Wonderful day with Dedi

We are very grateful to our guide Dedi for giving us such a wonderful experience. It was one of the best days in Bali.

The guide arrived on time, in an immaculately clean air-conditioned car in which it was convenient to move between attractions and we did not encounter any difficulties during our trip.

We were on other tours, so there drivers brought us to the sights and left in the parking (so do many drivers in Bali). But Dedi always accompanied us to the sights and helped us with photos, told interesting Balinese life stories and honestly explained to us about the traditions.

Dedi was very patient and helpful. He even helped us carry bags with towels when we decided to swim in the waterfall.

Having person next to you who knows about local attractions is a real blessing. We strongly recommend this tour to everyone who likes to take pictures and wants to visit the most interesting places in Bali.

Words can’t express my gratitude
Wayan the tour organizer was very responsive from the very first time I contacted him via whatsup, he explained very well what are the places that can be done in a day. I booked 3 days with Bali Hit. No hassle payment via paypal without surcharge which is a plus.
Awan, my driver/tour guide/amazing photographer and videographer messaged me a day before the trip and I met him exactly on time. Awan discussed with me the plan of the day according to my chosen itinerary and gladly had lunch with me to my chosen warung. I really enjoyed having lunch with my tour guide in local eatery. He is really good in taking videos and photos and patience as well. He kindly respected as well my personal prayer. 2nd day was raining hard so we were not able to do handara gate and banyumala waterfalls but Awan kindly brought us instead to a famous art gallery. 3rd day, awan on time as usual and we went to lempuyang gate. He went above and find for me ikan pepes and ikan bakso on the side street and occasionally buys for me street foods like pisang and klepon. Its a big help as some vendors overcharged tourists. Awan really did his best and did more than a driver. He oftentimes said he is only a driver but I applaud him for being an all around and deserves more praise.

Everything was perfect, except, the car could have been much cleaner and newer as its rather old car model and if you’re not smoking or allergic to it, just for your info, most of drivers smoke, request ahead for that preference.

Thank you Wayan and Awan for arranging and making my first time in Bali memorable for me and my husband.

Great driver
Had a great time with one of BaliHit's drivers, Eddy, who looked after us for three days. Orginally we booked just one day to visit some key sites around Bali from Seminyak, including Monkey Forest (well worth it - lots of cute babies) and Tanah Lot Temple at sunset (stunning). Ended up extending our time with Eddy for two more days - snorkelling on Nusa Penida plus a day visiting some waterfalls more off the tourist track on last day. Eddy was polite, friendly and informative and we particularly appreciated his flexibility when we changed our minds about what we wanted to do on day three with very little notice. Cheers Eddy!

Overpriced and underwhelmed

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and tried to provide us some history on each of the sites however there was a bit lost in translation and he struggled to understand us. Very disappointing considering how expensive this tour was. When we booked another tour whilst in Bali with an amazing driver we paid 1/3 of the cost. I would recommend to book a driver when you're in Bali so you know who you are booking with.

We were pretty disappointed as we had booked the 10 hour tour and advised Wayan (the trip organiser) the locations we wanted to go, including the gate but on the day of, the driver advised we weren't able to go there. As Wayan had organised the incorrect start time, it was too late in the day. A bit frustrating as we had confirmed the same locations weeks in advance and a number of times. Seems that there was no communication between the organiser and driver.

Overall felt underwhelmed and that the trip was very overpriced...

