What an amazing experience this was, I can’t recommend it enough. We had watched the rafts down below in the river from our hotel and it looked and sounded so much, boy we were not disappointed. It’s a bit of a trek down to the river but worth every step. We were given a safety briefing prior to boarding the raft and then once we were on board and on our way it was fun, magical and breathtaking all the way. Our guide was so much fun and a very able oarsmen and I only hope you have the sme guy. There was lots of banter between us and the other rafts and much splashing each other at every opportunity. We stopped at a lovely waterfall for pictures and then stopped again for drinks along the route before arriving at our final destination and a short but steep climb up the hill for our lunch.

We were a family of 3 members. Our "reliable" driver took us to Bintang rafting and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by one of the girls at the front desk and offered one choice of 1,200k IDR per person . Our so called reliable driver told her to give us a discount and the price went down to 900k IDR each for a family package. Little did we know that we were scammed until we asked someone who took the same package and was on another raft infront of us for 300k IDR each.Daily robbery and SCAM. When asked the front office about the descrepancy the reason given was because we took the family pack. May I remind you that that was the only choice.... take it or leave it. Our driver Adi was indeed involved in this SCAM. Please avoid and not recommended.

This was so much fun for my first time rafting ! I laughed start to finish. I did this activity solo- but my group were amazing. Our guide “Mon” I hope I have remembered that right was truly special. He made the experience for me. We were given the chance to stop on the way round and grab a drink and have opportunities to take pictures. Mon also looked after my phone the way round which I was very appreciative of. I would highly recommend Bali Bintang rafting. I loved every second of it!

in the description was mentioned, that rhetorical atv tour would take 2 hours…. Sadly it took obly 1 hour. The tour guy said, it could take 2 hours, if we would like to make photos… but after asking the atv rental company (the tour company booked there), they said it should take max 90 minutes… So thats in my opinion very misleading and wrong advertisement…

Very professional, high service, and very skilled staff. Our tour guide Billy was brilliant. He had a lot of humor and made our trip perfect and fun. Lots of knowledge of the area, 8 years of experience on the river so knew every rock - so safe with him in the boat. The trip down the river was extremely beautiful and breathtaking - we could have done it again and again. We can highly recommend both the company, infinity, as well as Billy!!!!

Been tried many times for rafting in different company. Infinity was an Amazing experience and such kind people! We go to starting point about 10 minutes by car from the infinity office, and walk through the rainforest down to the river. Before start our guide (Gung Wira) gave us instructions (including all safety measures) along the river he also made jokes to keep the rafting upbeat and told us cultural insight for things we passed like the carved rocks and local trees, was amazing. they take pictures/videos throughout your rafting that are fun to see afterwards. Lockers are provided, showers, changing rooms. Lunch was included buffet service Highly recommended! such a great experience and provided amazing customer services !!! 10/10

Perfect rafting experience for beginners. We were a family of 5 in one raft with a great guide. Rafting around 2 hrs with stop along way.

Wonderful experience on this trip, seeing 3 Manta Rays at first snorkelling stop wad amazing. Next two stops were equally as good with a chance to snorkel amongst thousands of tropical fish. Dreamy Beach and Devil's Tears were pretty average, wouldn't do them again, ($25 charge for Devil's Tears that we didn't know about. Dive staff were great and knowledgeable about the area. Would definetly go with them again. Boat ride was a bit hairy due to the weather and swell, but added a bit of excitement

Our plan coming into Bali was to do the Telaga Waja one, but due to lack of time shopping and booking for one, we ended up going to the Ayung one. We went with Bali Bintang Rafting. We were glad we went to the Ayung river one since this was more fun than adventurous, and in hindsight, perhaps suited our profile better. This was a 11 km ride for about 2-2.5 h ending with a lunch buffet. Along the way, there was a waterfall stop where we could get down and wet. There were also a couple of spots for swimming, if we choose to. We were lucky to get a very dynamic guide, Kadek, and also an equally energetic raft partner (Yanik from Canada - hope you are seeing this!), which made all the difference, I think. We had a blast during the entire ride, and never wanted it to end. It is true though that this does involve a steep set of stairs both ways. Also, due to the low water levels, the boat did get stuck in the rocks at a few places, but we considered it all part of the experience.

We had the best time… it was very well organised and we couldn’t fault the experience. It wasn’t too long or too short - lots of different terrain and so much fun! We must thank Andi for his tour he was a brilliant guide - we loved our time and would certainly recommend to do it

I cannot describe the amazing time we had on the water, our guide Daniel was the best. He matched our personality, we were laughing all the way through, he messed around with us, drenching us under the water sprays and stopping at the water fall for photo's, we even splashed other rafters and then they were splashing us, what fun we had. Daniels laughter is so contagious you cannot help but laugh. What an amazing experience we all had. I will definitely come again. Daniel you rock and you sure are the best.

Most amazing experience, 11km down the Ayung River deep in the jungle (longest trip of all the rafting companies in the area). Took 2.5 hours which ended all too soon - wanted to go again immediately. We were fortunate to have a massive downpour with thunder and lightening which just made the jungle views and waterfalls even more spectacular. To top the whole experience, our guide, Dekta was amazing, we laughed all the way - amazing cool dude! Thank you soo much for the best day!

We got picked up by a lovely, respectful gentleman, really nice and clean vehicle. Upon arrival we got a very nice welcome by the staff and they did instructions very well and properly. Best part was when you get a chance to ride “free for all”. Myself and my wife we were on one quad bike and we really enjoyed it. Totally worth a try indeeeed.

KUBER quad biking company terrible. 0 rating from us. Its really Dangerous No maintainence on bikes. Our wheel snapped. Bikes had bald tires. We came off. They took us to dodgy hospital in Ubud. Our injuries.... Concusion,broken ribs, broken collarbone, ligament damage. There was No follow up over next week. The Manager was rude.

Amazing experience! Great price! Awesome guide! Helpful staff and to top it all showering facilities and a scrumptuous lunch! Highly recommended.
