Driver did not pick me up and said they’re fully booked after I contacted them for not showing up. They ruined my day and are not refunding my money.

Very average, poor communication & did not fulfill what they show on the website or trip advisor. The horses were hungry & temperamental at the time, probably because they were hungry I think. We had a guide walk with us the whole way..very slow. Totally not worth the money they charge.

The ride was really nice and good view but the horse i rode on only wanted to race back home so no galloping for me. The pictures we made are really beautifull aswell. But the “racing horse” was a bit sad for my €60 or 1million r.p.

Great hospitality and many thoughtful arrangements. Although we faced travel disruption with the volcano eruption, the guide and company is reliable and can be trusted to make contingency plans and gave good advice to mimimize inconvenience. The boss, Mr Wayan Suena also came personally to provide assurance and assistance. Well done! Will definitely travel with them again for our next trip to Bali.

It's a trustworthy organization with lovely tours within Indonesia. I met the owner during Kuningan and he told me about this day full of activities. All the staff members are really friendly and they have a lot of knowledge about the island(s).
