It was ok - better waterfalls locally that are also less busy.
we came here after visiting another waterfall (Abung I think it was called) this waterfall was beautiful but busier than the other. They provided sticks for if you struggled with balance and that was useful after the exhausting stairs to help pull you back up! Pre-warning that all waterfalls have a lot of stairs -I could only do 2 before I was super tired but it was definitely worth it.

Highly recommend this bike ride. Best thing I’ve done in Bali.
Ketut and his team were amazing. Bikes were in new condition. Food was sensational. Ketut spent time explaining and educating us on places we visited along the way.

        Waste if time and money
I would never use TripAdvisor again for this, $320 dollars Aud for 4 ppl, you are paying the driver only. Then you actually pay for the swing and everything else, it was a waste of time and money, TripAdvisor robbed us.

        Poo Coffee
Quick tour about coffee and then tea and coffee tasting (everything loaded with sugar). I did order a Luwak Coffee, large cup AUS $10 with a Balinese Dessert. Bucket list tick of a having drank a coffee bean from the poo of a Luwak. No need to do again. After some thought, I did not feel pleased with my bucket list tick as it really was no achievement. In hindsight, the Luwaks are kept in cages, fed and the poop harvested. I saw on Luwak pacing in their cage which is a sign of stress. I will not be contributing again to this cruel practice. Do we really need coffee beans that come out of a wild animals butt? I think not.

Great tour that included lots of local info, scenery and activities
Two guides who were very friendly took us on a well paced cycle - mainly downhill seeing some of Bali's farming and countryside. We were picked up at the hotel in a comfy air conditioned van then headed off to our starting point in the mountain. Sights included: tastings at the coffee roasting house, riding through villages and rice fields, as well as visiting a monkey forest. This part was my favourite as a Guide helped us to feed two wild monkeys after they'd climbed up and sat on our shoulders. We had two great Hosts who gave us insights into the local culture and customs. Well done guys. Thanks for very memorable trip.

        A different side of Bali
This cycling tour is a must if you want to see a different side to Bali, from the hustle, bustle of the main towns. If you can balance on a bike you can do this ride. It’s totally pleasurable being all down hill. The smallest amount of peddle power required a couple of times. Your money is well spent and helps support a number of businesses and families. The driver(ours was Komang) and the cycling guide(Deva) were both so friendly kind and knowledgeable, checking on our well being and safety regularly. There is much to say about the day as it is about 6-7hrs if going from Ubud, but it’s nice to leave something’s to surprise. We loved it and I hope you do too!! 🌋 🚲 🍲

        Misleading description
During our stay in Bali we booked this trip to see a lot of the “to-do’s”. We checked the description and it said only the Swing ticket and Luwak coffee were for own expense, and valuing a private driver we booked this trip. The driver picked us up at the right time and we were on our way. His English was far from perfect but we managed to understand each other and he tried super hard, so A+ for the effort. When arriving at the Money Sanctuary we were confronted to buy our own tickets. The description of included/excluded and the trip details did not mention this. Nor did they mention the waterfall tickets were for own expense as well. This afterwards made us realize we paid way way too much for a trip which was basically only a private driver taking you around town. We had a fun time and money but it would have been nice to spend those unforeseen costs (ending up at around 300.000 idr) on a dinner or other trip. For getting around town like this a taxi would be the way to go and save a lot of money comparing to trips like this.

        Great Afternoon Out
Everyone told us we were crazy for doing the afternoon tour due to the heat but this tour was fantastic. The weather was perfect, the cycling was all downhill and the bikes were in great condition. My children, aged 11 and 12 loved it and had no troubles cycling the 24kms. Our guides were wonderful and it was great to see a different side of Ubud and the Balinese countryside. We would highly recommend this activity when in Ubud.

        Ubud with Oka
I highly recommend this tour with Oka! We experienced so much in our short visit! Oka is prompt and met us at the hotel and kicked the day off with light conversation and a trip to the silver shop “art of silver” which had beautiful pieces and unique, our personal guide in the shop took her time to help us pick out the perfect jewelry set! Then off to Luwak coffee plantation, where Jade showed us the coffee process and allowed us to sample about 14 flavors of tea/coffee in a cute little setting. Then we headed to elephant cave temple where Oka explained the meaning/ history of the temple and religions of Bali! This was also I nice time to look at gifts! We stopped for a delicious lunch and looked at wood carvings which is a true skill. So much beautiful art work. Then we headed to monkey 🐒 forest (with the tricky little monkeys) and finally the rice fields equipped with the swing ! My dad and I took this trip as a father daughter trip and he’s a little older but Oka was patient and my dad was able to keep up! We enjoyed this trip so much that we booked another tour with Oka during our stay, which was lovely ! We had an idea of what we wanted to do and Oka suggested a plan! Oka knows the land and the short cuts to navigate the Bali traffic! Our first trip to Bali was a success and when we come back we will definitely contact Oka as I was truly pleased.

        Bali at its best
Thoroughly enjoyed the cycling tour. Not hard to do. Mostly downhill. My only complaint is that they picked us up in a 5 seater ban and there was 7 sizable Aussies in it. 2 hours each was was tough.

        Amazballs
I could not fault this tour and so good value for money. We visited a coffee place, then they took us up the mountain to cycle down. It was so good, all downhill, cycling through the villages, we stopped at a local family home, we had a walk through the paddy fields and after leaving the bikes behind we were taken to a local family restaurant. The only thing I could say is the van trip up to the mountain is a long way but you do get to see the countryside. We did the afternoon tour, pick up at 1.30 and didn't get back until 9.45.

Great way to see rural bali
Great way to see and experience local life in rural Bali. Take it easy riding ...be mindful of all the traffic... there are road rules but as you know locals (and ignorant tourest driving ) don't really take any notice of it

        Bike ride for all ages
Sobek's 25km downhill bike ride on the Kintamani Track was great family fun and not very strenuous, which would suit the non-enthusiast bike rider. Before the tour began, we received morning tea and local snacks with a spectacular view of the Batur Lake and the Volcano. You discover the various scenes and panoramas of this region. Visit villages off the beaten track, rice fields, local trades people at their craft, schools, temples and a visit to a local house. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating when we asked to take photos and questions. The bikes were modern mountain bikes, not too complicated and helmet and drinks were provided. The tour concluded with a typical Indonesian lunch which was included in the price.
