Just like dutch television program "Spoorloos" I was with help of Made searching for a cousin, who live somewhere in Ubud. He's a painter. I haven't seen him for 50 years and the only thing I know was the name of the desa. As a guide and driver, Made help me with this. We stopped everywhere and Made asked everyone we saw if they know my cousin. After a while we have found him. Thanks to Made, who was impressed himself having found him! Great help Made and many thanks for this! You have made it easy for me!

We had a very kind, helpful, and timely tour guide on our day trip to Nusa Penida. Our guide made sure we made it to all of the stops we wanted to see, gave us tips on photo locations, helped us with our bags, and even had good music through our car rides. He was enjoyable to be around as well as helpful and made sure we had the best day possible. Would definitely recommend him again.

We hired Twin Bali Tours for a day of driving around Ubud and exploring. It was amazing! The places were lovely and all worthy of going back. We stopped into places we wanted and had amazing laughs!

We contacted Twin BALI Tours a day in advance after another driver, failed to show up after confirming weeks ago. Made was our driver and he was great! He showed up at our hotel in Nusa Dua on time and in a clean, cool car. We had a few things we wanted to see - and Made made a couple other suggestions. The day was great and I feel that we saw a good piece of Bali with Made’s expertise. I highly recommend these guys!

Nothing short of exceptional! We met Made at the airport and he immediately showed his kind personality and friendly demeanour which prompted us to get his whatsapp details to hire him for all of our transport. His prices were very cheap and he was extremely helpful with organising activities for us throughout the week. Already started referring him to our friends and we’re very much looking forward to using his services again!

We have a pleasant trip with Komang the driver, during the trip he made some jokes and shared some story of him, The tour service rate is reasonable and their driver are very helpful with all the destination info, awesome!

We were merely searching for a driver for pick up from Airport to Ubud and Ubud to Seminyak and that’s how we can across Twin Bali’s page whose rates are comparatively reasonable. Upon arrival, Rani and Made contacted us via WhatsApp and told us that Made was already waiting for us. Made was sharing with us his knowledge about Bali and made us comfortable by offering us water and sweets. Since we had nothing planned, we decided to go with a day tour with him the very next day. The route was really flexible depending on your preference (and weather) which made our Bali experience unique. Everything went well and we enjoyed our temple and rice field visits. Tegallalang swing is a must! Made also became our private photographer and was keen to share with us his favourite spots. Made sent us to Seminyak the next day and we decided to use his services again for a sunset dinner at Jimbaran on the fourth day. All in all, I would recommend everyone to book with Twin Bali as Made and Rani ensured that we had a wonderful time in Bali.
