods. A true delicious excursion… Thank Budi your guiding and this your was a highlight for me on my holiday in BaliWritten 20 November 2024
- P1220FSninas0 contributionsone day with I MadeWe had an amazing experience with our tour guide in Bali! His excellent German and quick wit made the day not only informative but also incredibly fun. He expertly tailored our itinerary to skip the usual tourist hotspots, allowing us to explore hidden gems and truly immerse ourselves in Balinese culture. His insights into local traditions were fascinating and enhanced our understanding of the island. Highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable adventure in Bali!Written 20 November 2024

We had a terrific personal walking tour with Merta around the old city of Denpasar, visiting the Jaganatha temple, the royal palace and the markets, amongst others. Along the way Merta explained and gave us many insights into Balinese culture and history, and we sampled some of the street food and Bali coffee. A great way to see the sights, highly recommended!

Reza was a fabulous tour guide. We had a private tour seeing a temple , Bali's first Catholic church, the Bali museum and finished up with some delicious tea and taste of local delicacies at the market.
I would highly recommend this tour and Reza as a tour guide

We had a really great time with Budi. Unfortunately for us we had to
start the tour late (our fault) and many places were closed but that
didn't stop Budi. He showed us around the markets and sights and was
very chatty and knew such a lot of things, his English was very very
good. We certainly learnt a lot. He kept in constant contact with us
so we knew everything was on schedule. We can really recommend Budi to
anyone who would like a Bali tour and will be contacting him again
when we can return.

June Sophia was amazing. Very friendly, amicable, spoke very good English and was able to share so more information, interesting facts and insights as we walked through Depansar area. She told me stories of each place we went to, to bring them further meaning. We were able to visit places like palaces under construction, the kings Memorial, and other places and grounds, not only that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, but I likely would not have had access to myself.
June Sophie was able to answer any questions I had, and I had many. We stopped often, ate often, every though I didn't do the food tour, and I liked that it often felt impromptu. Each place we stopped, she seemed to know someone and be deeply appreciated by them. She was so kind to offer to pay for many snacks along they way and encourage me to try anything I was curious about.
I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have just arrived, you will learn so much and have fun doing it!

The walking tour was a really great experience. De Nopi is a very kind, pleasant person - and very knowledgeable of history and nature as well as able discussing interesting cultural aspects and concepts. The tour was predefined and included some interesting stops - it could be a bit expanded though to cover more topics between the stops.

Hotel pickup experience was pleasant . Our Guide Made was early. Car was was clean and comfortable.
He was fluent in English friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the Balinese history.
We were able to cover all the designated spots and even had time to sample traditional Balinese lunch at a place where locals go. And it was yummy 😋
