This is a fake company and fake ad. I booked this tour and it didn’t happen because no one picked us up on the day and there is no contact by the tour operator. This bogus ad should be removed from trip advisor and this tour operator should be blacklisted. I have already applied for the refund.

All operations in Bali ask you to review their service... and ask you for a good review. This is clearly the basis for their success. Some travelers may feel compelled to say great when it really wasn't. This is the real impression i was left when done. I arrived Bali at 8am with my daughter and would be in Bali only one day because i was on my way to Labuan Bajo. A friend recommended Batush to pick me up at the airport. As we were driving, I told Batush how much I would love to visit Nusa Penida and that I was aware I was too late to take the tour which usually take off by 7am. He listened intently and asked me if I still wanted to go if he could get it done. Of course I said YES!! He got on the phone, took me to my hotel and told me to get ready to go. HE MADE IT HAPPEN!!! EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A BIG CEREMONY WHICH MADE MANY OPERATORS UNAVAILABLE!! By the end of the day we were SOOOO HAPPY for such an outstanding one day super last minute booking. Not only did he made it happen, but his attention and consideration for my needs and wishes were outstanding.

This was the best day we had whilst visiting Bali. The tour was amazing and the guide himself was extremely friendly and accomodating. We liked it so much that we actually took him out for dinner with us afterwards. Cant recommend Bagush enough 👍👍👍

Great driver and excursion, we was suprised with it , we visited much interesting places for one day and highly recommend this to all our friends which are going to trip to Bali !

I was in Bali with my Friend for two weeks 4 months ago. It is a fantastic place and you have a big choice for trips. My favorite trips are the swing with the coffee plantage, the banana plantage, the butterfly plantage and the many rice fields. Bagus showed us all of them. It was a really cool day with him. He was a nice guy and is very flexible. I highly recommend it!

Bagus was our guide, he was very knowledgable of his country. We had 3 wonderful days with him, he really was a joy to be with, he couldn’t do enough for us. Hope to visit again soon.