By choosing our program you get a unique opportunity to visit all the most desirable places in Bali and customize the itinerary as you wish. We guarantee guests a lot of cool photos and an unforgettable experience. We collected the best places in one round at the best price. You don’t need to book many tours, only this tour is enough to visit the best sights of Bali. We are apologize if tour didn't meet your expectations. Actually you surprised me when i read this. As per our description on the product, rate is included comfortable air conditioning car, fuel, English-speaking tour driver, parking fees, mineral water, Wi-Fi. A lot, right? My apologize if the rate is too expensive for you. We keep our prices fair and affordable for our dear guests and also tour you booked is 10 hours, when other tours are only 8 hours, which is not enough due to traffic condition in Bali. I'm sorry, mam, but let me explain. The tour program is 10 hours. Same route (if you will hire driver from a street or from your hotel or online Uber-like services) will be be way more expensive. If simply calculate distance to Ubud from your hotel and back (2 hours each way) plus driving distance from each points for a whole day, it will be way more expensive compare to what you pay for when buy our tour. With taxi you also will pay all parking fees by yourself. Also probably you will not get English speaking driver or with just with basic English. Also taxi do not provide you WI-Fi, mineral water, of course not help with photo, not explain about culture and other things, as guests get on our tour. All this we wrote on the tour description. Also each guest get ticket on email, again with full explanation what is include/exclude before the tour. We have contacted you few times before the tour, again with explanation what to expect, what to bring on tour, pickup details, suggestions, etc. But why you never reply my emails and whartsapp before and after tour? How can you say we did plan something wrong, if you never reply? Tour was booked with start time 8 30 am and driver picked you up on time at 8 30 am. From you was no information provided if you need other time or anything else. I was contacted you via email before the tour on 1st of March, you didnt reply, second time i have contacted you on 8th of March, and then again right after the tour on 9th of March, again you didnt reply me. Im sorry mam, but seems like your point was only to make scam here with feedback:) Anyway, we always try to provide best we can for our valuable guests. Brilliant day, highly recommend this to anybody looking to explore Bali on their own terms. Our driver Awan was great, we felt super comfortable in his car and it was amazing to have the A/C and water when travelling between different locations. Really good way to explore lots of places, without having to worry about transportation and have a jam-packed but relaxing day! Thank you!

Alex was amazing!
We booked a full day tour for yesterday. We truly wanted to squeeze in as much as possible so we listened to the advice of the company and started out super early at 5am to go to the gates of heaven as our first stop. We were allowed to fully customize our trip based on our own research of places we wanted to go. Our driver Alex made such an enjoyable experience for us. Not only did he get us from place to place we learned so much history from him making the very long car rides so much more bearable. He picked us up promptly at 5am at our villa. When we got in his clean, air conditioned car he immediately helped us to connect to wifi. This was a great feature we didn't think we'd even use but it was fun to research while he drove making the time pass. He immediately told us to feel free to go back to sleep as it was quite a ride from Seminyak to our first stop Gates of heaven. We felt completely comfortable napping in the car throughout the day. I will review all of the stops separately as this review is for the company and Alex himself. I will say that just a piece of advice, I'd leave at 4am instead of 5am. Only because after the almost 3 hour drive we got there and it was already pretty crowded making it over a 2 hour wait for our turn for a picture. Alex knew all of the routes perfectly and escorted us safely into every establishment. He told us to take our time, make sure we see everything! He has the patience of a Saint. We communicated by WhatsApp but when we couldn't bc of wifi he literally came to find us lol. He actually rescued us with a giant umbrella when the Ubud gods decided our tour would be over at the waterfalls and the skies opened up completely and poured more than the waterfall did on us haha. He was an amazing driver and not only would I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly, I will never use anyone else upon my inevitable return to the beautiful Bali.

A very worth it tour

this is a very worth it tour. we visited lempuyang temple, tirtagangga, waterfalls, coffee plantation and tegallalang rice terraces plus we had lunch at a restaurant with a great view of mount Agung. our driver and guide was very helpful and kind.

Great Tour, great driver, five stars

Thank you, BaliHit, for that great experience. The driver was excellent, always in time, knew all the places and even had a magnum icecream when it was extremely hot.
He picked me up at my hotel and dropped me at the airport at the end.
I can only recommend BaliHit and this tour if you want to explore Bali on your own and have all the luxury of your own driver and agenda.

Great driver with excellent suggestions
On our first time in Bali, we were looking for guidance and our guide, Kadek, provided just that. He included a bit of everything to ensure that the day was memorable and interesting. He picked us up in Kuta and drove us up to Ubud and back, explaining everything we needed to know about rice, coffee and Balinese culture in general. He also just let us relax and look out the window when we wanted to as well. This tour is great value, completely adaptable to your individual needs, and we felt well looked after all day. Awesome experience
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. Our driver Derme was waiting in the lobby for us when we came down and he was a delight. So friendly and spoke English very well. We had specific places we wanted to go and he got all the stops we wanted to do and even made extra stops along the way when we needed an ATM or food. He was so amazing we even asked him to be our driver the following day and he took us to our second hotel and then took us to some amazing adventures and sights we wouldn’t have know without him. Also he was a very safe driver which made it a very relaxing enjoyable experience!!!! Next time I come back we will be booking again!
