The village was so beautiful and we got to tour a traditional Balinese house. The waterfall was gorgeous with a beautiful and challenging hike down. At the temple, we got to experience a traditional Hindu pray which was beautiful! We had a wonderful and funny guide who was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this tour!

Driver is fully unaware of what was booked besides picking us up at our Air BnB. There was supposed to be a tour guide but instead all we had was a driver that drops us off to the destinations. We missed one of the destinations because the driver was not aware that it closes early. Communication is bad as well, he can barely speak English and was difficult to understand. No bottled water was provided. When asked if there’s water, he said we can buy at the store, but the tour description says, water is provided. We had to show him the details and he eventually bought us water. (Only 1 per person for the 10 hour duration of tour). He also didn’t know that lunch is provided with the tour. We were not told (not until sending the operator a msg) that the allotted lunch included w the tour is only 100k idr per person. The operator even blamed us for all the miscommunication having booked the night before the tour. We also had to always look for our driver every time after each stop. He did not assist/did not provide the tour guide that was included.

Fabulous trip, do not miss. Great staff & so much fun!!! Best tour in Bali We are a family of 7 ages 13 to 75. The slide is the best, great snorkeling & banana boat is a wild ride. The sail out to the party island is fantastic .

Great tour guide with Wira. We have had a full day adventure in Bali. The Barong dance performance was great! And our tour guide was on time and very knowledgeable. We have had a great time over all.

The first part of the trip, the massage, went well as expected. The second part, the dinner, did not happen. Even with the ticket showing I paid for the massage and dinner, the driver assigned to my booking insisted that I did not pay enough that I need to shell out 100,000 Ind. Rupiahs more when I paid $87.00 for the combo (1,370,00 Ind. Rupiah). This was happening as I was being given a ride to the dinner destination. So I sent messages to the tour operators with no response. I ended being dropped off in a mall and I had to pay for a ride back to my where I was billeted. This to me is a listing not worthy of being listed in the trip advisor and they should investigate this. I will be getting the credit card company to challenge the charge if I do not here a remedy from trip advisor or the tour operator.

This was my first tour of many in Bali. My guide, Mr. Wira, was very professional and accommodating. I saw sites that weren't on the itinerary (Monkey Forest, rice terrace) and skipped the Tanah Lot Sunset due to weather. Mr. Wira was great and took great photos of the day! Good conversation during the drive, he gave insight on the culture in Bali. I would highly recommend his service and will save his contact information to share with friends who plan to visit. A great experience for my first time traveling to Bali, Indonesia!

We enjoyed our half day tour with massage followed by seafood at Jimbaran . The massage was not bad, only facilities average. I want to comment the driver Agung, who was most helpful, n patient with us. We were late about almost an hr due to our lunch delayed. He waited patiently for us. We were very well taken care of up n down the car. Thk you for a great day of fun n laughter too!

We had a fantastic day. Our driver, Wayan was very polite and informative. Even when we were running behind to get to the monkey forest because of the traffic, he ran in and made sure we got to experience the monkeys. My 11 year old daughter loved it all. Thanks Wayan

We have never experienced a Bali Massage before. This experience was amazing. We were pampered! Highly recommended. We had a nice dinner at Jimbaran beach although the weather wasn't cooperating. It was a little disappointing because there were no sunset. The dinner was delicious but could have had more on the included menu. Overall a wonderful experience and we had a good tour guide.

The tour was lovely, our guide gave us some extra time to relax at Padang Padang Beach. He got us to the ticket line early so we weren’t waiting for ages. Uluwatu temple was amazing and the Kecak dance was just beautiful to watch! The dinner at the Seafood restaurant was shocking though. The food was so horrible that we ended up not eating and going back to get burgers. Would recommend doing this tour without the restaurant and going somewhere nice instead.

Trip 2019- Wayan Suyasa did a fantastic job right from Initial discussion to post service facilitation. He recommended good places for my trip planning.. Mr Sudama ( Driver) gave us a safe, secure and convenient trip hassling the peak traffic and explained each area and its importance. The best driver. Definitely recommend Star Bali and Driver Sudama for your travel plans.

Star Bali and our driver wayan were so amazing and accommodating! Super responsive and wrote every detail. Wayan, our driver was so nice and knowledgable. He was soooo friendly and a great driver! The tour was awesome and stops were perfect. All encompassing overview of Bali. They added extra stops per our request! And, we were engaged during the tour!!! Wayan communicated with my fiancé and it went off without a hitch! So incredible. We also used the service for airport transfers which was perfect. I would recommend star Bali wholeheartedly! Our driver was Wayan Parta and he was so good: excellent driver, accommodating, calm, full of information. We had a hiccup at the start due to a hotel problem, and he found a way to shift things around over the two days so that we still saw everything we wanted to see. Comfortable car, excellent air conditioning! The food at the volcano restaurant was fine with a great view but the food near the three lakes/garden was very poor indeed. Communication with the owner was fast and comprehensive. Very glad we booked here.
